The updated app is much more elegant and responsive than the previous version. Yes, there are additional steps to get your account going, but those are security measures put in place to protect your account. Everything seems to be working fine, and it’s just as good as other banking apps.
I have been using this app for years. Today it asked me to update my password. Ok like all apps they have me to create another password with special characters and it can’t contain my aunt’s second pets name etc. No, not at all. I had to provide social security number and date of birth. I have never been impressed by the online security of any US bank, but this is the worst I’ve seen in regards to exposing my privacy. I still give three stars. The app is quite ok. I just don’t understand why I need to provide so much personal information.
It’s so convenient to access account info or make transfers on the go. It easy and intuitive app. Ive been able to do transactions in a matter of minutes Thanks!
App has been crashing the past 3 weeks, now its down
Nothing but issues with this app! it takes forever to login , transfers sometimes don’t go through . since the last change to the app It has been nothing but a constant pain. What a waste of time. not to mention this credit unions debit card chips break all the time and they still haven’t figured out how to go to contactless cards like everyone else !
They updated the app and it’s impossible for me to log in. They want so much personal information and the way it has to be input is so specific but with little guidance. So ridiculous. I am done with this credit union. They’re trash.
So some knucklehead decided to revamp the app… used to work perfectly fine, but not now. Mobile isn’t the same as iPad, and desktop/web version is even worse.
I have repeatedly tried to make this app work, but it simply loops the same security questions no matter what. I can answer all I want, but it won't let me move forward. And believe me, I know the answers! The only reason I keep trying to make this app work is that the browser-based online banking for smartphones is so useless. If I choose "manage contacts" in the online bill pay section, and choose a contact, I can neither read the full information (nickname, account number, etc), nor can I actually edit it! So the only thing I can actually manage there is the payment, which is really frustrating when you just need to check the account number. Sigh. I love this credit union, but the smartphone options are beyond rotten. I hope they get it together soon.
Hello! Considering this is a bank app I would think you would have more updates to work out the kinks and to have better security. I logged into my account to download the Card Companion app that is advertised on your site and no sooner than I logged in the app crashes and closes out, 3 times. The app also says the last update was 1 year ago and before that 2 years. So with that being said how else am I going to control my cards and have the ability to turn them off and on at any time? If the credit union is closed and this Card Companion app is not working, what is the next safest option to secure your money? Please advise and thank you in advance!
I open the PremierOne app and go to transfer money using Zelle. It opens and I leave the app to check my texts, for example, to make sure how much I want to send. When I open up the PremierOne app again, Zelle says “user locked” and I have to restart any progress I had on Zelle again. If the functionality can’t be improved, please allow us to use Zelle through their app. Their app says that we can’t use theirs because we can “use” Zelle through our bank app.
Not the prettiest but it’s easy to transfer set up Zelle and reoccurring payments. It’s not my main bank but the app works really well the only thing I can’t figure out is why the Credit score notifications never disappear from the bottom of the app. I mark them all as read but I always have 3 notifications waiting.
Slowest app on the planet. Website is just as bad. Not the credit union’s fault but developers’. It takes forever to load app and login only for it to tell you your login credentials are incorrect even if they’re right. Use the same credentials on their website and it works. Both app and website are RIDICULOUSLY slow to load and doing a simple transfer is easy but takes forever because of how slow it is.
This app is the most difficult of all the banking apps I use. The facial recognition usually does not work. The app appears to be old and difficult to access. I default to the web version because that is more user friendly. To bad the convenience of mobile banking has always been difficult for premiere one.
Omg worst banking app ever. I can start my list of complaints with the Face ID. Don’t mess up once or you will need to completely reset your login settings. Always down for repairs but nothing seems to get fixed. Transfers will be blocked. Funds will not be accessible. I rely mostly on their safari extension the app is terrible.
App didn't work for a long time. A review suggested to re-download the app and now it works. I didn't have any troubles getting into my account. They asked for a security question but it was only one and now the app seems you working fine.
So this is the most annoying app I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve tried to reset my password and I answer all the questions right and from there, I make a new one. But it won’t save. Instead, it shows an error message. Horrible. And the website isn’t any better. It’s 2018. Get with the times.
Can’t get the login window to appear... just a perpetual title screen with the new city lights background. My software is up to date and I use touchID not faceID. There’s no reason this superficial update should cause so many problems, this is ridiculous.
1. Too many steps to re-setup login 2. No Touch ID, even after going through so many steps to step up a secure account 3. The accounts interface is more complicated to view and navigate
I cannot even login! It asks nothing but endless security questions many of which I've never established. Ugh so frustrating. I just want to view my GD accounts.
Wish I could rate zero stars. Endless security questions, repeating, repeating, repeating. Never an explanation. I have never answered these, to my knowledge. No guidance on how to establish the answers. Rubbish, rubbish, RUBBISH.
Im enjoying this app actualy its so helpful to me and relevent.but I just want to get a notification everytime i have a transactions of both of my cards.
New app is horrible compared to old one. The transaction history shows you less transactions (only 2 or 3 before you have to start scrolling) and has a gigantic header that takes up half your viewing area - totally unnecessary. You can no longer click on a transaction to get more details. Logging in is also more cumbersome since you have to click 'next' after inputting username and password whereas before you had a 'go' button on the keyboard. Looks like they're using a new app provider but the old was much better in my opinion. Additional findings as of 12/7/16: You only get 30 days of transaction viewing (that's nothing!) and there are no filters to help you quickly locate a transaction by category. Also annoying is this app boots you out when shuffling between other apps - even if just for a second! You will have to log in again from the beginning when you return. It's nice to go in and out of a financial app without losing log-in access if you are trying to reconcile transactions with other bank accounts - this app won't allow it. Finally, get fingerprint access - it's the 21st century P1! Review update as of 6/7/17: I was really hoping this upgrade was gonna be a game changer for P1's app but it's fallen short once again. Multi-app function now allows you to leave and re-enter the app but it timed me out after about 2 minutes on my first try (will continue to test this functionality). I can still only see 30 days of transaction history (pathetic!) and no, there still isn't a way to get full details by clicking on a transaction. Fingerprint log in is a great improvement but honestly, that's like asking for a/c on a new car purchase - its standard issue anymore. I'm seriously considering another CU for my primary FI since this app still has low capabilities.
