This app is so unbelievably frustrating. There is no logic to when or how long it will simply quit working, create log in error messages, stop responding to touch authentication, etc. If you are an employee trying to see your paycheck, you don’t qualify for support when having issues with your app. You are told the administrator of your payroll has to contact them. My boss shouldn’t have to deal with trying to fix an app on my phone. Ridiculous
This app is bad. I mean BAD. Constantly having to change passwords, and when you change them 9 out of 10 times you still can’t login. I’ve been frozen out of my account before, redirected to the website and then still denied access. Not to mention the lag it takes to actually see your pay information. This is such a horrible app and a shady setup. Save yourself the headache.
It’s different from receiving a check to having everything I earned saved to my phone and I don’t have to search for anything like paycheck stubs anymore
…can’t log in. Which makes it a not good app. Worked fine for several months after getting going with MyPay. Then all of a sudden the app had login errors. I can login on my computer. I can login on mobile browser. Just not the app. When or if I can ever login on the app again, it’s pretty good.
if this app could have 0 stars, it would probably be at -15 stars. this thing never works, never has the correct password in their system, has to have ten different ways to go about doing things, works with partners that never communicate and they just seem to take your information. i have never spent so much time in an app changing my password or writing complaint emails to support that never get responded to or fixed. it is genuinely the worst app that could possibly exist.
This app is convenient but also a problem with logging in I have to change my password often and it always says failed when receive a temporary password. It’s very irritating to have to try and figure out how to get into this app for simple things as reviewing necessary things
Works probably 8 months out of the year, have to do 12 steps to log in, overall, terrible app. Just stopped working today and was working perfectly fine 2 days ago!
Used to work great, past couple of weeks not working and keeps saying “login failed”. Have uninstalled and reinstalled repeatedly and still not workings
This worked just fine in the beginning. Now for the past few months I cannot log in at all. I have to go to the website, making this app utterly useless. UPDATE THE APP!!
Constantly prompts me to create a new password. Some days it works and then randomly won’t work. Wish I could go back farther than 18 mo to review prior paystubs.
I would use it if I could set up a login. It asks for a login, but it doesn't give you a place to set up one to be able to login and use the program. I think I would like this otherwise.
This app shows you when you've been paid and the amount your have been paid! It works smoothly and very well. But the information at the bottom of the check is just telling you the total money you've earned from previous checks. It is very useful and helpful! No problems or glitches at all! 😊
I’ve had this app ~ one month and it’s already saying “Login Failed” when trying to Login. I had Face ID set up, with no username or password changes. And am able to log in via website with same credentials so it’s not related to incorrect username or password. No help icon in app to request assistance or report issue either.
