Although winning one of the grand prizes would be an awesome blessing for me and my family, that’s not why we give to 1C! There are a ton of giveaways out there but this app seems like it’s trying to be more about encouragement and daily good deeds. You can feel the community behind it and it’s been uplifting for me to see others doing something positive in the world, for neighbors and friends, etc. It’s a nice touch. Its the world I wanna live in. Not the steady stream of bad news I get from every other app like Insta and Facebook. I see you One Country. 🥂Good vibes!
There have been many issues with the app in the 13 months I’ve been a paying member. Out of that time there was at least 3-4 months where there was no access to the app while they had “technical issues” they were working on. Now the latest is they can’t find my account even though I was just charged the monthly fee and they can’t seem to fix the issue. But they have no problem still charging me. Hmmm not very organized, the support people are not helpful, and overall it’s been a hassle. It’s cool to be able to adjust your entries and send them all to one giveaway you want, but then again, they will charge me but then not be able to locate my entries anywhere. Not cool at all.
I entered into one prize online months ago. Nowhere did it say there would be a recurring charge. Only recently did I realize they’ve been taking money from my account every month. You can’t cancel this service anywhere! Your account page only shows how many “prizes” you’ve been entered into, and if you select the option to delete your account, they notify you this will not delete your subscription! How is this legal? I have not been able to get anyone through their email, and they don’t have a phone number on file. I placed a stop payment through my bank just to get them to stop taking money. What a scam - don’t let them get your money!
I think One Country is great. There’s only one problem that I have. I wish you had a phone number instead of email because I’m not very good with the computer and I have some problems understanding and it’s good if I could talk to someone, but other than that, I’m glad you give to the same places that I do ST. I am thrilled and excited to be a part, I finally made a commitment to be able to at least dream with my wife as we listen to music that is the soul of our Country embedded in our memories and lives at it relates to us and our true feelings. Play a song jerk a tear or cut up the rug either way it touches your soul. Feed your soul because not many things in life have that ability.
When you try to chat with someone in support it’s like they answer but then put you on hold in the chat screen I waited 15 minutes for someone to even say hello! Second I’ve been emailing support for the past 2 days about canceling my membership and deleting my account (because that has to be done by them there is no option to do so in account settings…red flag #1) but have yet to get a response in 2 days in the age of instant and Now! Why is that? Seems fishy to me! I’m probably gonna have to get my bank involved and reverse charges and make a big stink about it because they aren’t in any hurry to answer support issues!!
The radio won't play when they close the app like regular music apps I have to keep my screen on in order for the music to play update: My app has been working as it should, and i can now listen to the radio with my screen closed or locked. app is great. Thank you!
You won’t win, and good luck cancelling!! They bury how you have to cancel your service so people give up and the auto renewal keeps giving them money. Email and call to cancel and they take forever, assuming they get back to you at all. They are using loopholes to stay out of trouble. I would look out for a class action lawsuit in the forseeable future and add your name to the list. Update: Membership still has not been cancelled as requested. Phone message was left as requested, and no response. Emails were sent and no response has been received.
Since I accepted the offer to get the 30 chances in each giveaway each month, I’m just excited for the opportunity to have a shot and winning some great giveaways. Looking forward to more and more from One Country. It’s been wonderful.
I think it’s amazing what they do for people. It’s a blessing to give to those around us and I love it. I hope one day I can be a winner, but until then I enjoy seeing those around me being blessed ☺️ Keep it up One Country
I thought I wanted to become member but after reading some of the reviews. My question is does this company not give a chance to cancel at any time? Does it really just keep taking your money each month? Without any kind of warning or option to cancel at anytime?? Isn’t that illegal?
One Country radio is by far the best station to listen to. I keep it on all the time. Can’t beat the contests too. I’m not sure what took me so long to become a One Country fan but there’s no turning back now.
While I like the ideas this company says they support. There actions do not show it. First you will find that when you subscribe you can not very easily cancel. This is a huge flag. And more concerning is that they cannot account for your entries accurately, they state is just an IT bug. Well that gives me no faith that they can fairly draw for and award prizes. For me I will take my money and donate directly to charities as that way I know where the money goes.
