New problem!!! What is going on with the paparazzi app again??? We get to the order screen then try to checkout and then it’s stuck on syncing the shipping!! This app is not working right. I can get to front page and then try to go to the back office tab and and it will not go any farther. Us paparazzi consultants need to get into the back office tab on this app.
I have been having major problems with utilizing the app for the past few days. I have been trying to log in, view my dashboard and even check my back office. I can’t access any of these things because I just receive a “login in” screen with a spinning circular arrow and it just spins. It’s been doing this for 3 days straight. I believe there is a major bug that needs to be fixed so that consultants have better access, loading ability and functionality in handling their business endeavors on the go. For me, I highly rely on this app because I am so much on the go. If this can be looked into as soon as possible, it would be greatly appreciated!
I have been having problems with this site (Paparrazzi) for the past 4 days. I had problems with my cell and had to have a factory reset done. It was down for about a week and a half. I did save all my documents and info with the Apple support team on line with me. Now I try to go in and it will not recognize my password which I tried changing and it did nothing. I’m trying to go into the app and all it does is give me the loading circle ⭕️ and it just stays loading and will not go into my login page it just continues to give me the loading circle. Can someone do something about this. I deleted the app and reinstalled and I still can’t get in. Thank you!
I’m having issues for the past few days with your app. And also the regular website. Something is going on. In my opinion there are so many people selling and active with paparazzi and as consultants we rely on the app and website a lot. We need to be able to continue to provide our customers with your product and we need to make sure we can do that. However i think maybe some software needs updated on your end because there are so many of us maybe the volume of people is making it difficult all in all. Thanks
This app is unusable at this point. I used it exclusively to make my orders, etc. until a week ago when the system went down. The app has been useless since that time. I even tried uninstalling and installing again. New pieces come out in the middle of the work day for many of us, and the app is much easier to use than trying to get onto the website - which is much clunkier when trying to get logged in and look through the jewelry. I’ve given up on even trying to get new jewelry at this point.
I love how it logs me automatically in and allows to shop easily. Now that I am a consultant it allows me to track my business just as easy! It runs a little slow at times but nothing unbearable I would definitely recommend to my customers! I think a great feature to add would be to be able to download a selfie and try on the jewelry!
In the last week, this app has been u installed and reinstalled 3 times to see if it will stop freezing when trying to place an order, view order history or basically any tab. So frustrating for my business
I have not had any issues using it an absolutely love it it’s simple to use. I only wish that the images were larger on the inventory schreen I find my self looking the name of the item up on goodly just so I can see the picture of the item.
The app is useless. It doesn’t load new releases on time, or refresh properly. When you select items to add to your cart it says “adding” but then nothing ever adds. Sometimes the app just crashes, or worse, reloads and erases anything you may have miraculously managed to register with the shopping cart - infuriating!! Don’t waste your time with this app. A consultant app is an awesome idea, as many people run their business from a phone...but THIS particular app is NOT the solution.
The app doesn’t do anything anymore. Doesn’t display info correctly on the Dashboard. When trying to add items to cart it gets stuck on “adding.” New Releases aren’t updated in real time. My cart doesn’t sync with website page to app. I used to love using the app all the time for everything. Now I just go in my back office through the web browser. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
This app has been great now since new update horrible. I can’t do anything at all on it won’t even login. All my info is correct just will not load at all. Now I really need this so I need it to work fully. Faster corrected the better like ASAP would be wonderful. Updates are to improve not make way way worse I removed and added back still isn’t working. This issue needs fix please
The app was working amazingly for me. Now when I select a piece it will not allow me to view the other photos of the jewelry. Normally when I clicked on a piece it would open up to see the model wearing it. It doesn’t work anymore. Will change my rating once it’s fixed.
Apparently there was a recent update and now my page does not automatically load. I had it set to remember me and could go straight to my consultant page without having to login each time. Not any more&
This app gives me more problems than its worth. It doesn’t sync with the info in your online account. It’s constantly freezing, and more often than not, gives me an error when I try to access my back office. It’s got potential but a long way to go. It also constantly shows out of stock jewelry that’s not available on the website.
This app has been horrible. Won’t refresh and when it does, it won’t let me purchase. I usually have to find a computer to use and by then I’ve lost access to items that have sold out. Today it wouldn’t refresh so I finally deleted it and then added it back. Now I can’t shop any categories.
