Peach State FCU Mobile

This app is a potential vast improvement over the previous app that was phased out in early December. Unfortunately, I am having many issues with the app that made it virtually unusable today. I am unable to see account details past the account summary screen, have had to login multiple times and occasionally the app stalled out on a blank screen. It also took numerous reboots to get to the menu in order to complete a transfer. This app is in desperate need of a bug fix update!

Given the very low rating that this app has for now, I was very skeptical. But now I use it to login and check my balances instead of using a browser. The best part about it to me is being able to deposit a check if someone gives it to me. Taking a picture of both sides of the check and hitting submit is easier to do than having to spend time and gas to go through the window. I would advise people who are having a problem to update your phone’s software. After that, update all of your apps to the latest version, or at least search for this one in your App Store and install the latest version, and finally, restart your device. 90% of problems that many people have with apps is that all of them build up cache files and you can’t expect things to work smoothly when they are never cleared out. Restarting the device is the only way to clean out old temp files, etc., and fixes so many problems. So if you’re looking to try this, I would say to try it out and try those steps if it crashes or what have you. At least for me it works great, and I’ve used it for a few months.

Worked fine before the update but now it’s very frustrating. Sometimes when I open the app it says I don’t have permission, sometimes it won’t open the page when trying to check my recent transactions without clicking on it a hundred times…(sometimes literally) and sometimes it just loads and loads the home screen and never pulls up until I refresh the app a couple times.. a few changes and updates could make it much better. Either that or just go back to the old version all together.

This app falls far from what a banking app should be. As simple as it seems, many features do not work, (login screen, checking your specific bank accounts) and on the off chance you do get into your account, trying to deposit a check crashes the app. I have stopped trying with this app and now I only go to the bank location to deposit a check or move money around my accounts, the one thing this app is supposed to help you avoid.

The reviews are accurate. This app needs to be checked over. When you click on the menu or account it won’t open.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro Max, and this app has always worked well for me. Much better than the original Peach State app. I have never run into any problems, with any aspect of this app. My favorite feature is the use of biometrics to log in, and the ease of transferring funds.

For them to be a credit union, I’m surprised the app is so terrible. I’ve only had it for a week or two and have had to uninstall and reinstall several times. It keeps saying I don’t have permissions! Please stop encouraging customers to use the app if it doesn’t work. Simply fix the bugs and update it! Other than that the one star is for the few times I have been able to utilize it.

I have been a member of FCU since 1999. You would think they would be able to have a functional app. Every time I try to login I can’t get pass my account summary page. The app does not respond to your request. It’s basically stuck on the account summary. A complete waste of time. I’m beyond disappointed in this app!!!!!!!!!

Can you please fix the problem with the biometric login. I can’t get into the app using it and it won’t even let me set up the biometric identification even though I already have it set up. This has been an ongoing problem since they worked on the app the last time.

Will update this once I use it a bit more but all the new features are nice (as long as they work).

I can’t even get into the app. It just stays stuck in the landing page. I used to love the bill pay, but ever since you guys went with a different app, nope…instead i go to each individual company’s (electric, water, etc) page and pay from there.

Continue to get “unauthorized user” error and have to uninstall then reinstall…repeat every couple days

It has to be at least 5/10 times that I cannot log into the app. Or I log in and I cannot do anything bc nothing will work. The previous app was simple but I NEVER had issues with it. Please fix the bugs since y’all just had to change the app.

This app is very nerve recking. I always have to uninstall the app and reinstall because it says I’m not authorized. Please fix this, I even called and they said it does it to them also. That is not what I want to hear. I just want a solution to the problem.

This app will not allow me to see any transactions under any of my active accounts. I log into my account and everything is frozen a cannot select on anything. Forced to use the website to see my accounts.

When you look at the current landscape of banking, to have an app the poor is almost like malpractice. Other than look at your account, and move money between them, this app is useless!!!

When you receive alerts about transactions it doesn’t tell where the transaction occurred only the amout

Even if I delete the app and re-download it, I get a message saying my app is outdated. I cannot access my account through this.

I have to log in each time I use the app. Please fix this.

Good app but Face ID is not working

I can hardly ever get past the account summary page which makes this app useless. So buggy! Please fix!!!

App always crashing or down, doesn’t have many options. And they don’t even offer ZELLE!!!

This bank goes from one failure to another. It’s almost impressive.

WONT SAVE PASSWORD or BIOMETRIC????

I have had to delete this app 6 times then download it again and again. It works for a day or 2 then it pops up “unauthorized” smh. Another crash telling me I wasn’t authorized 😡 you would think with the money y’all make you could fix this piece of crap.
