Saved my pup, best app out there

This app brought my dog home to me and I believe saved her life. I am eternally grateful for the existence of pawboost as they brought my best friend back home. I think this is the most important app for anyone who cares about animals. I will never be able to properly thank you for bringing my baby home. My dog went missing after I was outside with her in the woods outside our house. After spending 4 hours searching the woods yelling for her I eventually researched best ways for finding a missing dog, and the first link was pawboost. I immediately put in my dogs information then went back looking for her for another 9 hours. The entire time we searched it was pitch black and started seeming hopeless. After the most stressful night, the afternoon that next day I got a call from a woman who saw her on pawboost and then saw my dog. My dog had managed to go 4 miles away that night. We raced over there and found this amazing lady who helped us find our sweet girl. She said her dog had gone missing the summer before and pawboost also helped her bring her dog home. This app is essential and I honestly think everyone should have it downloaded. Thank you so so much for saving my dog.

Wow. I was not expecting this….

To be honest…. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this service (PawBoost). There are so many services out there that seem the same and who really knows what could happen - especially when you are paying a lot for an uncertain service. Well, I am pleasantly surprised to say that by using PawBoost we saw the stats of what was happening with our post and how many people truly use the service and actually care - we need nearly 7,000 views and many comments and people actually supporting us! I’m a bit floored to be honest. Even though we ended up finding our baby, Eleanor, 5 days after she got out via our house-sitter, I truly found this app/service as a peace of mind knowing there where many things happening “behind the scenes”. Even if we did not get the end results we wanted I still would be saying the same great review since it’s true that the platform is popular, always updated, and a very useful tool when finding your fur-babies. ♥️🙏🐈‍⬛ I am at peace again and can finally eat a meal and get a good night sleep after feeling my soul returning back to my body now that Eleanor is home. 😇

Found within 4 hours!

(Back story) I’m in the process of dehydrating peppers to make homemade pepper seasoning so i left my screen door closed but window pane open so the smell of hot peppers didn’t linger in my home. Decided to take a nap after a long day of work and normally my little Dharla would nap with me but today was different point of operation for her. So i found out she knows how to open screen doors now and from the conversation i had with the wonderful who found my pups, she had done this around 4:30-5:00pm. I didn’t wake up until 7:30pm so I had no clue at that point how long it’s been since she pulled her grand scheme. (Conclusion) I looked for 2 hours before going back home and grabbing my phone to find ways to make a post or an alert that my dog was missing. That just so happened to be PawBoost as it was the first option. Within 10 minutes, someone contacted me! I was so relieved and excited. I told myself i was too young for a heart attack but too old not to have one. I’m thankful to walk into a community of people who care and understand and want to get the furry loved ones back to their homes.

Amazing!!!!!

I truly cannot be more Thankful this app exists. I found my dog within minutes of opening this app. I had already given up for the night and was hoping for the best in the morning from other apps, when someone suggested I look on here. I scrolled a few posts down and there she was, my beautiful dog had been found an hour ago. If it wasn't for this app perhaps I would still be looking. I never give reviews but I had to give my appreciation for this one. Truly what an amazing thing to see so many people share the posts and links from here to find my dog and return to me safe and fast. My heart melts to see how successful it was for me and hope all pet owners missing their fur babies can find theirs thanks to this tool. ❤️🐶

Just caught cat missing 3 weeks

One of our cats, a rescue with a history of trauma, ran away Nov. 6 after I accidentally scared her (and a screen window failed). Almost as soon as I contacted PawBoost we heard from people who had seen her. The neighbor who ultimately helped us trap her saw one of the posters we put up all over the neighborhood. After monitoring her for a week on her cat cam, we just brought her home on November 30. (And in the nick of time. There was a coyote on her security cam last night). Facebook was more helpful than Instagram (perhaps because this is an older area) and you really need to get the posters up in the neighborhood, shelters and vets offices.

First time using the app!

