Great Crypto App + Good selection of pairs w leverage

This place online is solid as far as I know. Good liquidity on BTC and ETH as well as other currencies. Awesome selection of crypto and some traditional assets too. CF and community are fond of this site and using this service. Compared to rivals they are better from what I can tell. There’s good TV charting with indicators and full tools for measuring and drawings on desktop and the mobile version is great for on the go trading with some limited features but easy to set TP/SL and entry/exits. There’s a lot of benefits to this site, hope they are around for years. Contracts are diverse and spot is good. Enough liquidity to make it easier to use and they’re looking for market share. I hear that removing funds too fast triggers the appropriate response and support seems good. I had an issue that was resolved fast. Very good crypto exchange, allowing most trading including perpetuals with leverage (use at own risk as 5x is beginner and 20+ is available) Learn n Earn Spot, Futures, more… Easy to learn system.

Shady like Coinbase

The app works fine when you’re not in a trade. Everything runs smoothly. No connection problems. It’s funny how there’s only problems when I am in a trade. If I’m either in a long or short position, the app has connection issues or it freezes. At first I thought maybe it’s because I’m not in WiFi or because I’m somewhere else. Then I started trading in one location. In my living room on the same spot on the couch next to the WiFi router. I’ve tried it with the WiFi off and just go off my phones data and I get the same results. This reminds me of the Coinbase scandal when bitcoin is pushing on a rally or dropping off a cliff, Coinbase all the sudden shuts down. Not allowing traders to close or open a position. The same with this app, when I’m on a short and the price drops, the price on the charts freeze and stay the same. So I’m thinking the price hasn’t changed. But in reality the price is dropping and not allowing the user to see the actual price. And vice versa when you’re in a long position. Price is $40 above what the chart was saying. Timing is everything. The price can be at a certain number for a limited time and you could miss it because the app freezes. It’s just shady. I’m moving my crypto to another exchange. This is garbage.

Scam app don’t even bother with it.

I have so many screen recorded sessions that show you when coins start to run when you try to exit a position on limit and let’s say doge is 0.079 and of course I limit order out at 0.74 while it’s above to excite the moment I sell it switches the running price and nullifies my sell order basically and I don’t get out of the trade and it starts to fall every time. If I chase it it goes down even faster if I cancel my sell . It starts to run again the. To encounter the same problem . At the end when a 300 dollars bet has me winning300 dollars at the end I’m almost lost all my money to get out . Just to hit market which pays me noting or a huge loss. They are scammers and terrible at helping you even when u have video proof . They watch only there stolen money and don’t fix anything they screw you over on . Delete this app and stay away . I bet the federal reserve would love to hear this company is breaking us law and not even banning ip addresses from the us too. They aren’t allowed to be runnning this in the us it’s banned

Love the trading bots

I was introduced to Phemex from someone in a well established NFT alpha group im in. I’m an amateur trader at best and I tried to trade myself and lost. I’m too busy with work and failed to pay attention. I tried out the trading bots and I’m up 90% of my starting cash in 2 weeks. Ive lost on some bots because you still need to pick long short or neutral but if you have faith in a coin you can let it do it’s work with out having to pay attention all day. It’s very easy to put a stop loss or take profit. I appreciate what Phemex is doing and recommend them.

Fees,fees for thee but no love from me

I am an experienced trader and worked on Wall st in the late 90’s (.com wild west!). There are fees for absolutely everything. I also noticed the more you gain the cuter they get with trying to take bigger chunks of it. It would be great to see how they determine such a formula. I get everyone shares in “winners” but to attempt to make it seem it was more expensive to make the same trade 10 minutes later than it was earlier is ludicrous. There is no rhyme or reason for anything they charge. I think it’s simple to use for beginners but anyone with knowledge won’t be pleased using this exchange. Transfer fees are quite high too. Someday someone will figure out that making many many trades can make many many monies. Pennies do equal dollars eventually. I get crypto is not regulated but most crypto traders I know aren’t stupid. This will remain a tiny exchange until they get their priorities in order and get on board with the movement.

Indicators needed

I really enjoy this app and having a mobile version is super fun. However, they are lacking in indicators. On the desktop version you can have Williams alligator and money flow index but it’s not available on the mobile app. Those would be extremely helpful on the mobile app, instead I have to use different charts from other websites. Please consider including these indicators to make the mobile app more friendly and useful for trading

Great app, Excellent Customer Support

The app is great, everything is smooth no complaints. I would advise anyone to get themselves familiar with the platform first so they have a good understanding of everything. My only request are some ui and chart enhancements. Ive seen features elsewhere that allow you to take trades from the chart and actually drag and drop stop losses and take profits instead of typing them in. Also having the mini chart be movable also seeks handy. Overall features that would make the in app chart more functional would be much appreciated.

