connection issues since latest update

This is a widely used app by our sales force but since updating to the newest version, users are unable to connect server. They have the correct host protocol and port number. Any help on this is highly appreciated.

Please address the login issue ASAP

This release has been a heartache for my IT department. We sent out a communication to not download this version, but we had a large base of users install it. Thanks to Oracle for releasing a workaround until the fix is released. Hopefully it comes soon. Otherwise, OBI is a great resource.

Since the latest update the app has become an inconvenience to use. The layout is not user friendly and having to log in each time using a text verification is annoying. It used to be my most used app and now don’t even bother using it anymore.

Do not update!!!!

The latest app is not even functional. Use this for our entire organization and am pushing for a new app/company to work with..absolutely horrible!

Do not update the app

Do not update the app. The new version does not work, cannot connect to the BI server. Not sure what quality check Oracle did before releasing the new version.

Don’t download!

This newest version won’t even open! Wish they would fix it soon! Cannot get any data. Won’t even let me login.

Unable to reach host due to an invalid certificate

Hi, downloaded the application and when I tried to login, I got the above error. How can I rectify it? It works on my browsers.

Does not save password, repeatedly keeps asking for password and does not connect.

New Release broke IPad Pro

Screen resolution is off for IPad Pro. This update has tuned this tablet into an IPad Mini.

Not working

When i try to connect it says THIS SERVER HAS DIFFERENT VERSION but it doesnt. I recomend oracle test your app before release.

Can not connect

This app does not work and I cannot connect to server. When I try to connect to the demo it doesn’t work. Do you QA your code at all?

I used to use this app A LOT. Since I was forced to update the app, it has been useless. Constantly asking me to connect, then I have to login, have a code text to me, and then FINALLY, I get to the data which is now in a more difficult to use and navigate format. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times and nothing has helped. Even calling support. I’ve decided to delete the app for good until someone gets this thing back on track. 👎🏼