This app is a lifesaver. I lost my 15 yr old dog and with her sight and hearing being bad, I was sure I wouldn’t find her because she had already been gone an hour before we realized she got out. We looked for her for 7 hours in the pitch dark and freezing cold. We didn’t want to stop searching for her because it was as cold as it was but I posted her on the app and called it a night. In less than 24 hours, a nice woman called and told me she found my dog that night and let her sleep in her home. I’m forever grateful for this app! However, beware! I did get a scammer who tried to get me to send them money with no proof of having the dog at 430 in the morning. (I’m not that stupid) This is the only negative about this app. Be smart and use your best judgement and common sense.

Very helpful

Great news! Chunky just came home extremely tired with some minor injuries to his chin and front paws. I think he was trapped somewhere and got away free! Thank you all for sharing the information and belong to find him! It’s great he is strong and has plenty of energy reserve ! Amazing Community!

I’ve always used PawBoost when I found fur babies and always reunited them right away with this app. I NEVER would have thought i would one day be the one to post that I lost all my babies. When I say the quick reaction and guidance with suggestions made me feel less crazy for loving them and being worried they were gone since to some they “Are just animals”. Although only through comments I read I didn’t feel alone any step of the way and I took ALL the ideas and got them back within 24 hours😭😭😭 Thank you to all apart of this amazing reunion ❤️🥰😭

My baby did end up coming home on her own. However this app allowed my neighbors the opportunity to make sure she wasn’t wandering their yards and to be able to contact me if need be. I am so thankful for social media in the aspect of it is so easy to spread awareness, but it comes with a lot of negative feedback. With this app, it eliminates that negative feedback at least the visual of it. I greatly appreciate the wonderful people who have created this app and I hope more and more people use this platform for their animals and I will continue to use it in hopes to help reunite an animal and their owner.

Found Puppy in less than an hour!!

I get off work in LA and call my wife only to hear her sobbing hysterically because our baby Chapo a 7 month old Frenchie pup escaped when my youngest opened a door. He is always inside with us and runs around yard but this time he bolted and was gone. My wife was heartbroken. I was told if this app and immediately posted our pups pics and last known location. In less than an hour we received message that our pup was found and was safe. Our awesome neighbors a few streets down found him. This app is a life saver if you ever lose a furbaby!

I reported my dog missing and i literally was contacted in less then 5 mins no joke .. what makes it even more crazy is that a friend of mine referred me to this app and they told me the exact same thing happened she made report and l literally mins later she was contacted. now I’m not saying that everyone will have to same experience but what I am saying is that this app is very reliable five stars thank you so much for the community that you are allowed to build on Facebook for the app as well because that helps a lot. I’m just so glad.

They’re amazing!

This is a great tool to help you find your beloved pets! I was in an anguish situation while my dogs got lost but thankfully I got reunited with them I’m so happy to find out someone took them in like their own really took well care of them they bathed them, fed them and even bought collars for both of them! I really appreciate them taking care of pups like their were theirs and calling me to let me know they had them and what they did to them, they are just amazing kids that took them in!! I m so fortunately 🫶🏼

Great app but I have some feedback

So this app is great for posting lost/found pets. However, I believe it would be easier to use if there was a way to "filter" search results by color or breed. Many a times have I saw a lost pet on next door or FB and have had to scroll through pic after pic looking for a match. Additionally I wish all pics were required to be full bodied, as some people only post their pets faces. Seeing a clear shot of the full body can help identify a pet through patterns and markings. I hope a mod listens to this because the app would seriously be so much better.

Don’t lose hope!!!

This app really does work. I found my puppy things to it. There are still good people in this world so please don’t lose hope that somebody I’ll see your post. I just grabbed your dog and put them away. It’s on a car doesn’t hit them because that’s what happened to me and if I would’ve given up, I would’ve never found my puppy, thank the Lord and all my neighbors and this app for allowing me to connect with the person who picked him up because he was on a busy street.

Found my Quincy

So thankful for this app! Honestly downloaded it as my last resort, I had been looking for my dog for 10hrs and just decided to give it a try! I created my post and I didn’t know that it had posted my dogs missing poster to nearby Facebook page for missing animals. After I posted him, people from Facebook were notifying me about a woman’s post with my dogs picture! We were reunited within the hour. God is good. I will continue to look out for others dogs on this app!

