I liked the old app much better. This new app is way too busy and may have the same functionality but I can’t even stand it because it’s not as organized and pleasing to the eye. It’s also very annoying that now that I’ve downloaded the new app, all of my alerts that I had set up on my accounts are no longer functioning. I called the credit union and was told that they (account alerts) won’t be back functional for awhile because your staff has to hand enter the information....seriously??!! Everyone I know with banks and other credit unions have a functional app AND alerts...and have had those things for awhile now. I had just gotten my alerts set so that they worked well for me and now they are gone, hopefully you all get this new app working better than it is now. Truly bummed.
The service at The drive-through is always a long wait even when I’m being waited on to cash a check or deposit money or to get money it’s still a long wait they do not have enough employees that’s probably the problem other than, the credit union great.
In typical retail fashion, an “upgrade” is just a different look with even more problems than before. The previous app was easy to navigate and easy to tell what the transactions were and where they were originating from. This new app erases all of that. It feels convoluted and overly complex. On a good number of my transactions, I can’t even tell where they’re from without tapping on the transaction itself. The transfer process between members is also now more complicated than it needs to be, requiring sets of suffixes and numbers that I’m not ever sure where they come from, rather than simple the name and account number you were transferring to. I thought maybe I’d get used to it after awhile, but I haven’t. It’s still just as infuriating today as it was when I downloaded the new app. To sum it up, it’s extremely disappointing
The app isn’t super bad, however there are some fixes that would bring it to 4 and 5 stars. The flaws that I’ve noticed are that the actual balance and available balances sometimes don’t add up and the one feature that would really bring the app up to par would be making pending deposits visible to the members like many other banks and credit unions do. The credit union staff can see pending deposits but the customers can’t on the app or online platforms. If there is a way to make that happen it would be an awesome perk that would save the employees of the credit Union a lot of time taking phone calls and save the members time not having to make them.
I have had several problems with your mobile deposit. It either has trouble reading the check the picture I take within the lines isn’t a picture that shows up and it gets rejected and I have to do it again I’ve even had to have a check taken in and deposited in person because it said there was an intruder in the account. Just a few of the issues I’ve had with mobile deposit other than that everything‘s great
We’ve been a customer for almost 9/10 years now and I personally think that the ATM should be upgraded so that we can withdraw any cash as we want like example if we wanted $15 now we can only do $20 . Hope someone see this post ✌🏼✌🏼
Overall, this app is good. The thing that makes it bad is that it doesn’t say what the money is getting taken out for/from in transactions. It just says “withdrawal” “withdrawal”. One day last week it changed and there was color icons and actual names of stores like “target” etc. The very next day it went back to saying “withdrawal” for EVERYTHING. It’s frustrating because this makes it 100x harder to keep track of where my money is going. Sometimes it takes me minutes to dig through my brain trying figure out where I spent $40 on some random withdrawal just to realize it was Probably just gas. Please fix this. Please. It makes me regret transferring banks.
After several days of use I’ve come to the conclusion it’s actually worse then I initially thought. I’ve removed a star. Can you give a zero star rating?
I really preferred doing my banking on my Desktop. It seemed more secure and much easier for me. Now I have to do my banking from my iPad because it won’t except my browser anymore.
This app is much more difficult to manage. The other app showed me when my payments were due right on the first page. This one you have to dig around. Not user friendly. Bring the old app back.
Last update removed tags you could assign to each transaction now you can place inly a note. All history of tags are gone. Would have been more useful yo have tags and ability to sort transactions.
The old app kept up on your deposits and withdraws so you can see everything going in and out of your account. I have had this app for 4 days and I have bought quite a few things and it doesn’t even say in the transactions that I bought anything. Old app was way better wish I never got rid of it.
The new update is terrible! You have to open each transaction to see who it was for, doesn’t give you a running total after each transaction, no graphs available... doesn’t seem like a step forward.
i hate this new update. i want the old app back. this is not user friendly, it’s more difficult to use. i liked how the old app was set up so much better and i don’t know why we had to get this app. i liked the color coding-red for when something was taken out of my account, and green for when something got deposited. and how the app would open up to my checking account not my savings.
Too much crammed onto one page. I used to be able to see the complete info for transactions. Now it takes 3 clicks to see the same information I used to get to with one.
I’m trying to set up a Zelle account thru the since Zelle prompts me to any time I try to enroll. It says to click on "send money with Zelle" inside the Omni app but there is no such thing on the app????????
I dislike your new app very much. We have multiple accounts both checking and savings under one name. It is nearly impossible to easily transfer from one account to another because there are no accounts numbers listed for any of the accounts. Each time I make a transfer it is a stab in the dark whether I am getting the correct account. If I use member transfer I now have to remember account codes instead of account numbers to make a transaction to the correct account or carry a “cheat sheet” to correlate the correct code to the account I am making a transaction on. I do almost all of my banking on line. The previous app was so much faster and easier. I have talked to the local branch and the main office. They asked me a month ago to be patient while they worked this out. I have heard nothing.
