Omega Strikers

Omega strikers the first time I have seen it looked very fun and it has been once I played the game, I did not had enough internet back then but now I can play. And I can say that all of your development and everyone working on this game should be proud of what they made. Bugs and other things that omega strikers had problems with are gone but there is still much more fix. Like when I open the game and does not tell me to update. Or the problem with teammates leaving, leaving you to do 3v2 or worse 3v1s for now these are the most problematic problems in omega strikers, but again this is a very early game and I’m not judging too much. Although these two problems are thaw things that hold Me back putting a 5 star, still this game has brought so much fun then any other game I had I hope you guys keep making this game fun for all people. (Also sorry if some of my spellings are wrong this is the first time I ever writes a review on a game and I’m not exactly the brightest when it comes to writing)

I never played the beta, but I really enjoy this game. It’s a unique experience provided and I enjoy how there are different characters with abilities. But I do have a few problems with the game. First I keep getting booted off the game every 10-15 minutes, battery can drain decently quick, even when you play at a lower brightness or quality, competitive and normal matches are dreadfully slow and some small pet peeves like not being able to change my nameplate and banner for some reason. For an small indie team’s first game, I’d say they nailed it, but there are problems that although understandable since this is this small company’s very first project, they need to be fix for better quality of life. Hopefully all these bugs and problems get fixed by the time the game releases on PlayStation and Xbox.

My friend told me about this game and how it has LoL developers on it so I played 4 games and I’ve been on the road since, since it was so he also told me it’s on mobile. Searching Omega Strikers brought up this game but below it was Monopoly go? idk the name but really, it’s entirely midieval to let alone have monopoly on my phone screen, have it be the second app after searching this game, and making the next generation of mobile games come 14 years late; yes I looked up angry bird’s release date. It’s too much to demand a playerbase yea I get it old people like monopoly but there are other people other than 28 year olds that can hold their phone horizontally. Apple needs to demand respect for themselves, and their consumers and make a game tab that doesn’t include absolute and utter brain rot monopoly and 50 second interval advertisements. This is a real video game. You won’t flinch when you see it on your Home Screen.

(I know it’s the first day and that many things will change in the future) I think the game idea is really fun and the mechanics are great, but I think that some of the menu stuff is a little jarring and that some smoothing could be useful. Also, when I went to do my missions the arrows that point to it won’t disappear and it kinda bothers me, lol. I think this game could actually be something I invest some time in and I’d really love to see this game have some involvement from both the players and the developers.

I’m shocked this game doesn’t have better ratings than it does because for a game that just recently dropped i personally thinks it’s great and super slept on for sure! recently watching the anime Blue Lock it definitely gives me nostalgia and i enjoy that for once it’s a game you don’t need to spend money on (unless you want to) to unlock different characters and emoticons / other neat little things throughout the game. i do wish there was an actual chat system but then again i don’t think there’d be time to talk during the intense games that take place haha. the friend system could use some tweaking but then again this is just my opinion, other than that the game is great and it’s all i been playing lately!

I mainly play the game on my PC but love the idea that I can play it whenever on the go while keeping my data. The controls are nice on mobile but I have a complaint about the button size. On my iPad Pro 12.9 the button size doesn’t match as shown on screen. When pressing my primary ability, it actually uses the movement ability instead. Turns out the buttons were overlapping each other but on the screen it doesn’t. I tried lowering the side but it doesn’t work also. Sometimes, I have to click further away from the actual button for it to register. If this can be fixed on a later patch or update, it would be much more enjoyable for me.

I feel like lately the App Store has been plagued with Genshin copies and low effort apps which is awful because phones are so powerful they can house really impressive games. I’d been following Omega Strikers since beta and have been loving every second of it. The devs are awesome and responsive, the art is incredible, and it’s Anime Air Hockey! Honestly what’s not to love lol. I play games pretty casually so I’m happy that this game isn’t super complex, but it does has competitive for those that are into it, and being available on like all platforms it’s super easy to rope friends into trying. Honestly I see a lot of good work being done on this game and I hope it gets rewarded with the success it deserves.

No joke, this game is 100% skill. No P2W. Only things that can be purchased are cosmetic, or characters (which you can get by playing). Characters are very expensive to buy, so its better off actually playing to get the characters. Every character is unique, even characters that are “OP” can be beaten if you have enough skill. Devs even listen to the community, features that the community has been wanting (such as voting for ending the game if a teamate leaves). Of course the actual gameplay is fun, and fast paced. You can do short matches, or long competitve matches to increase your rank.

