Nothing else to say other than…If you want an app to help advise your options decisions, you need an app like this. (If you have an app you like better, then great. Otherwise…no competitor??) This app has *taught me* about how the strategies work. I’m a chill, simple trader — long call here and there, long put peppered in. The info provided about the strategies (which may be pulled from Fidelity, not sure) is terrific. If you’re confident you don’t need this app, then great, GLHF. Otherwise…download it. It’s free, and at worst, you have a helpful tool installed.

Simulation trading is great for learning and applying strategy. Only flaw is it’s lack in real-time play of stock during market hours. Other than that it’s good. Would love to see improvements in the action keys to move the strike point and the number of contracts. A game changer would be the ease of communicating in a community of ppl who also find good potential simulated trades and sharing the results of ppls success in trades.
I’ve been using the website version of this app for a few weeks and I have to say it is significantly more intuitive than the competition. I’ve been anticipating the iOS version and happy to report it is as fluid as the full site. The design and layout is simple yet provides all the options I can think of. The developer is very responsive to feedback as well.
I don’t understand how a free like this is not 5 stars. It’s probably reviewers that don’t understand how to use it or don’t understand the fundamentals about options trading. Yes, the website version is a lot easier to navigate and utilize, but you get what you get on a mobile app. Its FREE! Thank you to all the developers that has made this app possible. Simple and very effective. 👌
Had no idea how options worked other than typing in a ticker and buying some OTM weeklies and waking up on Friday with a cash equivalent of a yacht in my RH account BUT now I’m learning how the pros do it. - only con is no YOLO strategy so that needs to be added ASAP But seriously this visualized is amazing. Hope robinhood buys this from him and he uses all the earnings on YOLO GME calls and squeezes it higher than it did today
I wasn't even looking for this app it found me and how lucky i was. I started playing with it and quickly signed up for the cheap version then won first trade, beginners luck maybe went for the higher priced version…holy chap what a big difference how did i trade without it?? Buy it now dont be cheap you will thank me
I couldn’t wrap my head around most multi-legged options strategies until I started using this app. Absolutely the most intuitive options visualizations tool I’ve seen. Would love to get real-time options quotes. I’d pay a small monthly fee to get real time, or sign up and trade on the platform if Optionstrat becomes a broker.
Seriously, as a visual learner, seeing projected profit and loss has helped me more than any other tutorial or article out there. I’m actually a UX/UI developer, for a pretty large (meme stock 🦍) company, and this is honestly inspiring. It does such a great job of conveying complicated information in an easy to understand way. The ability to quickly adjust trades to see the change in profit/loss profile is incredible. Low friction allows for some amazing experimentation. I always think I’m a genius for a new trade idea, but then I plug it in to OptionStrat and realize it’s not a great idea 😂 Thank you!
This is the best options calculator when it comes to planning strategies and visualizing liquidity of the contracts you want to trade. Experimenting with different strategies and keeping tabs on their performance over time is the best feature here, helps you try out new strats without the risk.
Seriously! This program overhauled my options game. Instead of sticking to the same tired options strategies you can make custom strategies that fit your investing plan and the current action of the stock to get the perfect blend of risk / reward.
Love this app. this kind of app in mobile in just unbelievable. Req- if i can enter strike price manually, it'll be more helpful. Because app had 15min day due to regulation. I can enter stock price manually, but can't change strike price. which lead to wrong graph.
This is by FAR the best tool I’ve seen for teaching beginners how options work, and also invaluable for researching strategies for the more advanced options trader. Seriously, this is absolutely amazing and incredibly well designed. Very impressive.
This app is awesome. It helps calculate risk, breakeven, profits, along with time decay on an easy to read grid. Been trading options for a few years… don’t know how I lived without it. Novice and experienced traders will benefit from this app. Kudos to designers and keep up the good work!
Super easy to use , the display is simple and the option list of spreads is made easy also !!! Great app , helps me go over choices the night before figuring out long term plays and also targets of when I’m taking profits in the calls or puts I’m in !!!
**Update** I’ve had a few days to play around with the app. It’s awesome! If you trade options and want help understanding the profit / loss breakdown, this is the app for you. I’d give it 6 stars out of 5. Had a small issue with my iPad so I emailed the developer. He emailed back and had a fix in short order! Awesome response. The app is great for taking a look at simple through complex options strategies, The UI is pretty intuitive and it’s easy to manipulate the variables. One of the best (if not the best) app of it’s type that I’ve seen.
Incredible app. The information is great, allows you to visualize time decay, gives probability of success and interface intuitive. Best financial app, hands down.
Beautifully made app which provides a neat way to look at and identify different option strategies. Would love to be able to adjust the contract price to see how p/l looks for previously purchased contracts

I love the App! Upgraded to the Live Options flow after a day of using. Saved trades/filters along with being able to optimize strategies have me hooked. Bravo.
Cyral (dev) has done great job with the website and this app. UI looks great and very snappy response. Easy to use and with a couple of bug fixes soon this app will be perfect.
…tried to use it for about 20 minutes before it stopped working and I became unable to scroll on any tab within in the app. But during those 20 minutes, the app seems good, which is why I gave two stars. UI clearly needs work.
Hi Developers, the app is great to use and well build. One downside is the saved trades are getting deleted on the start of the day of expiration. Please keep the saved trades till the end of market close hours. Thanks in advance.
App is extremely unresponsive. For a second I thought something is wrong with my phone. But ofcourse it's only the app that's unresponsive. For multi legged options, if you change the multiplier for 1 leg, it changes for other legs too. So unable to setup butterfly for example.