This app is not that good because since I have been a consultant for 2 years now I always have to delete the app and add it again. It will let you login but when trying to look at jewelry it just spin. All the money that we as consultant make for paparazzi they should have been had a better system.
I’ve had so many issues with this app! The app either freezes or closes out. On the off chance it doesn’t close or freeze, half the categories and products are not showing up. There’s been so many iOS updates since the last app update. Paparrazi, it’s time for an update!!!
I’m not sure what has happened with the app it used to work fine and now whenever I try to use it is stuck on Logging In and just sits there and spins. Can you please look into this ASAP. This is what a lot of us use when we are on the move and do not have access to a computer.
My showrooms do not work, my app freezes, it will add and subtract from my shopping bag randomly... not sure what that's about ... still seems like it needs some bugs fixed!!
The last 2 weeks I cannot download the images or even see the trackings.. It also keeps spinning and sometimes goes blank. It’s frustrating because I depend on this app for the business and it’s both the same on iPhone and iPad... Hope you fix this issue quick...
When you updated the app, did you forget something???? Like maybe a “back button”?????... This app is totally unusable without a back button, I’m not gonna keep closing the app just to “try” to go from dashboard to orders. Crazy!! Back button on my iPad but not on my iPhone 11ProMax!!
Since last week, I’m having problems downloading my pictures from my new orders, also when I tried to login again stay for a long time trying to do it. Please repair this application as soon as you can. Thanks
Love the app, the only thing is my dashboard is no longer available. Please put the dashboard back! I use that daily, until it just disappeared from the tabs... I gave the app 2 stars because it keeps changing. When it’s not there I have to add all my pv points up from the back office.
The last few weeks I’ve had issues with checking out. It keep asking for my shipping address and then tells me my shipping address is not valid. I am now having an issue with downloading my pictures to my phone after I made my purchase. Please fix the issues. Thank you.
I have been having issues with my app with ordering. I would add an item to my cart and it would say it’s out of stock. But it’s not , it still on the website. Please fix this issue so I can order again.
When I first started using the app it worked great but now it is horrible!!! I am able to log in and look at the jewelry and that’s it. I would really appreciate it if someone would take the time to fix the bugs so that the app could function properly. That’s why I’m giving it 👎🏼👎🏼
This app does not allow you to add a profile picture from the pictures saved on your phone. All it does is copies another picture to your camera roll. There is a glitch somewhere.
I have gone on my dashboard I have 4 consultant active I am also active I have 249 Pv and it’s showing as 0 and 0 reps active please fix this....I also am not showing this months commissions of which I have over 100 that’s not showing
I clicked on the app and nothing came up. I even turned off my phone and attempted to access the app again and still couldn’t access it! As a Consultant I need access at all times to my back office.
This app used to work great for me and for the last week I get nothing but “logging in” so I try to log out and it won’t. I close and reopen the app. Nothing. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled - also didn’t work. Fix this!
I don’t know what is worse. That I can hardly ever login because it says the info is incorrect, the fact it takes hours to refresh the new releases, the “track package” button that doesn’t work, or the time I spend trying to operate this app. Please fix it.
I am a new consultant, and yes we need an app!!! I created an account and now it will not even let me log in. Yes ok am putting in the correct password!!! This is not good. Not happy!!! Please fix the issues so we can have a great app which to do business from. Thanks I'm advance.
App worked for awhile and then wouldn’t let me add anything to my shopping cart. It also does not sync my online shopping cart with the one in the app. So frustrating- can’t use it to shop.
Needs an update BIG TIME. Nothing will load as of today. For the last week I haven’t been able to open any pictures. I have to keep using web browser to place orders and it’s just not as user friendly as the app. Please Please fix it!
The app is terrible, it never syncs with the web. you do it manually and the next day it's the same. to buy is terrible. and now the information is not updated either. really terrible.
I sighed up as a consultant and i never got an email & I can’t even get in. When I cackle it said to leave phone number for a call back but they never call back, 2 days I a row.
Is this an indicator that I just waisted my money? I have a new ipad and it does not load my style lust after answering questions. Pictures are terrible and load very slow. Needs major work to be useable.
I can never log into this app I have to delete and remove the app and install it again just to be able to log in!!! I will just use the website, instead if the app!
