Why do you programmers feel the need to update the look and change the make up of the home page and the way everyone is use to using the app. Leave well enough alone.
Ive been investing for 20+ years with this plan and other brokerage firms and can seriously say this made a turn for the worst. There is no way to see your daily gain loses and current values for the day week or year. This is one of the key metrics for investors and is not currently provided. Voya & Deferred are clearly not putting their clients first. This is why investors are rolling accounts out to other brokers. Most leave the 457 with the plan because they can access it but I guarantee that once those are eligible they will be transferred out to another broker.
Title says it all. Can’t log in on I-Phone to app because of some glitch I was told by an employee when I spent half hour on phone calling to find out why I couldn’t see my investment.
For the last 3 years, my annual history balance jumps numbers, showing the exact same amount for two years in a row. At the end of each December it keeps the same pattern, skipping to the next new amount pairing. Hard to believe, but it keeps happening: previous annual balances looks identical, like twins. I’m curious what’s happening next year on January 1st, ‘22...
The reason why I gave the app a three is that I hope the developers will realize that they should make it similar to the desk top format where as people with multiple accounts immediately see their entire balance across accounts. This would be nice! Instead of having to add up each account to get full balance.
I’m sticking to the desktop version as I noticed certain links just opens up internet browser to provide information you’re looking for. Also need to update research link and pdfs provided for each fund. Certain graphics in each pdf is blurry to read. What professional investment firms provide research pdfs where certain parts is blurry like that?
It does not allow me to move my money to one account and yet still have my money from my paycheck to go into the accounts that I still want active. I.e move the money I made to stable, yet keep the contributions still going to internationally equity etc
Small investment, a huge $8,000 lost in two days does not make sense this year. For small investment, lost $8000 dollars in two days doesn’t make sense. What is the purpose of releasing updates to app if it only supports up to iOS 13. The current firmware is iOS 17. This app has not worked in years yet I still check back periodically because I don’t like using the browser.
Web sight access unreliable. App limited. I used the previous web sight since it’s inception (25 years?) without a problem. I have entered nicknames “Not Impressed” and “Disappointed” but there’re both taken indicating the score.
Horrible!!! I don't even know how much profits or losses I have. It's so confusing and slow. It makes me nervous not knowing whats going on. I wish they kept the old format it made much more sense they need to fix this ASAP!!
Just downloaded for first time. I cannot login. My guess is that 2FA/MFA config on the website is affecting authentication on mobile app. The app probably does not know to prompt for 2FA if enabled prior to first time usage.
The two most helpful things in an app are not in this one. Actual balances are not available until late or the next day. Transactions, requesting sales of some of the investment, are not possible.
The voya app is not not user friendly, does not offer easy balance change information, and I am taking my money out of this system due to this frustration
