The app has gotten much better over the years. It’s now easy to navigate and do what you need to do from your phone which makes life so much easier. Only thing I might try to do is make an appointment to link my two small children’s accounts to mine so that I can transfer funds into their accounts if possible. If I can, then even better. Other than that, I enjoy using the app.
Over the last few years,my account was hacked twice. But for the quick response from the employees I would have lost all my money. I’m an old lady living on a pension the loss of any amount of money would be devastating to me. It was an inconvenience to have two weeks for new cards but well worth it. Thank You for the best team of workers to catch the hack before any bigger problems than waiting for a new card
I like the app and the mobile deposit feature- my only suggestion for the app and the website is to allow payments to loans and share accounts from other financial institutions besides pop money. It’s time to move into this decade. Nobody wants to mail a payment anymore.
I like the update for this app since now we can actually preview transactions where before you couldn’t see where things were being taken out from unless you were in the computer on the actual website. The only thing I really dislike is that I can no longer see my credit card account! Why? Please fix it so it can be seen and we can make payments on it from the app!!!!
This app is really great...when it works. I’m always able to check my account but anytime I try to transfer I’m constantly hit with “unable to retrieve data”. If all you care about is checking your balances this app is perfect because it does show all the information and where everything is, but in terms of actually getting money to a certain account, you’re gonna have to go to an ATM or the bank
The latest update has made using this app a giant PIA. Every single time you open it it nags you to enable FaceID, which is normally a good idea. But because I have to use the app to access multiple accounts (children), FaceID doesn’t work because it can only open one account. Even if I enable it then disable it, rather than understand that I decided against it it goes back to nagging me to turn it on. Also, the contact page here in the App Store goes to a 404 Not Found page. Poor.
Easy to use and pretty accurate ... easy app to make changes . I’d be lost without it . Rarely any issues when I use it . I would definitely recommend this tool for your banking
System should be easier for customer. At moment I can transfer between all my People First accounts under five minutes. Pay loans... credit cards ..check on balances 24 hours a day a the tip of my touch... I will really dislike. If this changes... please rethink the process... it would be a great disappointment to myself... I’m most certain that others feel the same.. Thank you for listening...
Being a former President/CEO of a Credit Union myself this financial institution is amazing. Customer service coupled with their line of financial services is simply amazing. Go no further and do all your banking with People First.

Mobile deposit has not been working on iPhones. It’s been weeks and I’m still not able to use it. For some reason only iPhones it’s not working but androids it does. Please fix
I only want the app to pay my car loan payment but unfortunately you can’t. You can only make payments if you have another account with the same bank but if you want to use your own bank it’s not possible. You have no choice but use the website so this app is kinda useless for me. This app still way behind according to actual world app systems. They really need to take this more serious and invest more on a complete well optimize app. You shouldn’t need to cal except for very specific topics. Most banks have very advanced apps. Come on people first you can do better.
I can’t transfer my money from my savings to my checking account, it always says application error please try again later.. like I’ve been waiting for a whole week and y’all haven’t fixed this... absolutely unacceptable
I currently can’t transfer funds between my checking and savings. This is a simple task that can be done with every other app except this one. Please fix it.
Would like to be able to access all my accounts and my credit card from one app as the previous app allowed. I don’t use the mobile banking app as much as i used too
I don’t see an option for linking other accounts, how can I make transfers without them being linked? I hope it’s something that gets added with an update.
Can NEVER access your account. So you can never know your card balance. Then when you call the customer service line it also does not work to allow you to access your account. Worst app ever!
I know everyone was having problems but it was an easy thing you just had to rotate to the right only now I am getting a mirror image and can’t even get the check in the window please put it back at least I knew I had to rotate my iPhone now it is WORSE since the app update.
I enjoyed the previous iteration of this app, but with this new iteration I’ve been able to log into my account maybe three times in the past month. I keep getting error code e1008 and it always tells me to contact the credit union. I could reset my password every time but I just prefer uninstalling this app and using the web browser. Please fix this or revert to the older version!
