I’m a new member and I honestly can’t, and I truly will say without a doubt, I have never loved, or even felt so comfortable, navigating a mobile banking app independently for the first time while joining the institution. The staff that helps and walks you through every step of the way is amazing. I am actually getting my brother to join and I’m going to get as many people as I possibly can. Now you know the banking industry is tough, but if I’d personally am choosing a institution states away from me, then you know they are doing some amazing work.
Never have any problems, everyone who works for pelican is very nice and super professional, all around a very great bank. They keep your information secure and safe and never fail to go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. Great service, great bank, great people.
I have been using the previous app since it was released and never had an issue with it other than the random changing of passwords that would lock me out of my account. This new app is the worse….too much info on one page, when trying to transfer it auto decides which account you want to transfer to and from, can’t rename accounts so it makes it confusing when you have more than one ‘savings’. Just all in all a poorly thought out and executed app. I’ve long considered changing banks and this might be the time to do it
This app makes information so much easier to find! I’m loving all the new things we have access to, like Zelle and loan payment center straight from the loan.
Causes more confusion and extra steps on the new app to make sure you get you deposit into the checking instead of savings accounts. I need a default option for checking to make it easier. It defaults to savings, will lead to more overdrafts.
I personally don’t think I like the app, due to the fact that it doesn’t show things that’s pending like the other app… it doesn’t show when things have been reversed/refunded just money is place in your account. It’s just nice to have an accurate amount
Every time there’s a update on this app it will kick me out and won’t recognize my account information or has a error on updating the balance and it won’t let you click on anything just that there is a loading error pops up every time please fix this issue
The zelle function is not even available in the app. It’s advertised that it is and I can’t even use the zelle app. I can’t enroll because it doesn’t have the option. Please help or fix.