Multiple dogs reunited!

I am a lost dog magnet and have strays approach me all the time, usually with no identifiers. I love how quickly PawBoost helps me get info/pictures out to a wide audience while I can also remain anonymous and not give random strangers my phone number. The posting automatically gets shared in local lost pet FB groups and gets shared further from there. I have used PB to reunite 3 dogs with their owners in the past 3 years and it is the first place I would check if one of my dogs was missing!

Reunited with my missing dog within an hour

My dog slipped out of my house while stepping out to carry in packages from the porch. But I didn’t realize she was gone for about 30 minutes. She normally wears a gps tracking collar but it was off of her and on the charger at the time she slipped away. Within an hour of me posting her missing after she was gone, I received a message that she had been found. Luckily she was only about 3 blocks away from me, safe and sound still wearing her leopard PJs.

Life saving

Thank you for creating this app! It's reunited with my lost dog. I have had my fur baby for over 12 years and she got wasn't home when I came home from work. I was sick with grief I looked everywhere but I heard of this app on the app next door. I downloaded with zero hope. I was about to start putting up flyer when within the hour of my post a good kind hearted women found my dog and made a post on ring and somehow people told her about my post and I got my baby back!

This App + Social Media Saved My Dog’s Life

My dog got lost and no one was able to take her in because she would get scared when someone would approach her and she would run away from them. She was lost for a full 24 hrs and through this app and people reposting on social media, people started contacting me with info regarding her being spotted in random locations. I was able to find her via these people, MILES away from where she was initially lost. If I had waited any longer, she could have been hit by a car or train 💔 I primarily used this app and paid for the Facebook and instagram ads, my friends also reposted the alert through their social media platforms. I’m so grateful to be reunited with my dog ❤️ I hope this app can save other pups running around out there (air tagged my dogs immediately after this)

Wonderful to have

We lost our beautiful cat, and my friend told me to list her missing on here. We haven’t been able to find our cat, but I love the emails I get asking me if we’ve found her, and re-listing her as missing when I click “no” I also appreciate the ability to check for potential matches, which is also emailed to me. I keep re-listing our beautiful cat, as I still have hope to find her one day. Thank you for this tool, I really appreciate it.

Our kitty’s back thanks to Pawboost

Our little cat went missing and after scouring the neighborhood and shelter with no luck, I put an ad on Pawboost. After 2 weeks I was pretty sure we’d never see her again, and was really mourning. But today someone found her far from home, and posted a Found add on Pawboost. Viewers recognized her from my Lost add — and tonight after 17 days and 9 hours, our dear little fur ball is back home. I couldn’t be more grateful! Pawboost works.

Worked out well

I had some difficulty getting notifications on my new iPhone, due to user error. However, it delayed me seeing that I had been contacted. I also had some difficulty updating when the pet was returned to her family. Having said all of that, the application worked very well to reunite her with her family. Which is miraculous because somehow Minnie had traveled over 5.3 miles and there is no way that I would have seen any flyers posted by her family in their neighborhood. The family was greatly appreciative and told me they had Minnie since age was born as she was born in their backyard! The family took the mom and babies in until they could find good homes,but they kept Minnie. So awesome that she was able to be reunited with the family she has known since birth. 💕 Thank you for creating this app!

A Great Way to Spread Awareness

This app didn’t ultimately reunite me with my pup, but it certainly did spread the word! Old fashioned flyers did the trick for me. I do believe if a younger person found him, this app would have lead me to him a whole lot quicker and would have bypassed a whole lot of stress on him and our family for the 3 weeks he was gone. Highly impressed with the ease of use and efficiency. Hoping to see this used daily at all of the vet clinics and dog shops.

It REALLY works !!!!! It is a very useful and powerful tool. I had never heard of it until a nurse suggested it after I lost my puppy. It allowed me to post the flyer I made on their app on to the nextdoor app. There were people from both apps networking. I was able to get my dog back within less than 24 hours. It was amazing to see people take on my problem as their own. This app is god sent

Amazing

I have an beautiful little Shih-Tzu named Max. He is 12 years old (our birthdays are a day apart) has cancer, is blind in his right eye, and only had three legs. We are from NY but have since moved to a new state. Max wondered off last night and although this app isn’t the reason I found him, they did everything they could to help find him including make printable flyers. Keep up the amazing work. Reunited!!!

