I had a iPhone update and now my OCTFCU flashes open for a sec and then immediately closes. I have followed all instructions to fix this issue and Inwas told I have to contact OCTFCU because it’s a security issue. When I try to re install the app it does ask for permission to allow the app to open. All other apps open except this one. Plz help. I’ve had this app for years and use it daily.
This app is like 20 years behind every bank app It’s the worst bank APP I’ve ever used. It doesn’t give you the balance after each debit/credit It doesn’t let you open up each charge and see whether it s an ATM or point of sale etc. $50 deposit took 2 BUSINESS days to be available so if you deposit you salary in Friday you’ll have to wait to pay bills. When you use the debit card it can take forever for it to withdrawal So basic it’s frustrating. It doesn’t show you whether the card used was mine or a my husbands card that was used. I only rated it the 1 star because it wouldn’t let me leave a review without it.