Thank you for this great App. There is so much information to learn about, some great merchandise. Add more merchandise! And the opportunity and hope to win a home and a truck tops it all off. I’ll be checking back daily!
I’m all for agreeing to your lawyer’s demands, but their screen seems a bit of kilter, and there is no way to clear it or get around it. My app has been stuck there for three weeks, through two delete and installs, and I’m at a loss. … have been using your website.
I have had no way to contact any support for deleting my membership there’s no option to to do so. This becomes a recurring charge when I only entered for 1 & for only the one time. No where does it say for ALL NOR DOES IT SAY RECURRING I never gave authorization for this to be an ongoing debit from my account. This has made my bank account over drawn & I can’t get any support, I’m going to have to go into my bank personally now to get this to stop
Every time I open up this app there is some amazing new giving away, country artist or new feature! I just saw today they launched 1C radio. Keep it up!!
I was paying in. Put everything into a drawing and it crashed. No longer a member so messaged the company and they did apologize for the problem and told me I would have to redo the application amount for points. Might or might not have effected the drawing but I’ll never know. No longer putting cash into it and wouldn’t recommend doing so if it crashes out of the blue. Still a member though.
This little station doesn’t just provide your favorite country music, it offers so much more interests to make listening additionally great and always a fav to return to !!
Refused to refund even though I canceled my entire account the month before.
I no longer wanted to keep this account so I deleted my account when they charged me in June. Then I was charged again in July. How you charging me for an account that no longer exists and because I didn’t contact customer service even though I deleted my account they refuse to refund me my money. Yall way to wealthy to be robbing people.
Don’t fall for this scam. Once you sign up, you cannot cancel it. I have emailed them about canceling my account, but they never reply back. Also, if you were to possibly win any real property that they supposedly raffle off (Ozark cabin), you only win the ability to lease it, which means, you do not and never will, actually own the property. They retain all ownership rights. If you don’t believe me, read their fine print and see for yourself!
I’ve been a One Country fan but I love the new upgrades they just released. Being able to reallocate your entries to the prizes you want to win the most is amazing! Plus the new content they’ve added is awesome. I’m a big country music fan and this is really cool.

After a mobile application update and multiple reinstalls, the app prompts for login, states my account requires renewal, and does not allow renewal. It states, after choosing my monthly entries: “You must either paymentIntentClientSecret or setupIntentClientSecret”. This seems like a DevOps dev, test, prod fail as well as a potential app vulnerability all day. The web site login works fine with no alerts to renew membership. However, I cannot view my account or payment information - not good. The one million dollar graphic does not appear on the mobile version of the website using Safari… … uuuuuuhhhhhhh derp.
I like the content. However, the radio keeps cutting out almost every song, and you can’t zoom in on the small print articles. Hopefully, those can be improved.
I think the concept is awesome and I enjoyed the app but now I am facing a problem that will keep me from coming back. The fact that I can not CANCEL when I want, is a major flaw that I am not okay with. I emailed support to cancel, I shouldn't have to do that to begin with.
You have to contact one country to cancel not the app. It clearly says that in the EULA. Read things before you just sign them people. Its not complicated.
Don't be stupid like me, don't download this app or join this service. They purposely do not allow you to delete your account, they also purposely don't allow you to cancel the membership without contacting their non-existent support team. Tbh, I doubt they even make donations to charity.
I tried canceling my subscription online and via the app and there is no way of figuring out how to do this. Please do now subscribe to this it will literally be impossible to remove or delete your card!
This app is a scam they will not cancel your membership and will continue to take your money. Your bank will need to get involved in order to cancel and receive your payment. I doubt they do any good and it’s probably all for show. Just my opinion. “Preemptive developer response response below” I know it says to contact you by email in order to cancel. You do not respond to those and continue to steal money from people
I have downloaded this app multiple times. Every time I can’t get passed the lawyer page. Have emailed the company and never get a response. So there is no way to cancel if I want to or participate!!!
