Items disappearing

Once I went fishing and I really got a lot of fish, then I closed the game and opened it after some time and all the fish were gone and I was really upset about it. Please fix this bug and bring back our items! If we didn’t get out pet home doesn’t mean the items shouldn’t be already in our inventory. That’s insane!

Fun game especially if you love decorating and dressing your pet

I really love this game; however, I get frustrated when I’m trying to drag an item into the room because sometimes I accidentally touch the black line on the bottom so the screen/app closes by accident and sometimes it will give you a pop up saying “A suspicious action was detected...restart the game” so you would have to close the game and reopen. Another thing, there was a time before the update when I would drag an item into the room and it multiplies so I would have to drag all of them into my inventory but even when my two gardens are empty, it won’t allow me to plant a seed or place anything there. It says that I have reached the maximum amount of items...when the gardens are completely empty. Hope you guys can fix these issues. Other than that, the game is really fun with lots of different activities to do in addition to some special activities and quests.

Just make Pet Society

I was super excited to download this because pet society was one of my favorite games but I am extremely let down. You literally just need to make a recreation of pet society and you would have so many more customers like you don’t even need to make up ideas yourself just copy it. There are also multiple typos in the interface which just looks like the developers do not care enough to double check the content they put out which is sad. The biggest let down is the amount of content. The stores have barely any furniture and anything they do have is theme related but if I have a whole 20 room house I want to be able to like have a kitchen? Or a bathroom? Or a couch? but instead we get Easter themed items in September LOL I would suggest just allowing someone else to take over the company and actually do something with the game and it would be much more enjoyable and successful. I was prepared to spend money to get all of the cool items and stuff that came with pet society but instead will probably just delete the app.

Needs more things to do

The game is great and all but I wish there was much more to do rather than just go to friends house and say hello and go fish and play mini games. I wanna be able to interact with others more than just greet them. Also I think it’ll be great if there were more places to go. Like take a walk somewhere or something. Rather than just stay at home or go fishing. This game has a lot of potential it just needs more things to be added to it. Hopefully you guys see this review and take what I asked for into consideration. I really really like this game. It brings back a lot of childhood memories.

Find them on Facebook!

This is a great game the people working on the game are doing their best to keep the game great. Is the game perfect? No but you can reach out to the developers through email I would suggest looking them up on Facebook there is a official group. Typically all your concerns and questions can be answered there, as well as find a great group of people to be friends with trade items and more. I have spent more then to would like to say on this game because I like it so much and now my mom and 2 daughters play it to! Fun for the whole family! Rayven.

Bring the real pet society feel back

Though i really did get entertained with this game as a little kid that didnt need alot of things to entertain me i feel this game does not give off the pet society fb vibe like it said it would. Like what happened to being able to adopt pets,things did not cost so much(especially those money bought points),being able to do sports and race other people,etc. they said it was suppose to be the same as pet society before it shut down. But it doesnt…pleas bring the pet society feel and vibe back pleas!

Lovely Game Overall

This game is great if you enjoy decorating, collecting, and trading items. I am so overjoyed to find a pet decorating/trading game after PS shut down. I just wish the decoration updates were on a more consistent basis. They used to release a new theme every week-2 weeks, and now they’ve been recycling themes. New updates also tend to be buggy, so if you aren’t a part of their facebook group, you’d probably have no idea what was going wrong. Otherwise, great game!

Please make it fit for the iPhone 11’s screen

I just downloaded this game and I love it so much. I’m always tempted to buy coins when I see the fun items in the shops😭😭. Please help make my pet paradise experience better by allowing the game to fit on my screen. It took me a while to figure out the life bars on the left. And whenever i try to scroll on my inventory I accidentally leave the game. Thank you so much for this game!! <3

Can have improvements, but nice.

Brings back some of the Pet Society feels back which is nice, but getting the fishes seems too easy. As a suggestion, it’d be more fun if mini games were a bit more challenging or competitive too. I would love to see the buildings that say “maintenance” as well. I miss Pet Society🥺. But at least this game gives back some nostalgia, which I’m thankful for.

