I really love this app, it’s easy and convenient to use. Quick transfer but the only issue is that when you send in money it take time to reflect on the account except that everything is perfect.
From the looks of things, this app seems great (setting things up and getting to use) but i’ve had this issue (which is the sole reason i chose this app over others) where i can’t fund my paga wallet with the added bank account. Also, when i try to add my debit card, it only shows sign of a “metro card”, no verve or master card as i input the details (which are the standard bases in Nigeria) making it difficult to fund it. Can you kindly look into these and update the app ? This app has been dormant without these criteria.
I will advice anyone who loves his money to stay away from this malicious site. After creating of account, then you verify and you verification will be pending for weeks. The next thing they shut your account and blacklist your name and number such that you will never be able to open account again. Customer support never replies on any media and the CEO doesn’t care if you have money in there or not. Over 5 days since I can’t log into my account and no one can response. An account that I have never transacted with was disabled. Imagine I had funds in there?
I refer someone to use Paga account and she started using the app, last week Friday she send 26 thousand Naira to someone and the person didn’t receive the money till now and there is no reverse till now, she is on my neck since last week pls I have try to reach your customer support number but non of them is responding pls try to help us with this issue please
I tried checking my Paga account yesterday evening, and I discovered 25 thousands naira exact 5:30pm as been deducted from my account without me doing any transaction of such…. This is a worst scamming app ever, my 140,000 gone after all the verification and I tried to reach to the customer service no one respond me. This app is so slow and I am starting to hate the app it keeps telling me to verify my address unless I won’t be able to make transactions which I did countless times and the details was not verified till date so tell me how I am going to make transactions and now my money is stuck just let me remove my money and open another bank
Glad I found this app, have been having issues with UBA online banking, everytime balance unavailable, but with the help of Paga I attached my bank to it and now I don’t need the UBA mobile banking, this app is the best❤️❤️❤️❤️
Buy data and airtime with the app and didn’t receive it.. I’ve been trying to reach their customer service but they aren’t responding at all and this is not the first time it happened,the first time, the customer service replied after many days and today me to contact my network provider when fully we’ll they know I got the issue from their app

I actually did three transactions today to different banks from my Paga account but they’ve not received the payment yet and I’ve been debited for the past 3 hours… I need an assistant to know what is happening to resolve this issue…
Do not save your money with this people as they are scam and will log you out of the application at any point in time without allowing you access back into the account. Check there IG page and others…they closed the comment section to allow users not to be able to lay complaints and inform others about there service.

Opening a bank like paga can lead to premium tears especially when you deposit money can just disappear for a month plus they don’t have CS to attend to you they don’t care about your complaints and if you call they drop your calls immediately this is the worst fintech I have seen

Their customer service number is never going through. They don’t reply or rectify issues even after complaints. I’m still waiting for at lease a response from them for a complaint I made nothing, Liars and thieves. I wish I never used their platform at all

The app itself is quite easy to use, but Paga network is terrible and you may not be able to get your money out when you need your money which is the whole point of haveing a banking app .. Paga needs to fix up thier network
