If you really are trying to keep an eye on your usage you should look at your daily usage well the very first line is 100kwh. If you are using that many kWh per day you have enough money to afford that and it doesn’t fase you at all. Power outage doesn’t work and it will just randomly crash. I know people may not be on site do to COVID 19 but many off them are working remotely why can’t they fix the app.
Great app! Very easy to use and navigate. Only improvements I would like to see is a way to schedule your monthly bill payment without autopay and a way for a person to report trouble they find or see. Many a time I see security / street lights burning during the day or loose connections arching at night while traveling in the Walton EMC area. It’s frustrating trying to report these problems on the phone recorded system.
The app is not longer compatible with the newer versions of the iOS updates for iPhones so every time I go to pay my bill it crashes. I try to do it from just the website from my phone, but still redirects me and crashes.
