Does not support FaceID. Fingerprint setup on a phone with FaceID just kills the app. Basic sign on is fidgety. Bring in a saved user id and password from phone password store doesn’t paste in until you also touch in the two fields after selecting an account - and you have to touch both user and password field even though they both appear to fill in completely. Haven’t explored the app fully but given these two basic integrations of any well written iOS app are already problematic, not holding out much hope here.
My favorite thing about this post is EXACTLY when you need to see your paycheck - it just… doesn’t know what the error is… but you can’t use the app. It seems that EXACTLY when it knows 90% of its user base needs to see how much they made from the last week, you just………. Can’t access the app. But please check back in 4 days after your money has deposited, and we’ll be sure to send you a useless app notification about how much sick leave hours you know you’ve already used. That’s awesome. Love how actively unhelpful this app is EXACTLY when you need it the most.
I forgot my password and tried to reset it and I wasn’t able to. The system just kept kicking me out. I was actually trying to use it to show a car dealership my paycheck stubs through the app. Being that I wasn’t able to get in couldn’t show them the check stubs I wasn’t able to get the car. Very disappointed in this app!
I just want to log in and see how much I got paid. Is that too much to ask? Apparently that is the case because it makes me change my password every single time I try to use it. When I do change my password, it doesn’t work half the time. When I’m finally able to get it, the app doesn’t work half the time. Terrible app. Get this crap figured out…
Never works. Delete your password everytime. Face ID is pointless because it will still ask for a password. Also if you make a new password and you can’t remember your password. You need your old password to make a new one. Never works when I need it. This company shouldn’t exist.
Its easily the worst app that Ive ever had to use. You would think that they held a contest to see who could come up with the worst app layout and design to ever exist. If you want a good indicator of how cheap your company is, then look no further than this payroll platform. Absolutely terrible.
Nothing works seamlessly. Nothing. I don’t recommend the 401k because you have to jump through hoops with zero instructions and no one seems to know what they’re doing or provide you with a real solution. This company is garbage
The website works perfectly fine, but the app will tell you that your account doesn’t exist. Don’t waste your time trying to change the password. Just use the website.
I’ve honestly never encounter an app that worked worse. Literally everything about it is crappy, especially and starting with the login experience. Absolutely terrible. They should just tear it down and start from scratch.
Trying to set my fingerprint/ Face ID as I transferred to a new phone but it wouldn’t confirm Have been trying for days but every time I am trying confirm the passcode system app kicks me out
The oasis app gets locked into permanent crash cycle every time you open it if you try to turn on Face ID/Touch ID. If one does that it can only be fixed by deleting and reinstalling.
I have to reset my password EVERY SINGLE TIME I use this app. I have direct deposit, but I need to view my paystubs. Once signed in, I elected to use Face ID…that doesn’t work either. Get it together, people depend on this app. The website is equally problematic.
Sign in takes for ever. Multiple log in issues! My phone is expensive and I pay a lot a month on it. So I would not have to deal with this type of stuff……..
Locks me out of my account every. Single. Time. Want to sign on and check your paystub? Woah, hold on there buddy! You’ve gotta wait 30 minutes before you even think of trying that.
I need this app for payroll but I have a problem logging in every time.I have had to change my password so many times. It also doesn’t support finger ID. So stupid! Please fix!!!!!!
This App seems to have malware attached to it, cause of the way it doesn’t open anything on iOS products. Useless. No updates, not even attempts to have it semi functional.
This app keeps crashing. I can’t even get into the point of putting in my user ID and password. I have to delete the app and then reinstall it in order to get on.
