I like the flexibility to use apps for online banking. The side menu is useful for finding additional details on accounts, loan offers or special financial opportunities. I would give 5 stars but I don’t like how mortgage/credit cards are redirected to other site(s). Besides that, no issues!
The app allows me to complete nearly all banking needs. I love the remote check deposit feature in particular, have only needed to go into a branch twice in the past year. The budgeting feature, loan requests, accounts transfers all quite simple. Loving all the improvements and excellent customer service!
I love this mobile banking app, I can do just about anything on it and I’ve never had a problem. I also enjoy all of the features like for example, the budgeting feature, being able to make card payments and depositing checks within just a few taps.☺️
Had issues with app in the past but that’s all over now! Download it. Any banking business I need is all there. Loans, car payments, savings and checking. Also easy to apply for new accounts or lines of credit. Everything I need from a bank in my back pocket!
The mobile App has improved a lot. It’s so much easier to transfer between accounts. I like that they have dates on the loans so you know when it’s due. They made it so much easier to make a payment without having to stand in the long lines.

I use my Nuvision banking app for all bill paying and 99% of my banking needs. I rarely have to physically go to a branch. It allows me to see my entire banking picture in a glance. I love the remote check deposit feature. It is a useful and secure app.
I use the app for depositing checks, checking balances, and transferring money. I’ve never had any problems with any of the transactions and the app works smoothly and pretty intuitively. I am happy with it and I will continue using it.
This app has improved over the previous editions. I like that you log in with your Face ID. All of the accounts are summarized to look at all at once. The bil pay is easy to use and I can schedule future payments.
Great app. It’s easy to use, and has plenty of features. I can manage my accounts, deposit checks, pay Nuvision Credit Cards, and more with it. If you use nuvision, getting the app with make banking with them even better!
I use this app on a daily basis to track my account. Information is laid out well and easy to access. Depositing a check is so easy and this review is from an 80 year old account holder. Have been a client for over 40 years.
I’ve been banking with NuVision for about 15 years now. Top notch customer service by far. You actually feel like they care about your personal needs. For day to day banking I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Almost every interaction I need with a bank I can do on the app successfully. The only downside is when I have to do something in person there’s no relationship with actual employees.
I use the NuVision banking app all the time to check my accounts and to transfer money between my accounts. It’s always a seamless process. Customer service over the phone is always top tier.
I enjoy using the app. It’s easy to navigate. I like that the app allows Touch ID which makes it even easier to open. I like that I can do everything on the app that I do on my computer at home.
Works for what I need, love the ability to deposit checks & felt that I was given helpful information when the app was going to be changed/updated when Denali Alaskan CU changed to Nuvision.
Of all the various banking apps I have used, the Nuvision one is the worst one. I am having similar login issues as other users have reported where I am asked to verify MFA and Face ID only works once in a while. This app has been broken in different ways for a long time and I am losing hope that they will get it working like normal banking apps. Online banking is more important to me than going in-person.
Easy to use app and I like how it has Face ID sign in. Makes it easier to use when you just need to see how much is in the accounts. Love how I’m able to use it on my watch as well.
This has been my credit union bank for many many years. I have not been to the bank I don’t know how many years, I use online banking and I use this app for me it is great I have no problems getting on, I have no problems getting the information that I am looking for and I really don’t need to go into the bank. If I have a problem I just called the 800 number and they are always very helpful and friendly to me. Knock three times on wood I like this app I have no problems with it thank you.
The NuVidion mobile app is very user friendly and allows excellent access to all my accounts. Love the security option of Face Recognition or Touch ID.

So I’m a new credit card and car loan. If you use your member number and click the “Enroll Now” that in bottom say long as have access to phone or email that have on existing Nuvision account…… it walks you though basically. Now idk about you but click, pick amount, & pay to all loans or cards is way easier then waiting 1-3 hours on phone to get this information about app… so far not had any problems with app. I stress out about not knowing when date of payment or how much is left on card and app fixes all that. Says right there in each account how much is left to pay off and when next payment day is due. If want a bank that can handle a loan to people with little to no credit this bank here to help and app helps so much more.
Overall, I haven’t had an issue with this app and have found it to be quite easy to use. Everything that I need personally is at the tip of my fingers. Being able to access and view my checking, savings, CDs, as well as deposit checks remotely are all great assets of this app. You can also order checks. The only few downsides of this app that I have experienced are the fact that I tried to sign up for a credit card a few months back and the process was very clunky and the same could be said about the direct pay for bills. I couldn’t ever set it up so I can’t really say more about it. Again, while its not perfect it definitely fulfills all the basic needs required of a banking app and the great team behind the app really show a promising future.
