Original app was much better. This one is very glitchy when scrolling the page on payment and policy pages!! No option for face login. Hope this gets better and soon!!!
After seeing the low stars, I decided to read over the reviews, only to find that most were 2-5 years old. Much of the feedback has long since been resolved. All transactions are now easily handled through the app with great ease. It’s apparent that the developers have listened and acted on previous feedback. Great job guys!
I’ve used this app for the past 3 years to pay my auto insurance premiums and download my proof of insurance. I use Face ID to log into my account. I haven’t had any issues. After reading 5 year old reviews, I wanted to write a current (Aug 2024) review. The app has been very helpful for me.
As a developer, I would rate this even lower, is possible. App keeps having an error message and freezes on that screen with two text boxes and a button that have no labels. App will not navigate elsewhere and it has to be closed to try again. One screen shows policy overview, next screen says no policy found, then error
The developers for this app managed to accomplish the rare feat of downgrading while attempting to upgrade. How? No Face ID, for some odd reason won’t save password login info like almost all other apps. This ‘app’ is nothing more than a link to FB’s mobile webpage I suspect. Farm Bureau should fire their developers and ask for their money back.
Disappointed Do not like this app very much as you cannot lookup your polices like you use be able to. It looks like Farm Bureaus in others states all allow you to look at your policies except for NC. Please update your app so we can easily see our policies and declarations in both home and auto. Mike B
Very basic, but helpful. Pros’s - You can make payments, view your insurance card and lists your agent’s contact info. Con’s - you cannot view your policy or request to make changes to your policy. The interface is a bit ugly
This app is cumbersome to log into. You have to type in everything each time. No Face ID, doesn’t even remember your username/email. Functionality however is good.
App is is huge need of maintenance and updated. Still has finger print ID as security. Very clunky. I use it because there isn’t another option but this could be way better. Insurance is great. App is a but rough.
Fire your online staff. Cannot sign into app but can sign in through same browser with same password. Oh btw, set the password through the app and it excepted then try to sign in and says it’s wrong right after. Time to find another insurance company after 20years.
You can look up payment history, make payments, and look up vehicle VIN numbers. But you cannot review your policy contracts, which would be very helpful in a disaster. Also, flood insurance info is nowhere to be seen.
This app crashes every time I try and add additional photos to a claim. I can add one photo but when I try and add a second photo, it crashes after I select “Photos”. Very frustrating when you’re trying to file a claim.
I have NC Farm Bureau. This app does not allow you to view your policies. For those of you that have Erie Insurance as I in other states, the Erie app is top notch.
The previous app was just ok. This one is terrible. First, no face id or ability to save user ID. Very slow no matter my wifi or cell signal. Not a fan!
I simply can’t use the app because it won’t open as soon as you enter the password and tell it to login it crashes and then when you go to look at open apps you see that it’s there you try to re-enter the username and password and the screen crashes away again. Therefore this app is not usable.
