Where should I start? Piper Lou products are amazing. The shirts are comfortable and have fantastic graphics and sayings. If you want a design or saying you can request and most of the times they can do that for you in a week or so. Then there are the tumblers and wine cups and water bottles. They are quality products. They keep hot stuff hot and cold stuff cold for hours! They have clever graphics, quotes, or silly sayings. About the app itself, it works well, it’s user friendly. You can’t ask for more than that, and yet, they continually go above and beyond expectations!

The products look nice, but the quality of service is severely lacking. I have ordered several cups, two have been the completely wrong cup. The majority of my shipments take FOREVER to come, yet Piper Lou somehow manages to get deliveries out weekly for the FB lives. If they can’t keep up with the demand, then the promotions and new products shouldn’t be made available as often. My most recent and last purchase was the $15 deal from two weeks ago. I checked in on this yesterday as I’ve heard nothing and they pretty much blamed covid (still) and said it will come. Today I got an email that they don’t even have the product I ordered anymore. So now managing their inventory is also a problem. I communicated my disappointment with Piper Lou and got no response. There are many other companies that make products like these now and I would recommend checking them out instead.

When ordering from Piper Lou, I expect to be able to track my order with the provided tracking number. I ordered cups for Christmas and they showed up late and I couldn’t track them because the tracking number was invalid with the United States Postal Service. I just placed an order a few days ago and once again I cannot track my order with the tracking number provided by Piper Lou. The United States Postal Service says that tracking number does not exist. And when I try to track it via Piper website when I click on track my order, nothing happens. It sits there and does absolutely not one thing. From here on out I will suggest that not one person order anything from this website because you cannot talk to a person and tracking numbers are invalid so it’s potluck whether you get what you ordered.

I have ordered several times and I like the products but I always have issues with shipping. They take weeks to ship from North Carolina to Oklahoma. I get my orders from SHEIN quicker and they are across seas, so they can’t keep blaming it on shipping companies. I ordered before Thanksgiving and it’s already the 13th of December and haven’t even seen a tracking email. Disappointed because I keep hoping it will change but it never does. Please know that I am NOT trying to stop others from purchasing, just making others aware of the problems I have had with every order and the shipping times, excuses and not having holiday items for the current holiday and products for special occasions. I have finally decided 2021 is my last order. Sadness…

I’ve purchased several things from Piper Lou and they definitely DO NOT disappoint!! My drinks stay hot or cold for numerous hours. Their VIP group on FB is freaking hilarious; join if you haven’t yet!! Funny memes, stories and even giveaways are just some of what you’ll enjoy. At the core of it all, you’ll find some of the most supportive and loving people I’ve ever known. Even if we cuss like sailors!! I am in fact a sailor’s daughter. 😂🤗🥰

I got my order today and I was very sad and extremely disappointed when only the cup was in the box. The 2 hats that I ordered were not in the box. I would like something to be done about this. Not only did my order take almost a month to arrive (when you were told at the time orders placed 14 days) but it's missing the other half of my purchases. Mind you, you already took the money for the whole order right when it was placed. What will be doing to correct this? This was my first purchase from your company. I trusted all my friends and all the great reviews so I finally did it. Now I feel ripped off in every way possible by this company.

I have bought so many cups as gifts for friends and family. Each one is so well made. They are dishwasher safe. They are the highest quality. I’ve been in touch with costumer service asking general questions and they are so friendly and helpful. Seems like a really high class business. I will continue buying cups. I love them all.

Good luck actually getting your stuff if you order. According to tracking numbers my stuff is still waiting in the warehouse to be picked up from the carrier after a month. When I contacted customer service I was very disappointed she basically told me she would investigate it but that if they came or not they would not give me a refund. So basically I’m just out all the money I gave to them. They do have super cute stuff but I would highly recommend finding someone else with similar goods if you actually want to receive what you paid for.

The tumblers are unbelievable!! Can’t believe the selection & the customer service is great if you have a question about an order. Yes, had a question because these are printed per your specific design- you choose the colors they offer & they have many!! Plus you can customize! My drinks stay cold for hours & the prices beat the competition. Give it a try & you will be hooked. 😉

I love Piper Lou. They have something for everyone. I have made my coworkers, family, and friends also fall in love by continuing to gift Piper Lou. They allow me to express my many moods and thoughts. I love the customization as well. The apparel is also extremely comfortable and the 15 dollar tote deal made for an awesome work bag! I will continue to buy Piper Lou despite my overflowing cabinets!

My order took about 14 business days to ship. At the time of the order I was not aware of the supply chain issues Piper Lou was experiencing. If ordering a gift be sure to take this into consideration and you won’t be disappointed. Piper Lou drink ware is outstanding. Their clothing is top quality. Shop early and you’re sure to be a repeat customer!

I haven’t gotten a thing that I haven’t liked yet!!!! I love all of the tumblers, water bottles because they’re great quality and don’t feel cheap! lol I also love all the different funny and cute designs. The apparel is just as awesome!! I’ve got a couple of the hoodies and tshirts as well and they’re so soft and comfortable I love them!! Can’t wait to get more of them!

