I LOVE this app! It makes it really easy check my pay stubs, request PTO, and manage my employee account on the go. I recently got a new bank account and I was able to update my banking info right in the app. I would highly recommend!
Love how easy this app makes it for me as an employee to access my OnPay dashboard. It’s also great to be able to request PTO right from my phone and access to pay stubs whenever I need them.
It’s non existent. I login and it takes me to a blank page no matter how many times I start over or redownload the app. This has to be embarrassing for the company. Makes them seems unprofessional. May make me switch back to ADP. This is not convenient at all!
I haven’t been able to log into my account for months now via the app. And every time I try to log in on the website via my phone it never recognizes my phone and have to verify it’s me every single time
We were unable to access our account. It opened, we were able to be a user, but our company information was not there. So, it’s a useless app right now. Sad, I expected more.
No information listed. Company needs to complete the app before releasing. Have called the company with different answers. One said they don’t know when the app will be ready, other said it should be ready in Nov/Dec.
Does not even show payroll info, only a blank screen. It’s as if someone uploaded the app one hour after they began working on it. OnPay is a great payroll service, but this app makes them appear incompetent.
This whole program is trash! I can’t log into my account on the app or online. It asks for a “multifactor code”then never sends one. Never let’s you just log in without one. I have checked my spam folder my email my backup email, nothing. Then it doesn’t give you the option to select that you did not receive the code or to contact support. Total waste!
If I just go to the web browser on my phone and log in via the website it works just fine. Meanwhile, the dedicated app will take my login and verification code but refuses to give me access to any information. What a joke, avoid at all costs.
If you can help it don't use this app. "App", every time I log in something has changed. I used to be able to use Face ID, that was OK, sometimes. Now the "App" wants two forms of verification one being password (ok) then it it sends a code to verify its you (really, ok) then redirects you to the website anyway (why have an app?) Then there is a 50/50 chance that you get in. Look the info that I provided in the "App" is good, it is one of the better ones, however getting in is such a pain.
I downloaded this for payment through a company I am doing contract work through. The app is trash, I have to use the website because this app has not one time successful worked for me. You sign in and it send you a verification code, then every time you put the code in, it says error. Then if you try to close the app and try again, or go back and try the code again, it says “OnPay is for w2 workers only” and that you have to have a login. But won’t let you log in.