I’m so thankful that this was brought to my attention! I have just started and will update with more gameplay time in the future. *thing before I start though devs, I’ve downloaded this title to an S22 ultra, 4th gen iPad 11 pro, and an iPad mini 6 and it seems that the vocals and lead guitar play exclusively louder through the left side speakers. I wasn’t sure if this was intentional, and just wanted to voice for the audiophiles out there on staff. It’s not a problem by any means, just wanted to offer genuine input is all. I AM TRULY EXCITED FOR THE TITLE, AND LOOK FORWARD TO PLAYING YOU GAME INDEED!!!💪🤓

I’ve never played this type of game before but I really like it. It has so many different strikers with the own skill. The games are a little slow but no less fun to play. My only issue is that sometimes I doesn’t let me connect to a game. I’ll wait for 3-5 minutes with no connection. I’ve tried playing in different locations but it’s just the same and it used to work in the locations I’ve tired. Idk so I’m uninstalling it and reinstalling so I hope this fixes the bug because I don’t know what else to do…

Hello, I’ve been playing the game after rank and have been addicted to your amazing game! :D. I was playing some rank and bronze level cause ima nub, but then I disconnected for some apparent reason. I normally don’t disconnect like this and I would have small lag spikes that would affect my gameplay sadly. I try to rejoin by reopening the app or just resetting it, which normally works, but it doesn’t work now for some reason. So if you could please add a rejoin button and fix this issue that would be amazing :D -AustinLovesApples (I love apples).

This is by far one of the best mobile games i've played in a while. Easy to learn but still a challenge to play. I find myself exclaiming in excitement, disappointment and anger all the same while playing. Dont get me wrong theres some stuff to fix, but all of it is pretty basic online game issues so im sure the devs already know. Once you play im sure you'll agree that the only thing we need added is savable replays so we can watch the plays that come off this game.

The idea and foundation of this game are great, with varied classes, bonuses, and play styles. Each class feels pleasantly unique from the next. Unfortunately, the game has severe balancing and polishing needs that make it near unplayable for me. The same characters are almost always picked in every game and others are hardly ever seen due to strength differences among the classes. As an Era main I hardly ever see other Era, Drekar, or Kai players on the field. There’s always at least one Juliette, Juno, or Zentaro Combine this with the game’s lag issues (even with otherwise near perfect connection) , serious battery drain, and sometimes frustrating knockout mechanic (with upgrades certain characters can repeatedly one or 2 shot knock you out of the match for ten seconds), the game can be more frustrating than fun. With updates and time I believe this could be a good game, as for now I would exercise caution before getting too invested in it.

Hey! I just wanna say when I downloaded omega strikers the day it game out, it was downloaded and I was so hyped to play it but when I immediately joined, I saw the art of the omega strikers characters and that’s how far I got in the game until it crashed. I keep trying to join but it keeps crashing! Please fix this, I’m using an iPad Mini 4 if that helps. I read all of the reviews for the game and they were all positive! So I’m gonna give the game 4 stars for now. Hope you fix the crash problem! Thanks!

So the game is solid and fun but I am coming across a common issue. This issue is the lack of goalies or people landing in the goalie position and not playing goalie. I believe people who refuse to play their designated position should get a penalty in terms of lack of experience and individuals who do sign up as a goalie and play it should get additional experience of some kind so that way more people would feel obligated to sign up as a goalie. So far every time I’ve taken the role as a position other then goalie I’ve had to become the goalie due to my teammates refusal to play the position.

Great concept and kinda fun, definitely worth the good ol college try. However at this point in time, people have grinded this game so hard that it’s absolutely not fun to get into especially if you’re not really a MOBA player. Honestly would be more fun if it didn’t feel so unresponsive or favored toward aim assist and controller users. Not to mention the player pool being so little that despite being a new player I went up against 5 of the top players in only 12 matches. Like the title says this games really for those who enjoy the grindy/precision aim MOBA games but as just a casual, fun game type of person it just wasn’t for me or my squad.

This game is very very fun. The mechanics are simple, the idea is different and it's very addicting. This game has a lot of potential with the different characters and abilities. It's like a moba with soccer in a way. Either way I'm really excited for the future of this game with new game modes, maps, and characters. Only gripe is that some things could be organized better in terms of how to change elements of your profile but I'm sure that'll get cleaned up later.

