It is ridiculous. How many times you have to put in your challenge questions.
You are making a deposit. No other bank that our family deals with requires you to answer a challenge question to deposit a check. It’s like this this is an app put out by a bank/credit union which does not want you to ever use the app. As a bonus, it disables your Face ID and makes you logon with your password and challenge questions three times more often than any other bank we’ve worked with.
App was working a few weeks ago. Now it freezes on start up with a white screen and crashes back to desktop on my IPhone. I did like the app now I have to use my browser to access Peninsula CU. Please fix it!! Other than that, it was good.
The app will not open at all on iOS 16.4. Tap the icon and a white screens pops up and almost immediately closes back to the Home Screen on my phone. Please fix.
As a business it’s very annoying we can’t mobile deposit more than a $1500. I have to go to town and do it in person and to add now there is a verification code I have to wait for and sometimes our phones are down and I’m unable to get the call
The old app used to bug out every once in a while and not let me in- this one does it almost EVERY SINGLE TIME I go to log in. Instant balance almost never works. Almost every time I type my password in it comes up with an error code saying I need to call my bank. Figure it out PCU!
I rarely use this app but when I do more often then not I get an error message telling me to contact the bank. Usually after about 10-15 minutes it will let me log in like it should. The other frustrating bug is it will randomly give me the error message after I’ve logged in and I’m going through my accounts. Please fix the app.
