Decent App/Competitive When Compared

I enjoy this app and I believe that they could be side-by-side with the likes of MGM, Borgata, DraftKings, etc…my only complaint is their they need more variety in their slots and they need to offer promotions that do not always require a large deposit. $50-$100 may not be large to some but it is to me. I say this because I personally do not like depositing $50-$100 on a bonus because then I need to bet through $500 before it’s even available to withdraw. I feel like this is Playstars way of making it harder to walk away with winnings and ultimately end up dumping it back into the casino. So, with that being said, I wish Playstar would allow a free daily game and a $10-$20 deposit type bonuses that appeal to everyone. That’s the main reason I don’t frequent this app. The incentives are LACKING IMO. Thanks for allowing me to share!

Here’s a real review, I’ve played at Playstar quite a few times and the first time I won but I haven’t won since and that was quite a while ago, it seems fair at first but like the rest you’ll just keep losing, I gave them one more try and of course won nothing ! I played several different games and didn’t win, it’s a joke, all those “good” reviews are not real, I know that because I was offered free spins for a review, of course people feel the need to post a positive Review for the free spins or they just haven’t played very much here. You may win once or twice but that’s about it, don’t waste your money because that’s what you’ll be doing, there’s no way you lose every single time you play here and I play several different games, how can you lose every single game every single time , this casino is definitely one of the worst ones by far! They can say they are fair and regulated but they definitely are not! They are all rigged to some degree and you’ll see that if you are a seasoned player, at least some give you wins every now and then buy Playstar will definitely not!! You may get one usually the first time playing but after that forget it, run and run fast !!

Disappointed

I have been playing for three days anyway apparently it’s a new one around first transfer $500 so they gave me 500 bonus to play. Of course I lost them in 15 minutes then I tried to transfer again and somehow I couldn’t transfer money anymore because my bank somehow block everything, then they ask me to send them a statement of the last month then they asked me to send them my personal data which I send everything after two days I’ve been able to put money on the app again I’m putting another hundred dollars, I’m playing I’m winning $500 but when I try to withdraw the $500 my account was not working again and I called them and I’ve been told that my account is not a checking account (it’s only checking when they receive money) so I cannot use to withdraw money so basically I have no choice but lose them all because I cannot get money back so this is what I’ve done I played until I lost them all. This app and 888 app I don’t the same direction both of them make me losing $500. So by saying that I wish you guys good luck

Great Real Money Casino App

This is one of my favorite casino apps! They have a smaller selection of games then the bigger names but have all the most popular games i like to play! Their customer service is fantastic, i had an issue with verifying my account and depositing money, but their customer support were able to clear it all up within 5mins. The entire conversation was quick and easy! Overall 4/5 stars😊

This online casino app is rough and needs fixing.

I’ve been playing this app for a few months now. No complaints with the winning and losing, it’s gambling that’s expected. But man is this app just really bad, I’ve never experienced so many problems with a online casino app, it constantly crashes, has loading issues, games randomly crash then won’t reopen, will randomly log you out then not let you back in for a extended period of time, if you like getting updates on withdrawals this is not the app for you either. I’ve done both cage and withdrawals to my card, they don’t send you emails for either like they say they do for the cage withdrawals (it’s not going to spam or junk folders, I’ve checked those). But they’ll email you if you cancel your withdrawal no problem. I got tired of the buggy crashes and everything so I just cashed out, hopefully they’ll fix and do better with this app cause right now….. it’s bad if not one of the worst online casino apps for NJ .

It’s giving scammish, having a horrible experience

The app seems to glitch when your in an active bonus and logs you out and when you log back in to the same game it doesn’t reset the feature, some games won’t let you change the bet amount so your stuck betting high, and the win to lose ratio just doesn’t make since, I obviously know you won’t win every single time but playing for weeks and not winning anything is absolute nonsense. And now it requires me to have a text sent to log in each time. Also, when I was sending referrals to friends it was going fully through, it was like they signed up without a referral. Let’s not forget I referred almost 10 people and only got credited for 2 of them. You can play, play, play, but you won’t win! I’m very disappointed.

Love this site!

I heard about PlayStar from my friend. I was pleasantly surprised by an awesome welcome bonus when I joined. I won a few thousand dollars the first time I used the site so I was sold immediately! There is a good selection of games that appears to be growing quickly. The promotions are slightly limited but I’m sure in time that aspect will evolve and be tailored to each member. Rigged!

Don’t play this PlayStar online apps..it’s rigged! I deposited 200$ with match up when I played my 200$ it went up until 600$ now the big part I wasn’t trying to widraw my winnings..then all of a sudden I can’t widrawal my winnings ..talked to the customer rep. And he said I have to play more and reach the 5k points..so meaning you have to play more so you’ll lost your winnings..one more thing I was playing BlackJack and all of a sudden I got kicked out from the game looks like they tried to unlog me but when I got back in the game my cards still playing and keeps hitting a card without me doing anything, feels like someone is controlling it behind the scenes. And last thing when the dealer got busted instead of paying my winning cards it says “Push”..stay away from this site

Apps not much fun!

