I came across this printer when my friend got one and was making a birthday present for her mom. She was printing a bunch of photos of them together and putting them in a collage. We were on FaceTime bc she was bored and needed someone to talk to while she printed all the photos. I received one of these as a Christmas present and I love it. I have a bulletin board in my room and I like to print out photos of my friends and me and post them on it. My oldest picture I printed out is a picture of me and my closest friend when we were around 5 or 6 years old. This printer is great for small little photos to keep as mementos. I have the Polaroid camera as well but I like the printer better since I can edit the photos and make them higher quality. The camera makes every picture look dark if you’re not a professional when it comes to picking the right setting. But yeah, all in all, it’s a little pricy, but worth it. I would recommend to everyone I come across. (Edit) I would also like to add that it is fun to watch your photo being printed. My little cousins would love to watch something like that for hrs.
I’m so in love with the portable *Polaroid printer! I got lucky and found it on sale!! Marked down to 35 bucks! When it’s originally $99, but you do have to buy the printer paper separate! It’s handy to keep if your car in case of an emergency & you may want to take a photo? I was thinking car accident, fits perfect if my glovebox!! Or if you are out with friends and family and would like to share the photos with your loved ones! It’s just nostalgic for me, even though it may not be the “originall” Polaroid camera, this one does well enough for me! a
This thing was fun with the first cartridge but has been a nightmare since. I bought it a year ago. When i inserted the second cartridge it didn't recognize it as full. Frustrated, i left it alone and let it sit for a year. When i tried to use it again, it started to work initially but then pulled two sheets and jammed. The foil that holds the color for the prints tore and got stuck in the rotating barrels when i pulled the cartridge out. I had to throw away $20, and try to remove the tiny pieces of film with a tweezer which was almost impossible. When i finally was able to get it out and inserted another new cartridge i had the same error as before, the printer isn’t recognizing the new paper in the cartridge. The lack of support and troubleshooting advice is pathetic on top of it. Don’t waste your money on this product. I spent almost $200 for this plus paper to get a total of ten prints. Do yourself a favor and get professional prints for that price
I have enjoyed and loved this app for roughly 3 or so years now! I’m not sure about other “pocket printers” and what all they offer, but all I know is that Polaroid was the first and best to do it and I hold t imagine using any other picture printing mechanism or app. Polaroid Hp Print has the cutest high quality STICKER pictures that are great for artists like me, but better yet, for EVERYONE!🩷 I use the pictures for gifts, embellishments in my Art journals, to make fun collages of memories or particular pictures I love! Whenever someone sees the pics they ask me how I got such cute sized STICKER photos! Thank you!
I am in love with this little printer. I can take a photo with my phone and do any editing I want and then print it. I have an instant camera too but I like this better. I have more control. I can add a border if I want it to look like an old Polaroid. Printing is very easy and the quality is surprisingly good. I just took it on a weekend trip and each night enjoyed printing the pictures from the day. Now they won’t forever be on my phone where I forget about them.
The Polaroid small printer actually does not belong to me I borrowed it from a friend but now that I’ve used it to print out pictures of my pet my family and a lot of other things I love it does exactly what it says it does the picturesCome out looking better than the originals for such a little printer very impressed I’ve been telling everybody about this so now I think I will go buy myself one it would be a great gift for someone to who enjoys pictures
I bought an actual polaroid a few months ago, but I figured out I’m honestly terrible with lighting and taking pictures on there. So I decided to invest in this before going back to college to put pictures up on my dorm door — and yeah!! It works great!! I’m impressed with how well the colors match up to the actual photos. Love this a lot
Every cartridge I buy it only prints, four or five pictures out of the 10 pieces of picture paper that are in each cartridge. After the fourth or fifth picture, it says error no paper. But there is still paper left in the brand new cartridge.. yet when I put another new cartridge and it works again, but only for the first 4-5 pictures and then it gives me the same stupid no paper error. Not to mention the customer service is absolutely garbage still haven’t heard back from anybody and it’s been three days of emailing and trying to call.
I love this app because you can add words and edit it. I love it packaging. The paper last so long. I got this for Christmas and it one of my favorites. you can take photos of some of your best memories. Should definitely buy this product and app. But you have to download a app for it and it’s so easy.
My husband bought this printer for me on a whim at Walmart. Even though the cashier was trying to convince us out of it due to the size of the picture but we gave it a try! The pictures are small but have AMAZING quality! I love printing our memories to give to our friends and family
Honestly love this so much to scrapbook especially expecting my baby and can print little pictures for his baby book! The pictures come in good quality and each cartridge prints like 20 photos which is honestly a lot for how cheap it is 😭 got it as a gift and I love it so much!
Have yet to be able to use the stupid thing. Contacted support, responses are far and few between with no real help. Tried on several different devices, new and old, all different OS, and NADA. Will not update whatever firmware is needed to do a single thing in this app. Total waste of money and important time for not even a single print to be made. Even bought extra printer cartridges. Slightly appalled with the entire experience or there lack of. Was excited but am just about ready to toss it in the trash.
Printing images is extremely simple due to this app. In seconds, pics from your phone are printed. The adhesive back gives options of where you can display your images. The colors remain just as vibrant as the image on your phone. Love this!

