I got to the check in area to be told by the young lady I couldn’t go through the car wash with the kayak rack on my roof. I have been here several times with no problem lately and even have an active membership. So I asked politely to speak with the manager, his name is Low. Low informed me of a recent negative incident and now they must again enforce their policy of no entry for vehicles having man-installed parts like bike, ski, kayak racks, etc. However, he did come up with the solution that from now on I must request them to remove the features that cleans the roof top. Now that is EXCELLENT customer service!!! Imagine that, a real solution!!! Thank you Low, you are an awesome manager. Cheers!!
Line moves quicker since the long awaited 2nd check in line. Now their is a second line for non members to back up the line to louetta rd. Both lines are members/non members so still no designated line for members. You guys have such a great business model and the employees are fantastic but they have an impossible job of trying to make everybody happy. A members only line alleviates employees of any extra hassle of a line and frees them up to do other house keeping jobs, like empty trash etc.I believe 3 competitors have opened up in the past six months, and your louetta road and N Eldridge location is not on a lot of real estate. Again a designated members line gets your bread and butter customers through quickly and hopefully satisfactorily. Time is money.
The Rocklin QQ is the best. I drive further to this location because of their great service, efficient washes and their vacuums! I was there earlier today, an employee was making rounds checking the efficiency of each vacuum station. I was complementing this QQ location to him and it happened to be the manager. Good oversight and quality control truly makes a difference. I was impressed because I can go to any vacuum stations at the Rocklin QQ and it will work and work really well. The employees are personable, genuinely helpful and appear to take pride in their work. This location definitely stands out!
I pay for a monthly subscription, Ceramic-level (highest), for 5 cars. Yet, at least 50% of the time, I do not get the Ceramic wash, as it is given to either car in front or behind me, and I get a lesser wash package. Cueing is not that complicated, but I can understand a missed stacking issue every now and then. However, their system does not deliver even a majority of the time. The app is useless to address anything but spending more money, and staff clearly have no training on how to address customer service-related needs, as their response to the repeated issues is nothing more than, “sorry, our system is new.” I really want to like this company and be a customer, but the lack of quality and accountability are forcing me to look elsewhere. Spend your money at your own risk here, people.
The wash itself is satisfactory though they have really been raising prices recently — to the point that gas station washes are much more affordable. The real issue is they make it hard to cancel your subscription viewing their customers as sheep to be fleeced rather than a business partner to seek win-win interactions with. Buried deep in their terms of service there is a rule that states all subscriptions must be cancelled 10 days prior to avoid being billed for a new month. There is just no reason to treat customers this way other than that they can. Similarly, the app makes outright canceling your subscription way to hard. It’s a shame Quick Quack chose this business model because their product is good enough that they could have tried to be a trusted company rather than a predatory one.
I really love how easy it is to find a car wash location using this app. Regardless of where I might be I can pull up the app and find a location near me. I find it to be easy to navigate and the best part is I can make sure I can quickly find a QQ car wash location regardless of where I might be. I recommend this to anyone looking for a great wash service that also has an intuitive and easy to use mobile experience.
I want to commend Alyssa at your Auburn location. She is always prompt, attentive, respectful and very nice! You can tell that she really enjoys her job and makes every customer feel welcomed and appreciated. She’s very customer oriented. This morning for instance, your network/internet was down at 8am - I was the first car in line - and she pretty much ran outside to tell the cars’ drivers about the delay just at the stroke of 8am and was apologetic for it…. Updating to 4 stars as their customer service is good and will make reasonable adjustments. Still have to deduct a star for making cancellations harder than they need to be. Original review: They have the ability to manage the membership, but no ability to cancel. I can't imagine that they just "forgot" that feature, as it would be really easy to add. I have to assume that they're trying to make cancelation harder than it needs to be so that you'll forget to do it, or do it too late, and, thus, be stuck with a month that you don't want/need. Any time a company goes out of their way to create a crappy user experience, by policy I have to give the app 1 star, regardless of the app's other features. Intentionally creating a crappy UX is just not excusable. I'll update to 5 stars if they prove me wrong & fix that issue.
Thanks to all the Quick Quack Car Wash professional Staff 👍🏼🙌🏼 I am happy as being a member because the Staff has always carefully guide me towards the entrance for a great satisfying foaming wash on my van 😁 It’s a clean car wash area. The yellow air hose leaves the left water drops 💦 dried. The vacuum leaves all the mats and the floor clean 👍🏼 My van ends up shining and clean 🌟100%
I’ve had a quick quack membership for years and always hoped for an app so I could see the history of my car washes per vehicle. It seems the only use for this app is to find quick quack locations, which I can do on any maps application. If I need to know my account information, I can just login online. Perhaps in the future you could add history of washes, and maybe even a queue length so you can tell the least busy time to get a wash. Also, review with app, not the car wash! And I think most of the reviews are bogus.
We purchased a multi-car recurring monthly subscription and 1 week later they started a FREE CAR WASH for 12 days. We haven’t been able to use the car wash we paid for because the lines are ridiculous. They don’t have a separate line for their already paying loyal customers which tells me they just don’t care. I lodged a complaint 5 days ago and have yet to receive a call back, credit, nothing. They expect customer loyalty reflected by our monthly payments but give ZERO loyalty in return. It sounded like a great deal for us however it’s only a great deal if you can actually use their services. STAY AWAY, USE A DIFFERENT CAR WASH.