Won’t show latest trade in PNL history???

I had an xrp trade open and woke up to a liquidation notice which is very common (still learning how to trade) but there’s always a history of any closed or liquidated positions but it’s as if it never happened!! It only shows my previous trades and not the recently liquidated one, I also ALWAYS receive an email that says “we are sorry but your x amount of contracts has been forced to liquidate” but hours later and I have not received this email or have history of my liquidated position this is first time this has happened and I’ve very sketched out. Will no longer trust this exchange anymore. Where is my recorded position? Why not showing latest trade in PNL history which I will NEED for tax purposes as well!!!

Awesome

Awesome exchange. Have every token you need Instant orders. When u first use the app it seems overwhelming but once u learn it it cant be any simpler , and great for the fast in and out scalps on high leverage. Love this app been on it 3 yrs and never once had money withheld, stolen , and withdraws are actually processed within 15-20 minutes . They use to do it every 4 hrs, kinda annoying but now its much faster , and they have trading bots as well! I left kukoin after they added margin, and bots for good

It’s been good to me

Great platform and easy to use. Excellent customer service as well. I had purchased a new device and didn’t realize I needed to back up my 2fa authentication accounts prior to wiping my previous device. As a result I lost access to my Phemex account. I contacted customer service and they responded immediately. The whole process was really smooth and once I finished the identity verification I was back in my account same day. Very happy thus far.

Great exchange

Super easy to use and so far very safe. Using different exchanges can be scary but over the past few months this exchange has been absolutely amazing. Very user friendly and also low fees. I was skeptical at first but really love Phemex so far. Would recommend for sure. Great liquidity and extremely accurate pricing. No issues in that area at all.

I’d stay away

I referred multiple clients to them and because I was showing my neighbor how to use their platform at my house using my Wi-Fi they did not give me the referral bonus that they said they would. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been an extremely loyal customer of theirs for over two years purchasing hundred thousand dollars worth of crypto and trading contracts paying an arm and a leg worth of their fees to do so and this is how they will treat you. So if you are fine with being a loyal customer, paying tons of money to them in fees then on top of that referring them new customers and having them screw you over then phemex is the place for you.

Phemex is a great exchange

I have been using Phemex for about 6 months, in that time everything has gone really smoothly, I have no complaints, have had no issues and only have positive things to say about Phemex. They have a lot of crypto tokens to choose from, margin and contracts to choose from. It is starting to become my main go to exchange.

Great exchange

If your looking to trade futures this is the place; very good company overall and haven’t had any issues as of yet. Always adding new tokens to trade both spot and futures, and an easy interface to navigate; with simple layout and helpful tools handy. Slightly higher fees than I’d like; but way better than the competition.

It is up to you to do the work and research to make money you can if you do the work to do it. If you think it’s fast money then be ready to lose fast money make it slow low risk you make profit only risk what your willing to lose the app is a tool you are the person to profit or lose your money

Profitable but troublesome

Thanks again to Jasón’s awesome customer support everything was eventually resolved. However this had to be the single most frustrating error binding my gooogle Authenticator to any account it was an absolute nightmare not sure if it’s my email or the app but there was an insurmountable obstacle without customer support I would not have been able to overcome and hopefully in 7days I’ll actually be able to withdraw my money. But it caused a huge fight between my partner and I am now going to bed alone.

One of the best crypto exchange apps

I started trading at Phemex in March and their APP definitely saved my time from my laptop. The UI is quite simple but user friendly, basic functions are ready but some are missing compared to the web version. In general, it’s one of the best crypto exchange apps I’ve ever used. Worth downloading.

Do not use this…

If you want to withdrawal anything from your account you better be willing to wait a while. And in the game of trading crypto a while can cost you. Unless you sign up for their premium service, they only do 3 major withdrawals a day. This terrible app cost me about $500 because I couldn’t transfer my money to another exchange to catch a dip. Why would anyone use this when there are other exchanges out there that let you withdrawal almost instantly. Do yourself a favor and avoid this garbage dump of an app.

Cannot keep up with big market changes

I’ve been using Phemex for a month and it works well as long asThere are not big moves in the market. When there are big moves in the market the app freezes, including on your computer. Which means you cannot exit a trade readily, because it says reconnecting with the server. I’ve lost profits, and also lost in a short position because of this freezing.

Great experience

easy to use right away, great features and learning tools. I’ve never had and issue, and when I did a real person helped me fix it and get everything resolved. You don’t get that from other crypto exchanges. That made me feel more safe to use the exchange.