This is one of my least favorite casino apps. They basically want you to spend , spend , spend and give you back very little to none. Don’t get me started on that 10x play through rule . I won a promotion and was granted a 25% deposit match, deposit $300 the next day brought me to $450 which meant I had to play through $4500 dollars let’s just say they took all my money. Customer service is not much help either. Promotion aren’t that exciting. You only get to choose from one game for your free spins, which does give you much money. Won 100 free spend on the ballon pop , think I won less than $20. I guess you have to put a lot in to get something.

I don’t usually ever write reviews. But I stumbled across this app accidentally when searching for new online casinos in Pennsylvania. I accidentally created an account and deposited before realizing that I couldn’t play unless I was in NJ. Customer service was super helpful in refunding my money with no issue. And oddly enough I kept the account open because in only a couple miles from the jersey border. Occasionally I’ll grab lunch over the Delaware water gap just so I can use their platform. Highly recommend! 5 stars

App Glitchy and Deposit Promo is misleading

The deposit promo is misleading and confusing. The terms and conditions are very lengthy and hidden in the deposit bonus is a wager requirement of 30x of your initial deposit. Therefore if you opt in on their holiday promo, you cannot withdrawal funds until you’ve wagered 30x your deposit. And they limit which games you can play with your deposit. On top of all that, the app is very buggy. Had to log in and out multiple times to right my balance. Many games opened and had an insufficient balance error even though i had plenty of bonus funds. I wasted time and money, there are much better casino apps out there. I’ll never see the money i put into the app.

please save ur money

don’t be fooled by the deposit match, you’d have a better chance of making the most of your money on FanDuel or DraftKings. The fine details and matching your deposit are insane. I deposited it $50 and lost all of it after gambling over $1400 back and forth total to get my money back and never got any of it back. please if you do decide to get the app, read the fine details as best as you can. I didn’t read much into it but after reading the details, it really didn’t matter. It’s very hard to get your money back or anything that this app is worth. I highly recommend to just stick to the basics like fuel or DraftKings, rather than downloading this app.

Love the new casino app!

I normally play on my iPhone and most online casinos out there only have a small fraction of their slots available on the app as opposed to their full site. Usually my favorites are missing - especially Slingo games. I didn’t expect anything different here but was pleasantly surprised. So easy to sign up , clean simple app interface and big selection of slots! Plus great sign on bonus and promos once you’re a member. I’m happy to play here anytime!

Honest review

I honestly do like using this app as I am an avid online casino player. The customer support is excellent with this app and real love agents actually do answer you right away compared to some other online gaming apps. The only thing that I wish was a little different would be for them to have more games or if they added new games more frequently. My overall opinion of the app though is good and I enjoy it!

Good but could be better

The interface of the app is friendly and easy to navigate. Some of the games load right away and some will not allow you to play because they continuously load. The sign up process while being easy and quick to get through, does not verify you're information majority of the time without having you contact customer service or sending in additional documentation. All in all the app is good for casino if you are able to register successfully.

Playstar is Awesome !

Thank you playstar for changing my life at one of my worst moments ever. I hit a big jackpot and i won alot on playstar and had a few losses but were just smal change compared to the big prize i wasnt even expecting. Playstar is the real deal they might have to work on a fee glitches and also the payment options for withdrawal and deposit but other than that i love playstar i am forever thankful and grateful ❤️🙏🌸

Okay with room to grow

It’s a decent up and coming platform. I haven’t had any issues so far, only issue that I’ve had is the new customer offer mentions 500 free spins after deposit. I haven’t received any free spins and it now says I have to deposit more to obtain those spins. Writing this review is an offer of 100 free spins, so I’m hoping with this I’ll actually be able to obtain them. 🙏🏼

Don’t get if you play blackjack

They match your initial deposit but require a 30x play through. If you play blackjack it does not count toward the play through AT ALL! Read the terms before starting an account. It also claims that once you wager $20 in Slots or Slingo you will receive your free slot spins. I have met the requirement and still not received my spins. I hope to survive the play through with at least part of my initial deposit and will immediately withdraw and move on to better options.

Amazing Potential

The quality of the games are very sound and up to expectation. There’s haven’t been any crashes or glitches while playing which is another plus. Decent app

PlayStar is decent app but the opening deposit bonus was deceiving. I was under the impression you get 500 spins if you deposit a certain amount but I only received 100. The bonuses and promos could be better. There are a few casino apps out there with better offers. The games are decent when it comes to variety. The app is also easy to navigate around. Decent but improvement is needed.

Awful, Terrible, Horrific

Ok, forget that I gave my $600 donation. This app is full of glitches, I spent hrs with massive login issues. Please please please, do yourself a favor and don’t go anywhere near this site. I have been on some bad ones, but this one is rock bottom. As others mentioned the deposit bonuses are a big scam, useless. I had them lock it up for me after just a few hrs. I would think these sites would be a little more regulated, they don’t even work properly. Again, forget the fact that you won’t win!

Terrible- 1000$ gone in 20 mins on 2$ bets

Deposited a thousand and was gone in minutes of play. Will never deposit another cent into this site and I’ve played them all. In addition, I never received the advertised bonus match that was suppose to be guaranteed on the first deposit. Going to be closing account on the same day I opened it. I play thousand dollars through in minutes and didn’t even get 1 bonus. That is the biggest joke of them all.
