Chat reps

Games are okay but the chat people are horrible. They take forever to respond and they have no clue what’s going on. I requested info about a promotion the chat person didn’t know told me to call back tomorrow because she was the only one there and didn’t know. I complained to management they did nothing. Today I spoke to chat again the agent didn’t know how to answer my question and ended the chat on me and this is not the first time that happened. This is the only site I have had a problem with when it comes to chat.

It’s not Bad, but it’s not that good…

Honestly this online Casino isn’t really that bad. It is hit or miss whether you get a big payout or not, but that is the ultimate reality of gambling. I have noticed that on this particular platform, the general payouts are somewhat smaller than on other competitors sites, but overall I have done quite well on a few occasions on PlayLive! Now, I will say, and it may be my residence, but I have this problem in most places I go, after the last update, there are some games that will NOT load at all. I get error message after error message. There are days I am lucky if the app it self will even load . Also, the app itself is so very slow now. It takes like forever and then some of the games lag and glitch and it is really very frustrating. So, overall, I would have to say half and half. It’s not bad but it’s not good, just average, in my opinion.

Believe the reviews, and stay away from this catastrophe of an app. First of all, winnings are the lowest I’ve seen on any online casino. You will go through hundreds or thousands to win a few spins, it’s like playing against a brick wall. Next, you can’t withdrawal to an account unless you contact their horrible customer support, which takes a few days, unless you want to go and withdraw at the casino itself. Oh and WAIT, during the withdrawal it says 24-48 hours for approval, only to receive the confirmation email stating 3-5 business days for approval. The worst thing you can do to yourself is play on this online casino, like one other review said, just turn off your phone and watch Netflix. I would give it 0 stars if I could pay to do so.

READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING!!

To start I’d like to say that I love the Live! Casino physical locations and have had a great experience all around with them so that’s why I didn’t really believe the negative reviews for this app however I was scammed twice in the first two days of playing and now I’m starting to realize I have made a mistake not believing them… whatever you do DO NOT do the 125% deposit match it’s a complete scam and you won’t even be able to touch your original deposit unless you win over 15x what you put in… secondly I was playing the Carnival Cow game and had the progressive pots almost full and went to deposit more money and when I came back they were all reset… wow… what a waste… like I said go play literally any other casino app on the App Store but avoid this one at all costs!! Run, I cannot stress this enough

Let me start with the fact that I’ve wagered on every single legitimate wagering site in PA. Every one. I’ve tried various times, different slots, varying bets (casino) and over time have deposited over $3000 through my time of using it. Not ONE payout. None. Zero. On the rare occasion that I’d hit a bonus or free spins, there was almost no winnings or zero winnings. I understand casino games are odd dependent. This however is highway robbery. Not as good as it used to be

Something has changed at this casino. It’s like they’ve adjusted the slots to accommodate for jackass Joe Bidens record high inflation and falling economy. Games that have a high rtp haven’t been paying out as they should. There’s a few games that wont load and the same time that this started is the same time that I noticed the lower payouts on all their slots. I understand that casinos can’t raise prices to accommodate the higher costs of living but tampering with the return to player on their slots is not acceptable, if the people of this country must struggle because of bidenomics then the casinos can struggle too. I’m sure the higher ups at the casinos voted Biden so they can enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Worst Casino App of all-time

I received an email with an offer to deposit $10 and receive a $40 bonus for a first time deposit. I clicked on the banner and made a $10 deposit. I didn’t receive the bonus. I contacted support in which I was informed I had to opt-in first. I assumed clicking on the banner in the email would be good enough. Most casinos customer support would say I see what you’re trying to do and honor the bonus. Nope. Not Live. When I told them I would be deleting the app the response was ok, have a nice day. Not a way to endear yourself to a potential new customer with lots of competing casino apps with excellent customer support.

My 1st ever review in LIFE!!!!

So, I am playing the game Golden Wins (bonus round) spin 12 of 20 I have a total of 24$ so far and then boom, game crashes. I wait, I turn my phone I deleted and reload the app everything imaginable, still nothing. I send them a chat blah blah blah they apologize and tell me it could take 3days for a response. 3days pass and then 7 days and then 2wks finally I get a response, I was told I was credited 26$ and some cents. I’m saying I never got confirmation from the game provider. I was left to take the word of the folks at PLAYLIVE! I screen recorded my dialogue with each representative over the two week span. Horrible to say the least. CHEATING AT ITS FINEST. Of course they’ll deny. Sick and sad…

Why Lie to Us?????

I’m a Novice Gambler and Slot Player who plays at least 2-4 Hours EACH and EVERY day. I have Active Accts on every Casino imaginable but only use and deposit $$ on a handful of them on a regular basis. I don’t use PlayLive as I do with my main Casinos but I do deposit $$ in there here and there. I don’t like how they have withdrawals that take SOOOOOO LONG to hit our accts?? It doesn’t make any sense. Most other Casinos take between 2 minutes and 10 minutes to reach my bank acct by the time I hit “Withdrawal”! Why does PlayLive need to lie to their customers and say the reason for the LOOOOONNNGGG WAIT is because: “It may take 3-5 business days for withdrawals to reach your bank ‘depending on your banks speed”!! DONT LIE!! I use the same acct with the other Casinos and I still receive my withdrawal in MINUTES!! I guess that’s the reason why we stick to our main Casinos.

