This is not a customer facing app like every other significant hotel chain has. It seems to be a housecleaning app for hotel management or something. You’d think they would name it something that wouldn’t lead customers to think it’s a reservation and information app. Kind of makes them look dumb, and me feel dumb for wasting my time downloading it…
I tried to log in with my Omni ID. The app said it didn’t recognize me. I called the Omni toll free number, and was first told that they didn’t have an app. When I I said I’d downloaded it from the Apple Store, I was told that the app is in development and doesn’t work yet, that it’s just a placeholder for now.
My favorite hotel chain has the worst app. Cannot figure out why they don’t have a customer facing app to make reservations, check status, etc. total waste of time.
