First it would be nice if there was a button to click that would show you all of your bids, right now you have to go auction by auction to see the items you are bidding on. Another problem is when you exit the auction that you were in to look at what you are bidding on the app takes you all the way to the top page of the auctions and then you have to scroll all the way back through the auctions and if you didn’t note the auction you just left you have to keep going in and out of auctions until you find the next one.
The update now eliminates invoices. This is vital for efficiencies. Please add back to app. And yes being able to see all active bidding items at once from various auctions would be a brilliant upgrade to this app.
The site is misrepresenting some of the items the item being bid on. We recently purchased something listed as brand new and the item was totally destroyed. I’ve seen other posting on the site where items are listed as damaged and customers have a choice to bid on something broken but this item was listed as being new. It was the first time buying from this location so maybe other locations are doing a better job at inspecting. So if your purchasing from the brook park location please please please preview your items physically before bidding/purchasing.
First, the app is great and easy to use. I like that you can set max bidding amounts and get warnings when you are outbid. This gave them the second star. While I fully admit they do say come out to the "store" and examine the item before bidding. BE WARNED! I am not sure they even do a cursory examination by the auction house. Yes, I should have drove over but it was my first ever bid and I (incorrectly) assumed some parts might be missing. Wrong! The telescope I won had the primary optical mirror damaged and detached beyond repair. Just saying use extreme caution.....GO LOOK YOURSELF as they aren't going to warn you unless possibly someone tells them?
Don’t win multiple items, you won’t receive them all. Don’t bother messaging customer service, they won’t answer. I wasted over $100 for items I didn’t receive!! They lie about items being new that’s missing parts or broken. The guys that work there have attitude problems, I’ve seen them toss items on the carts with no care as to what’s in it. The parking lot is full of huge holes that almost swallow your car. Parking is horrible,
You can get some great deals but be cautious of the bidding fee. Also some items are not as described but that’s kind of expected at a liquidation place. They always make it right if you have any issues.
