The new app is great! It gives me more control over my money than the old app did. I love all the card control and account notification options. I can also view my balances at other banks and transfer money to those accounts. Good job, Pathways.
The new app is amazing. I love that I am able to see my balances at other banks along with transferring money to them so easily! I also love the security features! Very easy flow and easy to customize what I want to see when I first log in!
I literally will be using Pathways FCU less due to this horrible update. I’ll be removing my direct deposit, limiting my card use, and will NEVER apply for a loan as long as the app is designed like this. Honestly would consider completely removing my pathways account over this, and if they removed or altered the owners reward account, I would GLADLY remove my account (low-key can’t wait until they do, that way I can feel good about removing my account and getting away from this HORRIBLE online banking experience).
My Pathways app is the best thing ever. I use it every single day, almost. The customer service people have always been kind, patient and knowledgeable when I needed help with my Bill Pay. Not much more I can say, except Thank You

I love the application, but I dislike the fact that every time I login on my phone that I get an ad for some sort of loan that I do not need and do not care about and if I need a loan, I will ask someone. Mobile deposit works great. The mobile activity works great.
The update makes it so that you have to look elsewhere to see the actual balance of your account and you have to make extra steps to transfer into your accounts. The interface of the app is also incredibly flawed. Pathways used to be my go to bank, but I’m really thinking of switching due to the new online banking experience.
The dashboard I have problems with. Trying to find who’s account is who’s. Don’t like how it shows balance. Liked that the old way. But I’m trying to figure it out It’s easier to transfer now,love that. I’m just not real good with computers. Takes some getting used to.
took vacation abroad. the app not working. need to fix that. i have other cu and 2 banks app worked ok. also need to show cc minimum payment every month.
App is overall functional. Takes 5 pages to get to balance. No search of charges. Can’t see many charge lines at once. No mobile deposit. We have an account at pathway because it’s a local bank with good practices. We can’t do all of our accounting with them due to their extremely lacking app.
