Every time I try playing a game that I like I get a communication error. I was hoping that the new app fix many of the ongoing problems clearly has not.
Only play Ocean online if you want to throw away your money. The game app is very unstable. Screen constantly goes dark and crashes while playing, which I think resets it to start all over, draining your funds without giving you a single hand. They make you pend $100 in less than 5 minutes with this setup. On the desktop is no different, except the screen doesn’t go dark, but still gives you zero wins. I know games online give the advantage to the casinos, but this is by far the worst I’ve seen. I get much better results with Borgata and Rivers and other apps. Do those if you really want to play online. Try this app and you will see what I mean very quickly.
I like the new updates, one of the better casino apps in my opinion. Ocean is my favorite casino in AC, and the app makes me feel like I’m there. Also, walked away with a couple hundred bucks in winnings!
Worst casino app in New Jersey. The are always asking for copies of your bank statements and ID’s. Most of the games dont even work. Beware of using this place. FanDuel and all the other New Jersey casino apps are way more trustworthy. Writing an update to this once again three months later they are requesting more documents that they just received three months ago. I believe they are part of an identity theft scheme.
If I could give 0 stars I will do not download this app. It locked me out of my account I can’t get my money and when I was lucky to play in one of the games the screen keeps jumping and you so t win anything. I never write reviews but I had to for an app that is absolutely atrocious in every way. It rarely loads games often going to a blank screen forcing you to force close the app and try again and surprise surprise it still doesn’t work. The game selection is quite poor in comparison to competitors ie. Hard Rock Bets & MGM. I have spent quite a bit of money across multiple gambling apps and by far Ocean has the tightest slots (good luck ever getting a bonus feature). The app and their online website are so outdated, again go look at their competitors. Ocean’s complete design is like something out of the 90s. Lastly there have been numerous times where an random error occurs during a spin or bonus feature and you are not awarded your winnings and customer service simply says tough luck nothing you can do as it wasn’t your money yet anyway.
The selection of games are decent. Some games just spin forever and make it annoying trying to play. Deposit with a debit card is easy, however if you want to make a withdrawal, you can’t put it back on your debit card. You have to link your bank account. Giving them your account number and routing number. You can’t withdraw to it if you haven’t deposited using your bank account. You can’t deposit using it if your limit says 0, you have to make phone calls(good luck getting through to someone). Then there is some play+ option where, I have no idea what that even is. It’s confusing. Lastly, a cash cage option. Depending on where you’re at, it’ll be a couple hours worth of driving and tolls. I highly recommend using BetRivers or FanDuel instead.

You might as well just put your money in a shredder. Pretty much all online casinos are rigged but this one right here? Wow. I mean, I have to say they have put ZERO effort into showing that they are even trying to make people like their app. Half the games of other apps, half the promos, a quarter of the chance to win and even less to able to win enough to pull out. A couple weeks ago, ocean casino was doing maintenance on their app. As a result, my bets got “rejected” but the money was still taken. This happened three times in the same day. Afte reaching out to customer service, they said they’ll get my money back within 72 hours, all logged on their online chat. It’s been weeks now no answer, they don’t answer the email, and the live support says they’re still looking into it. All in all, do not use this scamming app, it’ll malfunction and they won’t repay you. I have screenshots of this entire exchange.
They don’t tell you they are having problems you deposit try and play games and it won’t open contact customer service and they say they are aware of the situation. Why not post a notice? So now money in and can’t play the games you like!! Lost a few hands, finally one 2 in a row then placed larger bet, it logged me out right after I placed the bet, by the time I logged back in the hand was over and I never got to hit my hand and lost. Contacted support right away and they basically told me that thats my problems and offered no help. Worst app ever and possibly rigged too. I downloaded this app like an idiot, However I did not even put in any of my bank , card information etc . As I was scrolling down looking at the different payment options I stumbled across online checking and it had my bank information already received without my consent or knowledge. Shortly after I then received misc charges on my bank account as well as being called a liar from a manager !
I tried to sign up and for some reason my information cannot be verified. I called and was told to try a different address when I have been at the same location for 10 years. I was told there is nothing they can do to verify my info and to just enter random information. It doesn’t make sense to me.

Tried to give this online casino app a fair change and try it out. But they require a 30x wage requirement on any bonus money the give you. Whereas other online casino apps like Caesars, Borgata, MGM, Hard Rock Cafe only require 15x wage requirement. They need to do what their competitors are doing.

I live in PA and deposited $20.00 not knowing that it was only for NJ residents. Although they took my money that was deposited here in PA I’m unable to play.