We feed strays every evening, and just reunited our 1st cat. This cat has been gone for 4 weeks, and from 6 miles away. We’ve posted a few online, with no success so far. As far as the app, it could be more user friendly. Also, the photos should fit in the area shown, and maybe enlarge after you click on it to inspect closer. Viewing on an ipad doesn’t work well with the photos, it seems the most important part of the pet gets cut off.

When I first lost My eldest pet, I was frantic I asked google for help on lost pets and PawBoost came up, I was skeptical at first because I didn’t have any money to pay for a package and make her a priority we barely make ends meet. More people need to use this app!

This app does an AMAZING job working with local communities on Facebook and the Neighbors app as well as email. More people should use this app, even if they don’t pick up lost animals, it helps to even let people know where animals may have been spotted. This an app made by animal lovers and it shows. No obligation to spend money or watch a million ads to get the job done. THANK YOU!

Great app, please keep improving it to help reunite more pets

Helps reunite so many pets. Only downfall is the app is outdated, needs more search options like searches by dates, breed, color of coat, etc. Also email responses go to spam/ junk so fixing this would help. Would be nice to link our social media to the PB too- for easier contact since emails get stuck in junk and spam and people don’t check it.

We give this app 5 stars!! Our pup went missing and it wasn’t no more than 24 hours after posting him that we get a call that someone had found him! The lady was super kind and stayed on the phone with us the whole time we were in route to pick him up!! I can’t thank people enough who recommend this app! Is saved our pups life and brought our fur baby home!!❤️❤️❤️

This app is amazing! First time users and glad we put our faith into this “Amber Alert” pet app. Not only were we able to put our dobbies info out with a quickness but we were also able to print a free pre-made flyer from this app. We posted the flyers and within several hours someone called. Thank goodness for this app and good luck to everyone. 🙏🏼

Never used your app before, but someone suggested it when I found a dog loose outside my house. Friendly, sweet, female, pitbull, that I knew had to belong to someone. I posted in the morning, hoping to find the owners. Later took her to get scanned and luckily she belonged to one of my neighbors. This will be the first place I will post if I lose one of my own pets or if I find someone else’s pet. Thank you

If you wanna find your pet, use Pawboost!

Let’s just say I posted our missing pet on a few different sites and it wasn’t until I posted him on PawBoost was he found almost immediately honestly I didn’t even think my post was up yet and my phone was going off seen you know where your dog is. So I owe a lot to produce for helping bring our family member home safely . Thank you

Can’t contact owners of lost pets

When you post a “lost” pet you have the option to list your phone number (or not). They have an email system to contact, that does not work properly. 3 times a group of us have “found” a lost pet on Nextdoor, only to be unable to contact the owner. This is SO frustrating & defeats the purpose of the whole app. Meanwhile, while we are fruitlessly trying to contact the owner of “lost” dog, the poor dog is outside in danger of wandering off (or worse) PawBoost, this problem needs to be solved NOW. It’s your whole purpose & it’s flawed.

Best app ever!!!

We lost our cat Kujin and thanks to this app, I reported him missing, they posted it on Facebook and the word spread FAST!! He was missing for a few days, honestly we thought the worst but an angel text me and said “I found your cat” if it wasn’t for this app, we have never seen him again!! THANK YOU to the creators of this app and to all the people that helped us bring Kujin home.

People are amazing!

Through this post, someone had seen a local ad matching the description of my lost dog. Connected within hours. Do be aware of scammers! I had two text saying they found Jack, but needed to verify who I was. It was fairly obvious and the warning email from Pawboost on how to watch for scams helped me confirm. Sad that anyone would prey on those with lost babies.

It was one or the other or both Nextdoor or PawBoost that got Cody back to me! One way or another someone from nextdoor saw my lost dog post and referred me to this app and after log in immediately got my posting and so did the neighbor who picked up the crazy goofy poodle and got him home to me so thank you I will definitely refer others and keep it on my phone notifications on!

amazing!!