Pet Paradise Is Love❣️

I started searching for games like pet society on app store and found this gem of a game. I loved this game ever since I downloaded it. I was so excited to see something similar to pet society. Loving each and every update so far. Thanks to the pet paradise team for doing such an amazing job and bringing my favourite game back. Lots of love to the team❤️

Bugs Galore

This game could be great but it’s full of bugs and shoddy programming. Last week it randomly deleted eight months of game progress and when I wrote to the developer about how to get it restored, they sent me a vague reply in broken English that didn’t make sense or address the issue and then didn’t reply to my follow ups. I was a huge fan of Pet Society back in the day and this game had the potential to be similar, but the quality just isn’t there.

Disappointed

I’m going to give two star rating mostly because I haven’t been able to log into this game in a while I’ve reached out to the fb page months ago and nothing was ever done about it. It just freezes up after typing in my log in info and doesn’t ever load past it. I have spent actual money in this game so it’s kinda disappointing other than that I really liked this game.

Truly Underrated

This game deserves more love from the players who used to love playing Pet Society on Facebook. Compared to its competitors, its graphics are stunning and it offers many opportunities to earn coins. With the right exposure and support, this game will thrive as much as Pet Society did.

Faithful remake but lacks content and is greedy

The prices are way inflated, you do get more gold but they should’ve made it the same economy as the original. The music is bad, i had to turn it off. Although I can see someone put a good amount of time into this, seeing as christmas theme is still here means the developer abandoned it.

Buggy

It’s a good game. I got addicted to it but it’s so buggy that at times it gets so frustrating My problem is I cannot log back in to my account. The log in button keeps freezing.

Real money purchases

I purchased coins with real money twice got charged but never received my coins. Was highly upset. The application did not even have a support page to report the issue. Overall I love the game besides the fact I got charged twice without receiving the items I paid real money for.

Won’t work

It worked for 3 days and now it won’t load I get the loading screen for a very long time before I decide it’s not gonna load and I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and checked my internet connection it just does not want to load and it is so sad because I was having fun with this game.

Great game!

It’s a great game just like the old school one, they should add fish tanks and other cool stuff that the old game. I’m sure the developers will eventually add it in on late updates. Great game overall!

Where are the coins I purchased?

I purchased a package to get some gold coins, and my bank statement sure says it was accepted. However in game - I did not receive them…? No way to report issues so I’m leaving a review - don’t purchase in game.

PLEASE MAKE FIT FOR IPHONE 11. Favorite game in my whole life. Why wont it let me create an account.???? Everytime i click to save my pet it says “are you sure you want to create a new pet and sends me to log in all over again?” So sad. Please FIX bugsss

An amazing game besides this one glitch

I’ve spent a lot of coins and such on items from the stores in this game and the items don’t show up in the inventory in my house, however besides that the game is really fun.

DO NOT USE REAL MONEY

I know it’s not a lot of money but I spent $8.49 on 150,000 coins...I never received them. Read the reviews and found out it’s happened to other people. I’m Really upset. Supposedly creator doesn’t get back to you either if you contact them. What a scam!

Bugs

The biggest bug is I can’t get past the character creation. It’ll just load me right back to the login screen of the game. I tried logging in, recovering my old game, creating a login, and playing as a guest. Nothing worked sadly..

Can not connect to server:UPDATE-it’s working

UPDATE: yay! Everything is working. I can get mail and visit other players. I love this game because it’s so much like Pet Society. I love the bubble game. It’s an easy way to earn coins and level up, and wow! When we level up, we get a good chunk of change and star coins. So far, my only 2 issues are that the pet moves out of view too often. I wish they would stay in view, and what are we supposed to do when we visit our neighbors? I would like to do some kind of action like play with a toy, give high fives, hugs ...... Other than that it’s a really cute game. I don’t expect it to have the graphics like most games. I love this style-cartoony look. I was already playing 2 great pet simulation games and now I’m playing this. I’m really happy to play this game because it’s exactly like Pet Society, but I’m having a problem connecting to the server. I am hooked up to the internet and my WiFi is working. I also can’t contact support for help.

