Like the last review says. I wish I could give 10 stars. This give exact address with time. Road for road. Not as the crow flys. If you have a company with a fleet of trucks or whoever is in your vehicles. and you want to know where they are, this one is the best one out there. Great customer service and support. You can not go wrong w this gps company. I choose the version that hooks up to your battery under the hood and it has great performance. Never drops off line. Has never lost sight of my trucks.
After having one of our vehicles stolen, recovered not long after it was noticed thanks to the tracker. They stole the dash cam, so without power, I couldn’t access the footage to see who it was. OneStep went above and beyond, taking the time to find the screenshots we needed of the person who stole it. Their help will forever be appreciated. Their products work as advertised and help us manage the fleet more efficiently. Big thumbs up.
Not only does this app not work well it does automatic shut offs on our rental boats in bay causing customers and there family’s to be stranded dangerously out on water luckily the fire department was able to cut one of the wires to get it to stop turning on and off leaving out in middle of bay in dark with no lights.. please avoid this app and the people that work there they continue to blame us and not take responsibility. The app sends false geo fence notifications that our boats are roaming around in middle of night I called the water police got the police department looking for a boat out on water thinking it was stolen. Luckily they didn’t charge me after we discovered it was app going hay wire!
By far the best gps device in the market it dose everything you need And the most important is a customer service they always answer your phone they very helpful and very friendly they listen to you suggestion and they always work to improve their service
As the title says, the app is easy to use. Plug the device in, have it activated if it’s not already, install the app and that’s it. NOTE: At this time I havent gotten fancy, as in setting geofences, or alerts for bad driving. I wanted a device that would give me a vehicle location without waiting for 20 minutes. This solution is simple. Log in and look. 5 seconds. Done.
This service is great and give it a 5 star review but the latest update to the app has now caused an issue where I cannot drag down on the map to see further north. It just pulls the window down and goes back to the login screen. This is new since last update. I am using an iPhone XS.
I got the tracking last year and it is great. I mainly use my computer but when I am on the go and need to see where someone is I can just pull them up on my phone. It allows for to also see where they have been and I can show my employees or customers if there are any problems. Highly recommend them!
These people are absolutely ridiculous I am asking for them to cancel my subscription three times already and send me a return label for a refund. As soon as I ask that they bounce me around a different “departments” and then clean their gonna send a return label and never do. They keep charging my account and I had to file a fraud claim with my credit card company. Choose any other company besides this tracker doesn’t work well and they’re Apple operating system is the equivalent of windows 95

No contract and great service. Love it ! Easy to use especially when you go shopping and forget where u parked ur car in a lot the size of a football field !
I have three vehicles with these trackers, the app on my phone has failed to load for two weeks which obviously defeats the purpose of having gps in the first place. Use a different device!