I have used pawboost twice now for my cat and both times I was reunited with them. definitely a go to for anyone who is looking for their lost fur baby, as well as to help reunite someone else with theirs!! thanks for a great app that is easy to navigate. losing a pet is stressful enough!! pawboost makes things easier and gives a peace of mind during the process.

Our pup is home….

Yea!!!! My neighbor had him and brought him back to my baby boy.. thank you neighbor for taking great care of him.. and returning him to my son…he is over joyed to have him back.. thank you community and neighbors for helping him come home!!!! This app community and others helped bring back our fur baby!!! Thank you everyone for sharing and searching he is home!!!!

Doesn’t work anymore 😢

Hiiiiii… I have two missing kitties that have been missing for over a year now and so I put them on paw boost, every day I would look at all of the found kitties on the app but one day I clicked on a notification that said like a cat has been found and when I clicked out of it after looking at it every thing was white . I still had all of the options and menus and stuff but I couldn’t see any animals. Please fix 🐱😿🥺🙏

What a great app and community!

The app was super easy to use and get started on. Our post was up and we got some feedback. The found pages gave us, but we found it useful to know so many dogs were being found. We found our lost dog the old fashioned way with tons of flyers and lots of footwork and conversations. Still a great app.

Found my dog

I found one dog by PawBoost email, although it was difficult finding comments and replying to them I’m thankful such an app existed. And it made suggestions too. I wish it could have examples of what dogs look like so when asked we can say what it looks like. I always refresh my emails. I found the other dog by ring app.

Amazing!

So my dog got out, and u wasn’t able to track him. I’ve met wonderful people who actually went out of their way to find him. I can’t really remember much, but fast forward to yesterday. My neighbors dog got out, and not even 5minutes later, I’ve had people tagging me in Facebook posts, emails etc.. this is literally the best app ever! 💗

Best app for finding pets

Even though my cat had unfortunately passed, pawboost was instrumental in alerting my neighbors and surrounding areas. I received dozens and dozens of messages from people who had seen my cat. I am so thankful for pawboost and have recommended it to many friends who used it and were able to find their babies.

Beware of scammers

Overall, I love this app. It helped Our family friends find their dog, and it’s a great tool for finding owners of found dogs as well. Unfortunately as of recent, the scams have gotten out of control. We lost our cat today, (She is now home safe) but we received several messages “I found your pet” “give me a reward and I’ll meet you at (local supermarket)” Yes there are many warnings in the app, and it’s pretty obvious these are scams if you use common sense, However this shouldn’t be happening, and there needs to be an easier way to report scams. It’s only an email option unfortunately which takes time. But as I said before, this still doesn’t take away the greatness that the app provides for pets and their families.

Actually a site that does what it says!!!

I still can’t understand how my baby was gone for the time that she was, I should change her name to Houdini. But thanks to the wonderful lady that found her and kept her from getting hit her family is happy that she is home safe. Thank you for being you!!!

A couple years ago I lost my furbaby, I found my dog through this app… last night on Christmas Eve, my daughter and I found someone’s furbaby and the 1st thing I did was post the frenchie on PawBoost. The owners notified me and I asked them for proof, and they sent me a video….I think that getting them reunited on Christmas, is the best feeling💕🐾

My kitten companion has been found.

Although my kitty was not found with this app it was a very easy to use and have some good ideas about how to find your kitty. How precious our animals are to us. And when they are lost, it’s very hard on their humans. I am just so glad that she was found safe

Great app

Lucy was found the evening we lost her! My problem was not knowing how to take her off of the app so she stayed on there for quite a few weeks. I finally figured it out. It’s a great program and I very much appreciate it. I look at it all the time trying to match up lost and found doggies and cats.

I am so thankful for the existence of this app! I had lost my cat and thankfully someone had seen my post through the app and contacted me saying they might have spotted my cat. I asked for photos and received videos and it was him 🥹 that same day I was able to trap and get him home, but it was all thanks to this amazing app!!
