No matter what I do, I cannot get logged in. I get a “no roles” error message. I can log in in the browser on my iPhone and my desktop and do my business. But the app is useless to me. Contacted the help desk and they started telling me how the Mac browser doesn’t work. Yet I have no trouble logging in on my desktop Safari and iPhone Safari and doing my business. It is only the iOS app that doesn’t work.

Horrible app

I had a claim, filled out all the information requested and attached pics. The app wouldn't allow me to submit the claim. Tried it a quite a few times. Please fix this app so a claim can go in right away and your customer can do their due diligence.

Easy Login

I just joined Penn National Insurance. It has been very easy to login and move around my account. Plus you can get cards and/or other documents and file a claim. Glad to be apart of Penn National Insurance.

The app makes it easy to pay and get your documents. I haven’t had a problem so far while using it. It’s just a little out of date but it works !

Always crashing

This app is 99% always crashing it’s very annoying. Hard to make a payment if you can even get to that page before it crashes. Hard to login before it crashes. Hard to do anything before it crashes

Useless app

Downloaded app to pay yearly premiums on 2 policies. The app will only accept one policy and will not allow additions. The website payment section doesn’t even allow a login! This company needs to hire new app and website developers that have some skills!

Crash after crash! Garbage app

App used to work fine. Now it constantly crashes. Log in 3 times, keeps crashing. Finally login successfully, click another tab and crash again. Horrible app.

This app is absolutely terrible. I can’t even log in online. EVER. My payment ended up being late because I was unable to get any help. I can’t wait to switch policies to another company.

Don’t bother

Don’t bother downloading the app won’t allow you to create an account or login. It also has been updated in over a year.

Hasn’t worked since Covid, can’t pay my bill.

Tried to reinstall and now it won’t take my email to reset the password. Very useless and frustrating.

Unusable

Crashes every time I open it. Sometimes I can get in after 4 or 5 tries. Is this how you want to represent your company? Still crashes constantly
