Excellent service in person or ATM. I prefer to go inside since everyone is so kind and helpful. This is a bank where service comes first ~ decisions are made locally and the bank is invested in the community. Small Town Banking ~ with the home town touch and extremely professional and kind staff. Orange Bank offers so much more then the big box banks, 5 stars to Orange Bank.
I have been with the branch for years now and I can confidently say I don’t trust any bank like I trust OBTC. The App may not be perfect but it takes care of all your online banking needs.
When I log on, not all of my accounts will show up BUT if I log out and back in a few times all the accounts will miraculously appear. I was told when I went into the bank that the problem was how old my Phone was, but the problem has not improved since I upgraded to the last iPhone
Since Aug 2020, the app check deposit feature hasn’t worked. Which is kit a huge problem, but now I have to go to the branch. Call’s to the branch were ineffective on having the issue fixed. The app is actually 3 parts. The integration could be improved.
Hi - it’s getting better, but need zelle and a better platform that is more user friendly. Love the remote deposit. LOVE the New City branch. Super attention, the community feel is unbeatable.
I created an on line account, signed up for bill pay, but when I try to zelle get a screen that simply says “error.” When I try to use the app when I click on zelle it takes me back to the main screen. Simply does not work. Don’t say you have Zelle if you don’t. Don’t have an App if it doesn’t work.
Terrible banking app. Mobile check deposit doesn’t work. The site is designed clunky & old. Functionality very very limited. Needs an entire overdo. Very disappointing.
