I have been playing Kairosoft games for years, ever since I was little. I’ve played all of the classics over and over again. Recently I have noticed that some newer Kairosoft games have been a little different from the newer games. I don’t mind it too much, but it’s hard to get used to. This game is a completely different story. This game has the same great charm as the classics and more! Just like the classics it’s simply pay once and play forever. You can rank your water park up to attract more visitors. And of course, there are tons of amazing facilities and shops to place in your park! This game is truly amazing. I’ll even say that this game ranks as high as World Cruise Story and Mega Mall Story, some of the greatest of all time. If you’re a fan of Kairosoft games or if you like the summer then you should definitely buy this game. You will not be disappointed!
So I’ve been playing kairosoft games for years and I started playing this game again and realized I don’t know how to make a pool have many colors because I got a request for a rainbow pool and I’ve never fulfilled that request because ever time I play the game I don’t know how to get it, but other than my question if you want this game get it because I can play it on airplane mode, or offline so when I’m at school I can play it during my breaks, I love this game so much I remember I used to play it in my art class and would show my friend how to play
This game is not as much a water park management game as it is a "fulfill customer request" game. The water park side of things is purely incidental, since most of all you'll do is have what you're doing interrupted by a customer demanding something you either already have or something you have to buy. There's no real benefit to the item you purchase after the request is fulfilled, since another customer can request the exact same thing and soon after, they thank you for already having what they wanted. You will constantly be interrupted in watching the people enjoying your work to view a request being made, a request being completed, a campaign being started, a campaign being completed or something else that has little to do with running the actual water park. Also, you will repeatedly get notifications when someone makes an in-game social media post that you can then "like," for virtually no benefit whatsoever. This game is pretty and somewhat enjoyable, but the constant interruptions and unnecessary screens to click through make it about as fun as running a canning factory. Not worth buying, in my opinion.
As a long time fan I just LOVE this game so far! This is exactly what I want when I buy a Kairo game. Cute graphics, fun theme, lots of stuff to do and it’s pay once and play (no freemium in app purchase garbage). I know I will be spending my whole weekend playing this one. I bet I will play through many times like I did on some of the older games like Cruise Ship and Mega Mall. Please make more awesome games like this! I would like to see another Dungeon Village type game as well that is NOT free to play freemium. Pay once and play forever is the best! Keep making games like this and I will keep buying them!
As someone who’s played and enjoyed a handful of Kairosoft games, I checked around to see what other fans liked that I hadn’t tried yet. Pool Slide Story came highly recommended because of its various interesting mechanics and the in-depth cooking system, and I have to agree that they make the game fun to play. I had fun unlocking new objects and creating a layout for my park. Pop-ups do get a little intense late game, but it made me happy fulfilling all my customers’ odd and silly wishes. I wish there were pink berry-scented pools in real life! :,)
I don’t usually write reviews, but when I do, the game must be really fun! I enjoy playing it everyday cause I like watching the characters going in and out of my pools, having fun and they even post it on social media! There are tons of things you can do here. I can’t list them all, but my favorite are the part where you can design your pool with different type of attractions and some slides require you to make space and calculate where to put them. Graphic is pretty as always. Doing quest is fun in any games in general ~
This is awesome. I love (almost) all Kairosoft games, but this is definitely one of the absolute best they’ve made. I had/have so much fun making pools, giving floaties and swimsuits to customers, and figuring out the best recipes. It’d be nice if people looked for other places to sit when the first one they went to wasn’t available, but that’s a small complaint.
I have loved stimulation games since child. This game is so addictive. Took me over a week to get to 5 star. The designs are so adorable and so fun to watch all customers flooding into my pool. The only complaint is phone screen is too small for this game. I will try the pc version for other kairo games!
Decided to play this again after venturing on to Kairosoft’s camping, mini-golf, replaying Dream House, Pocket Academy (Zero and Delixe), and the new Heian City release – like Pocket Academy and Dream House, Pool Slide Resort has that something extra that makes it instantly addicting and enjoyable. I love all of Kairosoft’s games. But this one is among my top faves!
Kairosoft has done it again. I’ve been completely addicted to this game for two days straight now- can’t stop playing it! Kind of a slow start, but once you get going- it’s smooth sailing from there. I’m still playing and enjoying every second of it! Thank you kairosoft!
Kairosoft continues to be my favorite iOS developer. I haven't been super thrilled with their latest free to play offerings, but this and Animal Park are a return to their original form. This one is exceptional with lots of things to unlock and lots of customization for your water park. More games like this please!
It’s really fun and has lots of interesting mechanics as well as recipe discovery, which I love. My only gripe is that the notifications for events become so numerous that you spend half the time trying to dismiss those. If there was a way to disable those notifications this would be my favorite Kairosoft title easily.
Completed the challenge in 12 hours, It’s a excellent game. Looking forward for English edition. Ps: there’s a tiny error in the game play. When you move something on a upgraded floor, you will remove the floor at the same time. Usually, you don’t need that function.
This has consumed multiple days of my life. It has the same addictive, simplistic style that the original ones I so dearly loved had. This is a REAL kairosoft game. For all the die hard fans who’ve been turned off recently, you’ll love it.
I don’t like all the Kairosoft games, but of the ones I do enjoy, this is in a top spot. I love water parks, and this game allows you to run your own. Build custom pools, make food items and sell them in stalls, build slides, etc. Definitely worth it!
Thank you for going back to your successful formula of well priced very fun simulation games instead of freemium garbage. This one is back to what made them fun. Wonderful pool theme park manager sim! Thank you Kairosoft, stick to this style.
It’s very fun to design the pools,interact with the customers, and make the whole park beautiful, another big aspect of this game is cooking for some reason though, but it doesn’t get in the way too much.
This might just be my new Kairosoft game. After years of playing them, this one reminds me of all the older features I loved while implementing new, innovative ones as well!
I slept on Water Slide for a while but I finally got around to playing and it’s so thorough! A bit like theme park story, a little bit of recipes, and colored and scented pools was an unexpected treat!
Every Kairosoft game is amazing. Just ONE critique: it’s wack that you have to buy facilities and then buy them AGAIN to place them. Literally everything else is perfect.
Awesome game! Love the graphics! Worth every penny, though it would be cool, once you finish, if you could have a completion water slide, but, that is being selfish so, great job!

A return to form! Love this game and losing hours in it. For me this was simple to clear and I love the customization. Would love to see a sequel to cruise ship story with some of the pool mechanics and recipe creation.