First, the products. I have coffee mugs, 30 and 20 oz tumblers, wine tumblers, and water bottles. I can make a cup of coffee, get called into a meeting, put the lid on it, come back an hour later, and it’s still hot. The water bottles and tumblers keep ice overnight or in a hot car, during the day. Second, the people. Join the VIP group. The people in there are friendly, amazing, and obsessed with Piper Lou. It’s just wonderful.

I love all of the different products they offer. They have something for everyone. Piper Lou and their amazing team will answer any questions you have and they always make sure you are happy with your purchase. Annie and Meghan have both helped me with ordering questions on more than one occasion. I recommend Piper Lou products to everyone I know.

To say it is addictive is an understatement. A large portion of my Christmas gift giving will come from this company. Awesome sales and promotions, quality products and even the ability to customize without paying a small fortune. This is my go to when I need gift ideas, a little spoiling or just a laugh!

I love your products so far there has been no issue with quality however I will no longer be ordering from companies shipping with DHL . There shipping service is terrible. They hand over to USPS making shipping time way longer then necessary and Items I order as gifts not just from here took near a month to get because USPS held them or lost them. Yes my actual gripe is with DHL but hopes this will help them offer better shipping choices.

I ordered 3 cups that were supposed to be buy 1 get 2 free. The deal wasn’t applied to my order but maybe I missed the area to enter that. Unfortunately when I received my order though I had received the wrong items. 2 of the cups had the wrong saying on and 1 was the wrong color. Also the saying is hard to see due to the color of the words.

They are a company that stands behind their products! My husband used to laugh when I bought tumblers and coffee mugs from Piper Lou and now he is taking them to work all the time! Not only that it helps my drinks stay either cold or hot and keeps little paws away from drinks! The app is amazing because you can save your favorite designs on a wishlist.

I had an order that took a while to get here, but t was one I wasn’t in any hurry to get. I honestly did forget about the order. Well Piper Lou being as wonderful as they threw in an apology cup. It was Barbara that wrote me a note and added the tumbler. You all are rock stars. I will continue to buy.

This app is terrible. My account won’t sync with a web browser. I can add things to the cart while using the app but they won’t be there if I sign into my account through a web browser. Also, this company is terrible. Terrible completing orders and terrible at getting your items shipped out. Been waiting over a month! Customer service?! Almost non existent. You know it’s bad when a company has to hire someone dedicated to rectify things with the unhappy customers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from everything from this company

I am extremely frustrated! Ordered $150 worth of items for my campground friends for Memorial Day weekend. It’s now been over 2 weeks, they took my money the day I ordered and that was that! No response... no idea on when... I sent an email asking about dates or money back. Nothing! However, I do a text, email and Facebook message EVERY freaking day about good deals and how I should order more! How about we get out the orders that people have placed before continuously offering more?!?!

They just have the neatest stuff. I love how they always have charity benefits and products that raise money for certain disasters to help people and animals. The products are funny and adorable and I've purchased many things from them..

This is the best company. They cere they make u laugh that make u smile daily. Follow their social media acccts if u want to laugh constantly. They also give back to their followers and help people in times of need. I can’t recommend them enough and I tell everyone who sees my cups about them.

I received my first order and I’m in love! I ordered a cup and a few t-shirts. Shirts are great quality. The cup has received a lot of compliments, “You are about the exceed the limits of my medication” and it’s easier funnier because I work in healthcare. 😂

Have bought many

After I placed my order it took several weeks to get it. I can be understanding about the time with COVID. But when I got my package I didn’t get everything I ordered. I have tried and tried to get ahold of the company by email and phone. It’s been a couple months now and still haven’t been contacted or received the rest of my order. Very disappointed.

This company and their staff created a great way to reflect what a lot of us would like to say but might not be brave enough! Thank you for being brave and true! I love your products!

I sure hope what I ordered is good quality. I placed my order on May 3rd 2023 and the order didn’t ship until May 15th. There was no update on my order in between that time frame. I started to believe I was scammed. I’m giving a 2 because the site looks like they have some nice stuff. Communication is key….

I love the old school tumblers ! They just hold up better with my husband taking them to work in construction. I wish there were more choices and replacement lids available.

I have admired the sassiness and real saying on the tumblers and shorts for a few years now. I can happily say since purchasing them- the tumblers don’t stand a chance against my Yetis and the shirts- they are a staple in my everyday wear now.

Love their products. They have weekly specials witch is fun to see. Every Friday they have a 15 dollar deal. I usually buy during those deals. But I ordered one of their specials they sent me the wrong one, I emailed them right away. It is going on 3 months they have yet to correct the problem. I emailed them a month ago about it still nothing.

I bought 7 tumblers. One was custom (kid’s name) and they spelled it wrong (it’s correct on the invoice). Okay cool. Accidents happen. I contact customer support and they say they’ll get it fixed in 7 to 10 business days. It’s been so much more than 7 to 10 business days and I still have no shipping notice or communication. I reached out again and got the same lame response. I had 7 more cups in my cart but I’m not ordering again.

Basically the “Thanks, it has pockets!” equivalent to “That cup is awesome!” Literally the best discovery, I love the products, I love the Tribe! I love it here! You come for sweet gear, you’ll stay for the family! We get you here 😉
