Needs updated

App hasn't been updated in a long time also when going to report a street light outage and tapping on the light the box that is supposed to show up is just an outline you can’t see the actual box.

Worthless

I’ve tried for years to submit outages on this app on different phones. This app has NEVER worked. I give up! Even the phone numbers are dead ends. Either the call doesn’t go through, or an answering machine says the office is closed for the day. These are the phone numbers that the app had listed to report outages. Ridiculous! How unprofessional.

Disappointing Application

An application that redirects the user to their website that doesn’t retain user credentials is disappointing in the least. On top of that it constantly crashes due to poor sustainment with regards to proper development practices.

Can be better

Just a basic app. Was hopeful I could use the app to get on my account or pay the bill. That is not an option.

Works good but..

Used this app for the recent snow storm. Need to be updated though for retina display, iPhone 5, and IOS 6 . A bill pay option would be nice too.

Needs some work and tablet crossover.

This app is decent for reporting street lights and power outages. OPPD needs to work on making this app better to function with the iPad, especially the larger Pro model.

A great utility app with tons of cool features with good navigation, and a great resource if the power goes out.

crashing on iPhone 6 for a streetlight outage... But it's a great app on iPhone 5

Update!!

Please add a pay bill option onto this app!!! The app is basically useless without an option to pay your bill.

GPS is broken on the streetlight outage map.
