I love the ability to pay my loan on the APP! I only wish it had a page that I can adjust my payment so I can add to the principle only. Also wish there was no limit on payments made at once. Overall I still love the APP.
Overall the app is wonderful. To get five stars and make your customers very happy, it would be great to be able to check off the things that you have recorded in your checkbook. For example, if I check off something in my checkbook, it would be nice to touch the entry in the app and have it change color so that I know I’ve already seen it. This simply allows me to know where I left off.
I am trying to activate the Bill Pay feature. The APP and Website tell me I have entered the wrong email address when I try and fill in the challenge feature. I am getting multiple emails asking me to complete the Bill Pay enrollment, but it’s not possible to complete this online because of the bug. Thanks.
I’ve been using this app a while now. I’ve been a member for some time. The app was great. I loved all the improvements that have been made over time. The recent update removed the date headers from the Account history page. I can’t stand it. By removing those headings, the heading for pending transactions is also gone. So it’s hard to tell which transactions cleared and which are still pending. Please put the headers back in account history!
It would be nice if one could make payments to their loan via the app. If you use an external bank account for payment, you cannot pay your loan via the app.
My life is hectic and finding the time to sit down at a computer or writing checks to pay bills was challenging. Love that I can pay bills, transfer money between accounts and make deposits in a matter of seconds while waiting in a doctors office. I'm not late on bills anymore!
This app rocks! The ease of direct deposit, and the ability of transfers from one account to the other is one of my favorite features! Plus not having to physically go to have these functions performed is quite a blessing!! 💜
This app asks for your personal info, then won't give you access because your information needs to be verified. Weeks later, Nothing... then I called the bank, they tell you that you'd actually have to do it on the actual website....why not have the app tell you that you can't sign-up for mobile app unless you do it through the website? Where did all my personal information go? Your system and security is so antiquated!
You can do it all - now from your mobile device. Pay bills, transfer between accounts, pay your loan, even deposit a check! This is a tremendous improvement to Numark's mobile app.
Remote check deposit, mobile bill pay, instant transfers, use text messages to authenticate phone, and use Touch ID to login, this is so much better than the old app! Huge improvement, glad I'm a member of NuMark!
