The Apple help desk person told me it won’t work until North Country Savings Bank Updates their app to be compatible. The new Apple update does not allow cookies and we cannot uninstall it. Please tell me you can fix this soon! Other than that, I love this app and have used it from its beginning.
I’m all for security measures but having to answer my security questions each and every time I use the app is annoying. A remember me for x number of days would be nice
Certainly the best bank I've ever used. Thanks for all the great customer service. I am continually frustrated when trying to log in online. Forced to change my password on a regular basis and not means, at this point, it's an ordeal to log in every time. I realize the security is for my benefit, but it's to the point where banking online is pretty much impossible. Why not use the thumb print to be able to log in?
