Since this app has updated, I cannot find where to log out Thumbprint or faceid would really be great to use when logging in. Can we get this feature added? I tried adding my phone number but it o my allowed me to do so if I wanted to be on the do not call list. Why would I add my number and then say “Do not call” me?! There are several great features with the app and it used to be convenient but the logging in and out is important for me and while the main office should have my phone number listed, it would be great if it was on the app too.
iOS version doesn’t save passwords or recognize user
In the day and age of technology it’s disappointing that an app would not use Apple’s features to recognize a user with FaceID or TouchID. Even worse it does not store any user information so one must re-enter all credentials every time. IT says it’s available, but have confirmed with other users it’s not working. Need to get that fixed asap.
Just as bad as the poorly written website, which has a popup promoting this app at every single login. Actually this app is worse than the website because at least the website works. Fire whoever you wasted money on that developed this app and hire a real developer.
There must be a bug in the app because I can not log in. I tried to log in with my password and each time it says that an error had occurred and I know my password is right.
App hasn't worked correctly since iOS 10. If trying to make a payment using bank account, app freezes. UPDATE: freezing issue still isn't resolved in update. When entering bank info (specifically bank account #) app freezes. Therefore, cannot make a payment through the app if having to enter banking info.
