One thing I have pitched to the feedback line and elsewhere (except here) is a feature that I am still a bit surprised is still not available: Scheduled transfers. This feature is standard on many other income/funding apps I use, AND it’s a feature that can be done through your online banking. WHY is it still not available in the app? The app functions great for me (for the most part; I do run into the occasional error), but this missing feature kills it for me. Really needs to be a thing. Thanks.
This latest version of the mobile app fixed my biggest complaint, that I couldn't set up payments unless I was logged in from a computer. Now I have access to "bill pay" from my mobile devices. This app does everything I need to do. I can't remember the last time I was actually inside a branch.
Every single time I open the app I have a notification that message center has a “New” message. It’s always the same message for debit card rewards to be activated. I can open the message and the notification closes until I close the app and reopen, then the same notification is there. It’s annoying to have to open the same message every time I use the app.
I don't understand the point of doing the finger print option when it constantly erases it and makes me use the password. Then the password doesn't work and when I try to recover the credentials it says the option is not available.
Your locations button in Account Services points only to ATMs in Wichita, KS. I’m not in Wichita…. I’m in Titusville. Yes, location service is enabled in iOS.
The app work perfectly fine before. Now that they've updated it, I can't check my balances, I can't look at my accounts and I can't do anything until I call the bank.
Went to Credit Union the sheriff location was closed due to technical problems. Had to go to the City Hall location....What a eye opener first Time virtual reality. It’s ok , BUT I PREFER A HUMAN IN THE FLESH, live hand shaker, PERSON....