Very frustrating

We’ve had this game on the phone and an iPad for several months. We were so excited since it seems like the Pet Society app that we use to play years ago. They mentioned that they were fixing things and that was why there wasn’t much in the shops. But it was so similar looking to pet society I figured I’d hang in. They weren’t putting many things in the shops because they were fixing things and I could see that other people had really elaborate rooms so I spent money trying to get the special limited items that they were coming out with way more regularly than any other items. The evening before Easter they said they were shutting things down to fix something. When I signed on to the phone app on Easter morning all of the stuff in the storage was gone. Things we traded with others and what we had paid real money for. I put a message on their Facebook page to ask if this was going to be fixed. They wouldn’t post it and said I needed to find another way to get them the message. I went to their page on line and messaged them and then sent a follow up message after not hearing anything. I know they are having issues so I’ve tried to be patient and I have already spent a substantial amount of money so I’m trying to stick with it. Now our iPad app has been glitching and kicking us off. Spent a lot of time trying to complete a special task over their allotted 14 day period that each part was time sensitive. To have it crash. When reinstalled everything was reset for months earlier. All the special cookies and star coins that we paid real money for and all the items are missing. I’m so frustrated. After not getting any help with the substantial losses on our phone. Now on the phone. We are now out close to $40-$50 and I sadly just can’t put anymore effort into this. I guess I need to get the credit card to dispute the charges. Ugh. So sad. I really missed my pet society character and was so excited.

Don’t Bother.

It is not free-to-play friendly (anymore). The developer is so money-hungry and constantly changes things to make it more difficult and force you to spend real $ on the game. He often replies “If you don’t like it, just leave.” He is very childish, throws tantrums and isn’t tough enough to take any criticism at all that he leaves his own group every now and then when players start getting vocal with their concerns. If you are still interested and don’t mind spending $, see my next point.. Bugs. Wow. The amount of bugs in this game is unbelievable. The developer is so bad at his job that these bugs have been plaguing the game for what seems like forever now and never get fixed. They just seem to get worse. Things you worked hard for will inexplicably disappear. Customer service is terrible. Whether you are a free-to-play player or actually spent $, don’t get your hopes up when it comes to getting Support to retrieve your items. They either turn you down or don’t even reply at all. The Official FB group for this game is a joke. The mods are clueless a lot of the times and are generally not helpful thereby making them useless. They only approve posts that seem favorable. Any feedback that is even remotely negative will never see the light of day and they kick you out of the group for it to boot. They conduct giveaways in exchange for reviews so most of the positive reviews here are not genuine. If you want to know how the players really feel about the game, check out unofficial groups. I spent a lot of money on this game and regret it. The only reason I stayed was because of the nostalgia it brings reminding me of Pet Society. If you want something like Pet Society that actually WORKS then look for the app Pet Pals. I wish I had found it sooner. *Add: The latest Christmas update has come with even more bugs if you can believe it. Players have lost entire inventories of items after updating, buying items from stores and not receiving them, blocked/banned from their accounts for doing regular things like sending items or opening items, etc. Don’t waste your time.

Pet Society

This game is Pet Society, but in earlier development. I think Pet Society was perfect for a mobile platform, so I’m stoked to be able to play it again after all these years. The best thing about Pet Paradise for me, is finding rare items and rewarding players for investing time and energy into the game via rewards based on leveling up. I loved Pet Society in the past because of all the different options for clothing and decorating, and especially finding rare items while fishing or digging. I think that the developers should spend more time updating the different themes and adding more clothes and hair and furniture and all that, and also create more mini games that allow you to maybe find rare items. One thing I miss about the old Pet Society was cooking, it was so fun to level up your cooking skill and make cute foods and gain xp. I also really loved making lots of new friends and gifting each other items. All in all, if the game keeps improving at a steady rate, this game is great and should keep attracting more fans. I wish I had known about it sooner.

Crashes too much

Since the Christmas opening theme was added, I can’t open the game. It crashes Every. Single. Time. It’s a nice concept taking the place of Pet Society and I wish I could play but this game simply has too many bugs. It needed a update early when the game was still new. Told me I couldn’t play with others until I updated so I did. Lost everything. It started me over. I lost several gifts from friends. Tried with no luck to contact “rabby” for help. (He’s automatically forced into our friend list). He never replied. Something always seems to screw up when they update. I even paid real money at one point. You’d think they could get it together. There is not a lot to do in the game, advancement is very SLOW, and items are super expensive. After months I’m still waiting for another opportunity to get a new room. I would not recommend paying real money in this game since losing everything is always possible. Gonna delete it since I can’t even play it without constant crashes. Maybe in the future, they will improve it enough to try again and make a playable game. As for now, I recommend avoiding it.