I rated them 3 stars after the last update when they broke a lot of features on the mobile app. Looks like they listened and resolved the issues in the app on the update put out today. Glad they took user feedback seriously

I’ve lost a lot of money on crypto. I’ve traded multiple wallets and exchanges. Phemex is the only one I’ve made profits on. Other exchanges are sketch but Phemex seems to truely want you to make money and give you the tools. I’ve still lost a F ton before. So be weary, it if ya gonna trade crypto in the US. Use Phemex at least bro.

I’ve been on this site for years! I haven’t got rich but since using it, I’ve learn alot and I’ve lost more then I made but I did make $$ .. I fail alot by not charting properly.. plenty of crypto options to choose from.. easy and cheap ways to convert currencies!! I love it..

O what a great platform

What a great exchange platform! For the past months, I’ve gotten nothing out of it. 1. I don’t know how they got 4.3 rating almost all your reviews are 1-3 stars. 2. They could not verify my account that I’ve been using on every exchange 3. You get no response from their so-called support 4. The user interface is absolutely not friendly 5. They have to process your funds trough a third party that charges fees like it’s Christmas and it will take days before you get the amount deposited to your account. And I have to go through the same verification process on each third party. Don’t even mention withdrawals! 6. Up to now I requested that my account be deleted as the instruction on their site to delete account is not accurate no response 7. Final request: Please delete my account.

The most informative crypto app there is!

Finally an app that explains what crypto currencies are and how to use them in language that I can understand! They also have a learn and earn feature. This is an awesome app check it out, you won’t be disappointed!

Best u can get in NY

Great for experienced leverage traders, not really newby friendly but it’s not really intended to do that I’d say. Only complaint I guess is that I wish there were more alt coin options like the bigger apps. Only leverage trading platform allowed in New York so I don’t have any options anyway but I enjoy it.

Great interface

Lots of selection to trade. Easy to work with plus good bonuses. Be careful though. It’s fun but I think 100x leverage is unnecessary. Don’t risk more than you can lose. Not your keys not your coins. Hopefully they never freeze accounts or withdrawals like their competitors.

Very good exchange

Very user friendly. Was easy to use and understand when I first started trading over a year ago. Spot trading, contract trading, leverage trading, all easy to do and make money on if you know how to trade. They have a variety of pairs and cryptos to trade from. Only downfall is the KYC, but other than that, one of my favorite exchanges to use

Good app/still have some issues

You cant really tell how much you spend how much you earn or lose, there is no good easy way history you could watch and count💁🏼‍♂️ And they also grab a lot of commission, so be careful

Awesome!

Although, I could get frustrated with the delay in withdrawals and deposits sometimes, Phemex is my favorite platform to use. Very easy to access and I couldn’t ever move onto another platform whenever I tried. Forever true fan here!!

Review customer service

The automated portion of your company support is rather generic in its responses. Had to repeat myself several times before being forwarded to a live person. Other than that, they were very helpful.

Low key low stress xchange

Even with futures trading phemex feels more chill than most. Lots of features you may not anticipate such as being able to hedge a trade. Not many xchanges carry this handy feature. Worth a trade for sure

This App is a Scam

Don’t make the mistake of using this app; it is designed to cheat you out of money in every way possible. They make it hard to move money out of your account with them and their promos are full of lies. Furthermore, I am fairly certain they gave my debit card number to someone because someone tried to buy $600 of crypto with it recently. Thankfully my bank notified me and I declined it. Bottom line: This app is not the least bit trustworthy.

Great exchange

I really enjoy trading on Phemex but stopping the shorting of solana is at the very least market manipulation stopping large quantities that would cascade a negative slope though many may see this as a good thing it’s also a reasons many could miss out on an obvious opportunity to make money off solanas drop.

Love trading on here

Love the new update on the interface! Was a little confusing at first when they upgraded it, but i love it and will continue using their platform, bc in my opinion phemex is the best and most reliable exchange for leverage and spot trading

I have been using it on and off since 2020. Very easy to use and figure out. We can’t add to the trades it’s the downside or Maybe I haven’t figured that out just yet ;)

Mobile App needs work...

The spot trade feature is great and very user friendly but the contract futures screen needs some work. It does not give you the option to adjust leverage and too many screens to switch to when working in future trades. Needs to have an all in one screen similar to Binance. Really want to love this app but this needs fixed.

Find another platform

Tried to purchase a couple thousand Dogecoin shares this morning at .49 cents a share. This app tried to execute the buy order at .55 cents a share. Really you’re trying to sell me a share 6 cents more on a 49 cent share market value. Get out of here! Don’t get scammed buy this MM, stay away deposit money elsewhere. I feel sorry for all the new investors. Think carefully and do your research before you make your deposits.

Its great already but if you were considering further improvement for mobile, I’d ask you to make any tool menus expand to larger icons after selecting a category.

Pretty easy to use even for new traders! Only possible hang up might be trying to fund your account. Fraud alerts and very specific criteria (no credit cards etc)