If it has been made I have tried it…this app is smooth and prevents wasted prints! The paper is a little pricey but it is worth it. My daughter is 11 and she navigated through with no problems. Thank you Polaroid for creating yet another amazing product!
Before purchasing the Polaroid Hi-Print I had the Canon Ivy. The picture quality is definitely much better but the Polaroid app is lacking. I like the collage and boarder options on the Canon app. Therefore, I still use the Canon app for those features then save and print on Polaroid lol smh. If that was improved the Polaroid app would go from good to great in my opinion. However, the Hi-Print is great so I’ll put up with a little inconvenience.
Then tried new picture and printer said aligning print for minutes then said preparing to print. Then said printing. Nothing came out of printer. Tried multiple times including several resets. I could see image on phone each time. Still no print Last timeI tried got message “ out of paper”. One picture for almost $20 Tried to get customer service ... impossible to find phone number on web site thru ap Not worth the time or effort. Please give me phone number for customer support
One of the main reasons I bought this printer is because the film has adhesive in the back and you can use them as stickers. The adhesive is terrible! It will not stick to anything. And the film is $20 for 20. That’s ridiculous. There are other brands that do the same thing and the film is cheaper and who know maybe the adhesive is better as well. Canon, fujifilm and some others make portable printers as well so don’t be like me and do your research before you buy. 2 thumbs down. 👎👎

Great little printer, love that the pics last longer than other mini-printers. Love how flat they are, and sharp. Wish they were a bit stickier. But the app is very basic. It works. There’s no collage feature, which is a major drawback, and present on other mini-printer apps. Filters would be nice as well.
Printer connects to iOS phone but hi-print app cant find it
App initially said printer needed firmware update from 1.4x to 1.8x but once updated it wont recognize printer is connected. Bluetooth shows printer connected to phone but app wont acknowledge this. I see this is an issue with iOS phones but need it fixed asap. Seems to be an app issue as two different iOS phones, a 6 and 11, both connect to printer but have same app issue with app saying printer not connected. Fix soon or we'll get refund and another printer system.

The instructions were very clear and simple to follow, and the quality of the pictures came out great. It was cool to see the photo come back in and out of the printer. Highly recommend, and it worth its price.
I am so happy I bought this printer, I do tattoos and I print out my finished product of the tattoos and put them in a portfolio book for people to see I only wish there was different sizes. Other then that I love it. Thank you!
If you ever owned a Polaroid camera it’s one of your fav go to- printing your favorite pics at anytime is a delight . My 6 year old loves it and my 10 yr old niece needed to have one - you can never go wrong with Polaroid pics ❤️
The battery lasts very little so I don't think the compact and portable thing is of much use and it's expensive and the prints are not of better quality. I hope they improve their product or lower the price. In addition to the fact that each package prints very few photos.
My iPhone is fairly older. iPhone 8, bought four years ago with no software updates. Surprised the app worked with my current software. Presently surprised. You may need to start the app a couple of times for your phone camera’s photos to show up in the system.
The app works just fine, more frames and filters would be nice. Marshalls was selling the printer with 4 cartridges for $100, a bit pricy….. pay your local smoker $20 to slide it out of Marshalls making that price tag more reasonable. A preview feature would be radical.
I love this app! My dog died recently and I wanted pictures of him from Santa so I asked santa for a picture of my dog and he got me this I love it so much. I love that you can peel the back off so you can stick it on things!
There needs to be a paper count and a ink level that you can see from off the app
Some of us haven’t touched our printer in years. It would be a big help if they put a ink and paper monitor on the app the same way they have the battery life, I’m just saying🤷🏾♂️ fruit for thought
Wish that there was a way of knowing if a picture is going to print to dark or to light. Wish that there was more settings to adjusting pictures because some of the pictures won’t fill the whole paper
I use my printer all the time! It has pushed my journaling to the next level! The sticky pictures enable me to stick them in pages for my photo journal and travel journal. This printer goes everywhere I do! The app works great and is fun to use!
Like the title states, it could be so much more. A little bit of a learning curve, there aren’t really directions, and the app is weak at walking you through it. But the thing it could be more with is the fonts, colors of them, all of the add-on! In this age of fun Instagram and Snapchat filters, why not try and keep up?
It would be perfect if you can send a picture to print and the little printer automatically turns on. Instead of walking over and having to press the power button.
Very easy to use and navigate. Works as promised and the photos are fun and always a hit with friends. Some areas of improvement are in the sticker selection. I know this a relative new app so I am looking forward to seeing it improve over time.
App opens fine, connects and shows that printer is ready to print. As soon as I select a photo and click on print the app freezes momentarily and then crashes. Beyond frustrating because there is no use of the expensive printer without the app!!
Cartridges are only good for 8 photos, not 10. Each new cartridge the printer grabs two sheets, slightly misaligned, so it wastes two papers. This is awful for something that is so expensive per cartridge. The prints are also larger than 2x3, so if this printer is used for 2x3 photo books the prints are too large for the boxes.
I print many of my pictures to use in my craft projects. The printer is easy to use and produces beautiful quality prints! Perfect color and for me, the perfect size.
This is the closest thing to magic! Woah, I've always loved Polaroid and my boyfriend got me the printer as a gift and it is so easy to use and the app works perfectly fine. I highly recommend it!
Ever since the firmware was updated my printer button will not turn off. It will connect thru bluetooth but will not connect to application. It can not find it and when i press the reset button it still doesn’t turn off. The battery will kill itself before im able to do anything.
Pretty much love this thing. You can pick any of the pictures on your phone, and print them. The ‘Poloroid Hi-Print’ app is very easy to use, and has cool filters for printing. So cool how this thing works.!
