This APP is a must have! So often I see pictures and wonder where this is and this app finds the answer in seconds. The other apps I won’t mention but they want your credit card and other personal info that isn’t necessary for finding the answers you really want and need! Thank you for this wonderful App!
It’s pretty handy to funnel your image search and be able to toggle between engines. Yandex is better than Google though. I’d use it more but even after I purchased it still has that pop up right as your search executes, annoying, one more click. I can help to think that our privacy is important and being taken each time we search on a search engine but who are you handing over everything I search to? Update to developer response: the message that pops up after each search says “if the image is not found, try to crop it so it doesn’t contain unnecessary areas”. There is also controllability of settings anywhere. At least give a few sliders that allow us to set some perimeters. Yandex is a good example that I thought was useless at first, it has the filter where you can only show HD quality pictures, also setting to allow only certain colors. Example is I can change the filter color to black and it’ll give me more black and white, at the same time set to HD then I only have black and white HD for screen savers etc. I can understand this being a handy notice at the beginning but every single search is one extra step. First, I tried checking a photo from a dating app; literally the reason I downloaded this app. No results. I tried another photo of the same man (he had his shirt off) & it got flagged for nudity, even when I cropped it so as to only show him above the nipples. I finally cropped to just his face. No results. So I tried a photo I just took the other day & put on my Facebook. No results. For the final test of both the app & my patience, I used a photo of a well-known musician that I pulled off the internet & saved on my phone. STILL no results. I’m pretty certain I could use a photo of Elvis or Madonna & get no results. Pointless download & I’m glad I didn’t pay for the upgrade.
I didn’t have google image search/reverse on my phone so I downloaded this. Honestly it works way better than reverse google image search because each link has the image to the left, and not just the link. I personally use it to detect catfishes but y’all can do whatever, it works great. :)
Regardless of whatever reason you guys decided to remove Yandex is a bad one. Yandex was why I liked this one over the popular apps. It was super helpful. Now its useless. Google search and Bing Filter Out a lot and I mean A LOT of results! This has been happening more and more. The big companies are censoring the internet bit by bit. Without Yandex theres no reason why people should download your app over the bigger ones.
My granddaughter sent me this app. She was worried about me and this Mateo Come to find out he’s lied about who he is and also about having a son. Which we found out thanks to your app that he is using someone identity and his so-called son is a model in real life not even his son
This app works really well (mostly yandex) but for some reason it always activates my phones front camera, even when I’m not using it to take pictures. I value my privacy a bit too much to keep using this but if you don’t care it def gets the job done
I’m OCD about labeling images and Pinterest boards. This app saved me by easily identifying the image. I paid the 1x fee of like $2 for no ads (worth it)
I used this app for the last few years. It was my fav image search app. And for the last year was my ONLY image search app! You got the right results WITH YANDEX! But for whatever reason,,,,,, yandex has been removed and I have deleted the app on all devices. You will not get the results that you would’ve gotten with yandex. Sorry to see this go
I’ve had this on my phone for about eighteen months and it has found lots of fake profiles on dating apps for me, but it’s stopped working. Why is that? Some people talk about yandex, what’s that? All I know is this app helps keep people safe so let’s have it working again properly. Before I would have given it five star, now it’s zero.
From five star to one star with an update. I used the app daily but with the last update they removed yandex. Only options are google or bing now, which typically can’t identify anywhere near the number of pics that yandex can. This was a fantastic app. Bring back Yandex and make it a fantastic app again.
I was on a dating app and a girl I was talking to didn’t seem real. I used this app and found the real girls profile when goggle reverse image couldn’t. Saved me from being catfished!
This app uses Google. Unfortunately Google didn't do the job but Yandex did. Rated 5 star just because Yandex. This is not paid or sponsored by Yandex or any organizations.
It does not let you search every type of people. Also, there is a limited amount of time you are able to search an image before it won’t let you do it anymore.
Yandex was the only thing that made this app useful. With out it it’s completely useless. Google can never find anything and bing is won’t give you any results at all. Why takeaway your best asset? Very disappointing.
tried to find someone from Tinder to get actual social profile but it doesn’t work.. I tried with my own profile, took a picture from my instagram then searched it and it found nothing.. same with other people’s instagrams
I used to love this app before Yandex was removed. Now it’s useless. It never finds any of my photo searches anymore. Getting rid of it and try to find something more reliable and useful.
Before the updates, this app was amazing and I could always find out the scammers who was trying to scam me, but now.. this app didn’t even work anymore on recognize fake people’s faces
I’m trying to reverse search some images from someone I think is catfishing me, there is no nudity in the photos but the app won’t search and keeps saying there is nudity.
Please bring back Yandex. I used this app daily and Yandex was the only engine that gave me the results I needed. Google and Bing don’t give what I need. Loved the app prior this.