Believe the reviews

I ignored the reviews stating trouble with this site and I must say they are there for a reason , I played it either way but multiple games I got the bonus on got stuck on the last spin of the bonus and the site never recovered the stuck game so all the money I was winning was lost, contacted the support team and after weeks of waiting and keeping contact, the best they did was a small fraction of one of the stuck bonuses, not all of them, if you like just spending your money and not winning because of site crashes go right ahead and spend time on the site

a waste of money

Slots are very tight online! Not asking for a jackpot but Give me a little something so i can play longer than 5 minutes. Also wish there were more games like dancing drums, 88 fortunes, hurricane horse, etc

Customer support is nonexistent

Can get a hold of customer support for the life of me whether it’s a live chat or an email nobody gets back to me there’s no phone number for online support there’s nothing. I just don’t understand why you can’t hire more people to work customer service online. Why don’t you make people like me who are playing on your site spending my hard earned money feel important? if you want people to play on your site, you better get better customer service and hopefully your free play/ play back bonuses aren’t as bad as your customer service!!!

Not receiving 2fa

I no longer receive 2fa and have contacted support multiple times over the matter. Have tried changing phone number and device without any luck. Takes hours before being matched with an agent that will provide inadequate responses creating a terrible customer experience. The turnaround time would not even be an issue of they were able to resolve or show progress on the conflicts. I’ve had to change the phone number with every other PA gambling provider. I been playing online slots for a while, MGM and Fandual and I wanted to try live. They had a match deal when signing up and offered me two additional ones. So I submitted $50, then $25 and a final $25. So I had $200 in total, it was not spelled out clearly but you had to bet hundreds of dollars to get that match amount, I didn’t care so I went to withdraw my initial $100 and it was locked, and then I logged in a few days later and had $28. So the bonuses expired but it took my deposit too. Maybe this is spelled out somewhere but certainly shady.

Good promos, quick payouts

I’m a big fan of the Live casino app. They have some of my favorite games and rarely run into any issues. Note: you must optin their promos or they won’t be rewarded. I do wish they did promos more regularly, but the intro and occasional ones they send me have all been good and usually 5-10X playthrough so it doesn’t just eat up all the bonus every time like some sites.

Top Tier Garbage

Dont do it. If you have to think about it, just turn your phone off. This app absolutely decides who wins. I’ve been playing on this app, trying to give it a chance. Im avid sports bettor so I’ll find time to pass with slots every now and then. But lord, this app just doesn’t let you win and i say that bc i gotten 14 respins on one of fav games in 1 sitting and didnt win anything slight of decent couldnt even break even. By far the worst, they don’t let you withdraw your own money, they dont even try to help you if you reach out to them, if you do talk to someone they just tell you you gotta call or talk to someone else but when you call or talk to whoever they say your supposed to talk to, that person tells you you need to talk to playlive people to get your money. I don’t know what is wrong with your app when going to load a game it takes forever will not launch game, then says failed to load game asset. I deleted and reinstalled 2x I think you app should receive negative stars. Tailmachine

Not a good app tried it myself

Read the reviews and went against my better judgement and gave it a chance it is a complete rip off you have better chances going to a casino I went through 500 dollars like water I got one bonus for 100 bucks and then received hardly any line hits and that was max betting stay away from this app there are better ones out there with better odds and if you really want better odds go to a casino.

Don’t even waste your time

This casino is a waste of time like most are. Bonuses are terrible, even on $2.00 or more bet on slots, you might get $20 if you are lucky. This site is one of the worst I’ve ever seen. When you win, they will not pay you. You will jump through hoops and hoops and hoops to get paid. This is one of those sites that allows you to deposit in seconds, but will take you weeks to get your money. go to Draft Kings or Fandel. Way better Way way way better. Should have read the reviews.

Do NOT use the introductory bonus credits. You will end up losing your own money no matter how much you win because you somehow never spent your own deposit (which you did). DraftKings is where you need to go if you want honest promotions. Also, Live! Is the worst in-person casino, so I’ll take the L here for not being smarter.

Don’t bother

Only way to deposit or withdraw is to sign up for play + or global payment. Sign up bonus is a joke... maybe they should check out their competitors. You get nothing for signing up! IN FACT you have to make a minimum deposit of $30 to even be considered for a bonus match. Right off the gate I get bad vibes by this site. Prob hassle you as well when they owe you money.

Do not use this app

I recently had an issue with a teenager being able to use the app on my phone and when I tried to talk to them about it and possibly getting my money back because it was a good amount they threaten to call the police and report to the game board. And she was beyond rude to me about it accusing me of basically lying.

The bonuses pretty much steal your money and hold it hostage. You can’t withdraw until you wager 20x the bonus amount, crazy. They put that way at the bottom so you don’t see that part when signing up. VERY glitchy. I can’t play half the slots because it’s just a black screen and you can’t get out of it unless you close the app and log back in. I waisted my money.

Oh another bad review for this app. I wonder why, well when u try to deposit 900 dollars and it doesn’t go threw and then u the funds are on hold in your bank account and it’s been almost a week and they haven’t been Returned yet, that’s a good reason. Also, in pa, anything over 500 dollars is considered a criminal offense.

Waste of time

The 1st time I played, I claimed a bonus that I still have not received! “There NetEnt games are down” is what they claim! WORST gaming ever

So I signed up for the promotion and while playing with their match had to wager $600 to meet 1st level of promo Of course while still under promo I did surprisingly well, getting spins etc. BUT couldn’t withdrawal MY monies until the $600 wager was met even though I put it MORE OF MY OWN MONEY!!!!!