Last week, I sent an email because I was not able to wash my vehicle on two occasions. One of the main reasons I returned ti Quick Quack is because they open at 7am, but on Wednesday I went after waiting ten minutes for someone to tell me that something was not working properly. So, I decided to later once I got off of work. At this visit, I couldn’t get my vehicle washed because they said that I didn’t have a membership when I actually have two memberships. So, I am reevaluating my decision to come back to Quick Quack because I have been driving dirty!
I’d love to give more than 1 star but this app does absolutely nothing
I go to my nearby QQ Carwash 1-2X weekly & every single time I ask them to “verify” my vehicle so it will show in the app like it should. Either that function on the app doesn’t work or the employees don’t know how to use it (even after show no them the directions that are in the app). You can’t change your membership in the app you can only look at it, you can’t see your wash record in the app…what is the purpose of even having this app??
The people that work at two locations I frequent are always helpful along with a friendly attitude. My first experience was 5-7 years ago in palm desert on Hwy111 and Frank Sinatra. Everything worked great vacuum, air nozzles, etc. So when they opened the one in Fairfield Ca it was easy decision.
I hate waiting in line and holding up the line when employees are serving a bunch of customers. This is such a convenient way to make changes to my account without waiting on hold or inconveniencing someone who’s already standing out in the sun working hard.
Does a great job cleaning my car and the ceramic coating makes my paint look better and better. The staff is really friendly and courteous and all around great people. Well worth the monthly membership fee. Thanks to everyone at the Anderson Wash!
Hands-down, the best car wash place in town. The only thing better than the clean area is the employees who always greeted us with a smile and make us feel right at home five out of five stars would recommend every time.
We have such a fun group at our quick quack off ironwood. Aiden is very helpful and kind. They have also given our kids treat bags. I also love this app! I’m glad I can control my membership from my phone.

I’m not usually the “karen” type a girl but this car wash company has brought it outta me. The overall car wash itself is fine, it’s the subscription that really ticks me off. They make it purposefully difficult to cancel, so when i signed up for the deal they had with my busy schedule it was very annoying to cancel and i ended up wasting $30, just keep this in mind if you want to get a membership with them!
Total fail. I entered all of my credit card information. Nothing. I entered the license plate number state of registration and last four of credit card, still nothing. The option to call someone? Really? I really don't want to wait on hold for 20 minutes because they can't build an app that finds customer information. Great car washes, really friendly service, just totally inferior app development
I pay for your monthly service and I am HIGHLY dissatisfied with your wash. I have been thru the wash several times and my vehicle looks no different. Still dirt all over spots all over and your rinse doesn’t even wash the soap off. It’s a rip off. I’ve had better car washes thru a gas station wash. I will not be renewing my monthly membership, and in all fairness, you should refund the fees I’ve already paid!! Complete garbage
Start selling the car fresheners from the app. I wasn’t able to find the spring scent before the 30th of May anywhere. I would love to just buy a pack if they can ship to me. Collecting car scents is fun and awesome. Consider it, please.
Your team members are great doing a great job. One thing the place off Folsom boulevard and Power Inn had a large pothole as you drive out of the car wash. Needs to be fixed before damages are done.
The app is very difficult to use makes it very difficult impossible. As a matter fact, to remove my payment method, or to cancel my subscription. I am not happy with this app. I am not happy with this company since the tenant that sold me the subscription said that I would not be auto renewed even though it says I’m gonna be auto renewed. I’m just very dissatisfied with quick, quack car wash.
Totally amazing !!! Love the way it cleans the cat and the vacuums are very well set up and easy access. Most of all the staff is very friendly and helpful.. Makes it fun to clean your car.
For the last 2 nights, as I work MIDNIGHT SHIFT, my normal time to get my car washed is between 8:30pm and 8:55pm. I have to leave my house a little early to make this time, and for the last 2 nights the YUCCA VALLEY wash has been closed. The signs say closed at 9:00 PM. I’m not happy about this. If the business is open until 9;00PM then stay open until then! If NOT, CHANGE THE TIMES
Sometimes I get a good car wash and sometimes not so great. Yesterday, on March lane in Stockton was not good. Trinity Park in Stockton has been okay. The Hayward car wash was not good. Lodi is hit and miss. My car ends up with a film of dirt on windows and body of car after the car wash. PLUSs water drops show too.
I just went through the wash twice and my car is just as dirty as when I went in. I asked why and they said it’s because I have a roof rack. That has only become an issue in the past 2 weeks. I’ll be canceling my membership after 3 years.
Your tire shine only does spots on my tires and you don’t know until you get home. I would rather no tire shine than spotty tires. I can’t remember the last time I actually got all of my tires completely done. Kelly Koger
The vacuums are never strong enough. The car wash always leaves soap on my car. I really have to drive through the car wash two times just for me to even see a difference. I actually have two memberships with you, but I think I just paid more for the convenience.
Their car washes will tear anything and everything up on your BRAND NEW vehicle that you just purchased with only 9 miles on it. Twice this car wash at multiple locations have majorly damaged something on my car and the managers won’t do anything about it. They write down a fake report and then ignore you.
Don’t get the $9.99 first month! It’s so difficult canceling it. This app makes it very hard to cancel. They won’t even do partial credit after you passed the payment date and they already automatically draft from your credit card company.
Was just informed I “must” upgrade my membership because they are doing away with the middle membership. Not sure who thought this was going to be a “winner idea”. This will be my final month with Quick Quack. I will be letting everyone I know to also go elsewhere for their car wash. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Mike Bischoff