Downloaded the game, but couldn't get past the screen with a picture of a bunch of the characters because the app kept crashing. Not sure if it could my device’s problem, as it is relatively old (I play on an ipad that is a couple years old but still runs really well). Looks like a really fun game though, and I really like the concept and art. I hope I get to play this game one day.

I’ve only had this game are a little while, but it’s already very well polished. It scratches the itch to play soccer, but not wanting to play sports games. And also wanting to beat people up. Fantastic game. It has some flaws that I hope they fix. I’ve already had to redownload the game because I couldn’t queue or nothing. And my settings constantly keep resetting. I really hope they fix this soon.

I saw that this game won’t be updating soon because of funds not being enough. It’s quite sad to see this new game coming to and end so quickly. All the effort put into this game then for it to be all a wasted . It’s also sad to see all this hatred for a game that hasn’t even been around for very long! But all I hope is that the creators keep creating wonderful games they everyone can enjoy!!

The game is very fun to play. Way more so than what I would have originally expected. However there are several bugs that will make long term play really annoying. For one I get random crashes during matches (on iPhone 8) with no real indication when it happens. If I play 5 games about 2 or 3 the app will crash. The frame rate bug is fixable in settings, however the settings reset after every game or everytime u enter the app. These things need to be fix if I’m potentially gonna spend anymore money

I played mobile as it launched early and the game was super intuitive. Definitely recommend using a controller on that end if possible but once you learn the rotations and strikers it has such a high skill ceiling. Air hockey with champions is what I like to call it to those not in the know and I can’t wait to see what future updates this indie dev team comes out with next!

Hi! I just wanted to write a quick review here for a feature I want added. Just a heads up, I play this game on PC and It’s a blast! I would recommend checking it out there. My main gripe with this version is the controller support, or more so lack of. I hate to say it, but the touch controls are really bad. They just don’t feel right. I was going to play the game with an Xbox controller, but I was disappointed to see it not working. If proper controller support is added, I might check this version out! For now, I’ll stick to PC

First of all this game is very addictive with a. ?wholesome? Player base and creative characters that personally will never get tired of playing this game includes a RANKED mode which makes this more fun and roles like strikers,goalie,and flex which gives you your preferred play style but I just wished that the items warrant so hard to decode and I have trouble finding my nameplates :p

Honestly I’d really love to see the camera angle on this game fixed with a closer view and more centered like brawl stars having to run up instead of side to side I get so lost in that that it make it hard to play all though I’d love to because it seems a good game also maybe tweak the mechanics for hitting as well just seems slow and not very efficient. Again maybe that’s just me !! Hope this gets seen

This game is an absolute blast in almost every way. But, it’s just not too good on mobile until controller support exists. I’ll be happy to come back once it’s implemented, then bump this up to 5-stars. Leaving it at 4-stars though because I’m sure some mobile players are comfortable with phone controls and this game deserves a chance with that at least.

Well its very chill and fun. Its like MOBA but less tilting also more like MOBA rocket league but soccer. The emotes are so cute you cant even be mad if the enemy scores on you and spam an emote LMAOO and very entertaining game theres also leaderboards. It has hero, skills, buffs and some mechanical things you can do at high level, overall its an easy yet complex game also very chill to play. I recommend it 5/5.

I played the open beta awhile back, and instantly fell in love. The addicting gameplay loop, unique characters, and complete lack of pay to win mechanics make the game on of the best I've ever seen. It could do with some optimization or lower graphics settings, and devolpers, if your reading this, ADD A TRAINING MODE. I know you have A.I. implemented into the game, make it happen.

Has a lot of potential and it’s already a blast to play. Great sound track, characters, animations, and smooth game play if your not on switch. WASD with custom ability button on PC make it really easy to learn and controller is extremely good feeling just plug it in and go and you will feel like a pro.

Ever since I’ve got it on April 27th I’ve been playing it nonstop Unfortunately I can’t run the game on my phone but In the time I’ve owned it on my Nintendo switch I got over 20 hours on it Everything about the game is great, the characters, the art style, the gameplay itself, all amazing I 10/10 recommended this gamd

The game is great overall but I am raging at this one detail which is how to change the nameplate on iPad like noting is working and no video cares about changing the nameplate. So can please add a button or something to make it easier for people to change the nameplate on iPad.