Nuvision... why? Can you fix your stuff? The older app (the one that required you to delete it and reinstall the ‘upgrade’) was working just fine. That is shown i’ll in these reviews. Now everything is laggy, impractical, & glitchy. My account balance is never correctly updated and charges show up days after they’ve been initialized. I could go on. I have been waiting months for an update that will fix the app to no avail. I was reluctant to post a review at first because I figured through time Nuvision would fix this. It is faster for me to view my balance by logging onto the Nuvision website in a browser on my phone. it’s trash. please fix it. or at least let us know you’re trying. give me some hope? if you’re going to ‘upgrade’ can you at least make the basic features work? Thanks!
I have very basic banking needs. I like that I have the ability to see my transactions 24/7. I like the mobile deposit feature so I don’t have to make a trip to an ATM or bank location. I like the ease of transferring money from one account to another. I don’t use the app to pay bills or anything, but I have in the past and that feature works well too. I have no complaints.
I’m new to the app, but it seems as functional, intuitive, and as much a pleasure to use as any other banking app out there. Whether recent changes are an improvement or not I cannot say. As it is a banking app, one should not expect to be entertained, but rather to have use of a simple interface with which to execute common banking tasks quickly and confidently. This app delivers a satisfying app experience in that regard and has earned a top rating by my standard.
I’ve used other banks mobile app and have been constantly frustrated with the constant glitches. Something that’s supposed to make life easier because of its convenience has instead become another source of frustration. I have used the Nuvisions mobile app for many years & with their appropriate updates I have not had any issues yet. I have encouraged friends & family to give Nuvisions a try. I did & I haven’t regretted it.
Like everyone else reviewing here I was forced to update from the previous app that was working fine for me. I use the app only to do mobile deposits for checks really and occasionally check account balances or do transfers on it. Upon downloading this new app and searching around a bit for where they hid the “deposit check” option (it used to be right on the home screen & super easy to find!!) I finally found it under the “more” button. I click on deposit check and I get a notice saying I can’t as I’m not enrolled in mRDC - whatever that is! Time to waste some time tomorrow during business hours calling & finding out how to fix this mess. Thanks NuVision...
I don’t have a lot of experience with apps or would I consider myself tech savvy, but the NuVision app is . And I use it daily to check on my accounts. They also post a phone number in case I do have to call and talk to someone . If anyone is unsure about using the app ; it is pretty simple and laid and if still had answers the people at the credit union can walk you through it.
This new upgrade looks like I’m logging into my 1990’s desktop computer. When I click to view my account it says “loading”... I literally flashed back to early 2000’s when we used dial up. I don’t care to see my overdraft limit, date opened, Dividend Rate, Date Accrued, last statement date and the list goes on. Just keep it simple. How do I get rid of accounts and loans that are closed, they have no use for me. Let’s talk about the transferring of funds. This use to be user friendly and just a quick click. Now I’m running around dropping down several menu bars to transfer funds.
I’m really surprised, in a good way, that this is my first time using this app on my iPhone, but it is very easy to use. It is straightforward and I can easily navigate the app to get to where I need. Depositing checks are quick and easy. It’s also very easy to view my balances now. Highly recommend this app if you’re a member of the credit union. 👍🏻👍🏻
I find that the app provides a simple interface with basic functions that I use for monitoring and reviewing my account activity. It also allows me to remote deposit checks, which is important since I’m not living near a branch. Certain functions may require setup before use, but that is standard to other banking apps I’ve used and ensures security and safety of my accounts.
I have using this app for almost 5 years now and I love it! Very convenient, I can easily transfer money to my family’s accounts anytime, I could do mobile deposits, check my current balance - all these I could do without going to the bank. Saved me tons of money and effort and gas. It’s super convenient!
The app looks nice but it has some problems. Face ID is hidden in the “Touch ID” settings. Touch ID is not enable in newer iPhones. There is not “back” option. If you’re using the menu, you can’t go back, you have to tap on the menu again to go back. When depositing a check, it takes a photo rather than scanning the check as it was in the previous app. Great intention from Nuvision to improve their online banking experience but please, beta test the app before hand.
After check the new app out and the app released to handle cards more readily, it looks like Nuvision carried out their good intentions but didn’t communicate the changes they were making properly. It would’ve been great to be let known that another app was being pushed that was directly being used to handle our different accounts.
