The previous version was organized and clean, intuitive and you could navigate it easily. Not the new version unfortunately. But the two stars really are because the app does not allow you to do budgeting. I have to use and external app for that purpose which requires that I give them access to my bank to obtain balances. This app only allow to add notes to the listed expenses
This app update has been much needed. I’ve been meaning to write a review. (I never write app reviews) but this upgrade is so easy to follow along with. It’s smooth. It’s sleek. It’s not hard to maneuver. It makes it easier to make any changes that you need yourself instead of having to call and get assistance. The font is large enough so you don’t have to zoom in.
The app really is clean and works great. But do we really need ads regarding promotions in our accounts page? If the app didn’t have the ad under the ‘accounts’ page I’d rate 5 stars in a heart beat. Added bonus would be to have notifications for direct deposit or withdrawals (maybe even remove the ad from within the app and push an occasional promotion into a notification)
The remote deposit 2 upgrades ago would hold for review a deposit that the computers didn’t recognize. I have had multiple instances of it not accepting a deposit for no good reason. It doesn’t seem to recognize asterisks in the amount on printed checks. Remote deposit is the most important feature since branches are so scarce. Nothing but problems and more difficult to use.
The latest version of app takes up too much screen space. A simple debit from checking account takes up 10 lines! This means you have to scroll forever to view recent transactions. Keep it to two lines , and give option to drill down!
Not user friendly at all. Going to local bank and seeing if it’s me or the design. Current and available balance remain the same. In order to see pending or scheduled bills I have to go to another page and look for them. At this rate I’m going have to manually keep track of my current balance.
They “updated” a fine app, and now it doesn’t work. “System offline” messages, failed phone deposits… Click on the App Support button, and you get “Sorry, something went wrong.”
This update is ugly. Why would they make the app icon unrecognizable as Park Community. Thankfully you can change the color scheme in settings. This looks so bad I want to delete the app. I’m tempted to change banks too.
The updated mobile app is a TERRIBLE user experience. Everything takes up too much space requiring unnecessary scrolling to get the information needed.
Update was good for a day. I like the way it looks, but now I can’t communicate with third party communications. And the quick balances won’t ever load. Very disappointing
Ive tried to pay my credit card but in doing so it will not let me use an external banking account. This app is probably the worst app there is for banking.
This app is really awesome. It makes transferring between my accounts a breeze. Along with this, it provides some nice data on each account over time. The thing that I really wish to be introduced is Notifications. If the app would send notifications for when you get your Direct Deposit or when a Check Withdrawal hits, it would no doubt be perfect. I really hope to see the addition of Notifications in future updates.
There has been a problem for the past few weeks where my faceID hasn’t been working. I looked at settings and tried to enable it again and it tells me to look at the screen and then says “congratulations you’ve enrolled your faceID” but the switch doesn’t change. It still won’t let me get in. This is pretty frustrating.
I manage two accounts and no longer supports two logins and when i change it turns off the biometric login on the main account. Very disappointing. It has the pull down for multiple logins, but no longer supports it
The mobile deposit portion of this app is awful. Will always take the picture of the front but will fail 9 out of 10 times on the back picture. Same light and background as the front, even trying multiple lighting and backgrounds does not help. They need to fix this issue
1. Agents are condescending and if you ask questions they proceed by screaming at you (no exaggeration). Pitiful customer service 2. Wayyyyyy to conservative. I have a 700 plus credit score and they gave me a $500 credit card ….woo. Let it collect dust in my drawer for almost a year. Credit line increase? Nope denied 😂 3. Louisville resident ? Choose another credit union and you’ll thank me later
The update that occurred recently has us changing our passwords on multiple occasions and on multiple devices. Not sure why this occurring. The app says ID passwords not recognized after multiple attempts to gain access to the accounts. Please fix.
Every time I go to use this app, it always freezes. It doesn’t matter if I use my sign in information or my face recognition. It freezes for about 44 seconds and then tells me that I have exceeded my request.
I haven’t been able to open this app for days because it gets stuck on the login screen. When it works it’s great, but I’d like to actually have access
Face ID options stopped working all of a sudden. When I went to turn the setting off and back on it says “Use Unavailable ID” as the option instead of “Use Face ID” and even after turning it off and back on, nothing.
With the old app I was able to save my password and use facial recognition to login every time. With the new app I still have to input my password every login even with Facial ID enabled. Please change this back.
New app will not allow me to sign in after initial sign in. What is going on? Something needs to be fixed, I am not the only one having issues with the new app.