The game itself was decent, but it does not make up for all the bugs and community dissatisfaction around it. I was a supporter from the beginning and took the game to serious too the point where i got banned. I will admit that is my own fault. However, i had made a review underlining bugs in game that i had found. Months later none were fixed. After the first ban i learned my lesson about being toxic, and having unsportsmanlike behavior, though this didnt stop others from partaking. I recently got banned a second time for the only reason i can assume was a mistake i made auto targeting which was facing my own goal. 6 day ban. The system is either targeting me, or the system itself is incompetent. The game is not worth my troubles. Uninstalled, unfollowed, and done with the toxic community and bugged game.

I’ve been playing for a while now and I still do but it really annoys me when the game crashes. Even when I put the graphics all to low, I still crash and lag. This make the game hard to enjoy because when I’m doing good in a match, somehow I crash and can’t rejoin the match. I’ve played games with friends and crashing makes them at a disadvantage. they have pog emote guys download Gameplay nice, characters don’t cost too much and you can directly get what you want without grinding for ages, free to play, easy to obtain items ect (like how i stated earlier, when in matches, cooldown on moves aren’t long, and the game is easy to understand

This game is awesome but I’m having problems trying to buy ODY points, and whenever we try to verify the purchase, the verify button doesn’t work when my phone is horizontal, which it needs to be for this game. If this could be fixed, I would be giddy.

Now I don’t have much say in this, if the game is good or not, because I can’t play. I’m 11 and I’ve been waiting for this game. Since I’m only 11 I can’t Sign In with Apple ID for different apps. So I cannot play since there are no other sign in options. Not even a guest option! So, sure, I am yet to play, I just y’know, really wanna play! Thank you for your time.

Crashes often and I can’t get back into the game after the crash. On the other hand I can’t choose to leave a game either

It is a bit slow in the movement but the game has been a whole lot of fun. Playing all morning during release day. I look forward to this game staying strong in years to come!

How do you change your nameplate? I have unlocked a new nameplate, but every time I try to change it nothing new comes up. How do you change it?

New player. Unlocked competitive and played 6 matches. Out of 18 sets my teams won a total of 1. Yes I lost 17/18 sets. Lost half my games to repetitive own goals by teammates. No I am not a good player. The issue is the opposition teams were substantially more skilled. Never did my opponents own goal on themselves. In most matches my team couldn’t even take down opponents barriers. While the opponent usually took down our barriers in moments. The game is brutally unbalanced. There is clearly a vast difference in team skill levels when you’re a new player attempting to learn. As is, unless you’re extremely good at the game and can hard carry other new players, expect to get penetrated every match. Not fun.

I played the beta on PC and this is a very faithful port. Controls are slick. Gameplay is engaging. My only gripe is you need a stable internet connection otherwise the page gets a bit much.

The concept is great but the games controls are terrible on mobile. You will find yourself being outplayed by those who use controller or keyboard/mouse. U cannot aim properly or see the field well on mobile, it’s a fun game to burn time, but I won’t be able to get in to the competitive scene due to the lack of optimization.

This is one of the funniest games I ever played it’s good when your play by your self and it tests out your skill a lot that good bc it’s about movement and thinking where to go or where shot it :)

Gameplay is interesting but the mobile controls aren’t suited for the rapid inputs and directional precision needed throughout the game. Interfaces aren’t made with mobile in mind AT ALL. Everything is tiny/hard to read etc. The short/simple nature of this game loop screams mobile but it feels way better on PC. A real head scratcher.

I just got into the game and now I’m facing 20 minute plus queue time and yes I waited 20 minutes just to cancel because I am NOT doing that again. Anyways not a good game now, definitely fun and good quality just… only if you can actually play it.

I played this game quite a bit during beta. New changes make all roles more interesting and dynamic. This game is great fun at any skill level, I’m highly recommending it to the lads.

This game is very much like a Mario Smash Brothers type but MOBA style game. It is a kind of e-sport but yet imaginatively different from real hockey. It is fun to play with several friends.

Love the characters, design, music and gameplay. They’re prefect but it’s so frustrating playing on the app because I keep getting kicked out. Every 5 games or so, the app crashes on me. I also get the occasional lag, so this ruins the fun.

Great game, but in my profile settings I can’t change my nameplate like it won’t show the other options for some reason. I don’t want to have the default background everytime I’m in a match.
