I’m a gamer. I buy games and sim racing accessories from companies outside of America. Every transaction is blocked and flagged as high risk. It becomes frustrating and makes me want to remove all my money from this bank and find a new one. Solutions I see fit would be to allow me to approve transactions from the app. Or notice my spending habits with these companies and do a one time verification with said company. I’m not calling the bank every time I want to spend money online.
I do not like that I get so many over drafts. I have been hacked a few times and sometimes I have unexpected withdrawals. I am on disability and it has been very hard for me to keep money in my account and survive on that?
It seems there is always problems about every 3 months. I finally switched to Valley Federal Credit Union because of the problems. I used to like this bank but when you access, it’s hard to function. I would not Recommend this bank!
Haven’t been able to use Face ID for the last two months. Called customer service and they told me to reinstall the app. I’ve done it twice, updated the app, still not working.
The app should List all transactions (transfers, deposits, checks, debit card) within the last 30 days, not just that month. when I logged on on the first of the month it shows no transactions, well of course because it's seven in the morning! But I know there are transactions from yesterday which was the 31st and those are the ones I want to see. Also it will show you the available balance but won't let you see the pending transactions so you don't know what to account for. I had to log on to the full website to find out the information I needed...annoying! Then I tried to do a transfer and it kept telling me it failed. However when I logged onto the full website (again) and clicked on "all transactions" (which is the only way you can see any pending transactions) it said that they all went through and showed I had multiple transfers! They should have left the old app it worked great!
