What happened??? This app has been going downhill on and off for over a year. Are their SERVERS really that bad? Trying to get logged in is almost impossible. Once in 50 tries I get through. Sometimes nothing all day. Update this app or your SERVERS. This is ridiculous! UPDATE: It’s the SERVERS. Can’t login on 2 different phones, the phone browser or on a computer using a browser UPDATE #2 Did the developers read this review? Anyway the app works again. The question is for how long? Good SERVER day I guess.
This app does not work if trying to add a spouse who is handicapped, with no email address and no cell phone. I tried using my email address (which is where she gets her emails) and it won't process a family member using an existing email or cell phone. Poor programming. Back to the drawing boards Price Chopper............ After much hard work by the developers we finally got my wife's info in the app so I can manage her scripts. Now everything is good with the world. This is a GREAT app and thank you Price Chopper for making this available and thank you developers for straightening things out. I love it.
I really like being able to see which meds are due for a refill and when they are ready to be picked up. My pharmacy hires the absolute nicest staff ever, and I feel like I'm doing my part by using this app. Another nice feature is when you are at your medical appointments it's easy to keep track when you are going over medications.
This app is fine if it works correctly. For the past two months, my prescriptions have not shown in the app and I have to call there pharmacy each month to make sure they actually have my prescriptions on file. I submitted a request to the app team to have them review this issue and the answer I received was “your prescriptions will show once they’re filled”. Didn’t appreciate being talked to like I’m an idiot. I reported the issue because I knew that this is not the case. The prescriptions usually show once the pharmacy receives the script from my doctor. Completely terrible service on a mediocre app.
I take a number of medication every day and, frankly, I don’t know what I would do without the services of my price chopper pharmacy team and this app. From the exceptional service and obvious caring, to the ability to place refill orders anytime, anywhere, Price chopper pharmacy and this app I have reduced the stress of keeping current with my medications.
This app has cut down having to call in or put in the prescription number on the phone. Love how you're able to view your profile and see how many refills you have left or if you're low. Overall a very efficient app and would recommend to anyone.
I hated keeping track of my scripts till I started using price chopper pharmacy app. Now i get alerts when a script needs to be filled. One of the best features is I can look and get answers to any questions I have on any script. I don’t ever have to call and talk to a pharmacist. Thank u for creating this app. :)))
It doesn’t let me make an account even though all my info matches, can’t find any stores, doesn’t scan my prescription correctly (it always leaves out the last number), and when I type in my prescription it says it’s an invalid prescription even though I picked it up less than a month ago. I’ll give it another go with my next prescription and write an update.
Usually a reliable app, but past few days I am unable to login. I see others complaining of same issue. Is there a problem to be fixed? Is it the app or something central? Waiting for the text that my script is filled. Will have to bug the pharmacy by phone, I guess.
Is the site even fully working? I’ve been using the app for a year or two with its quirks. Now they updated and it’s not functional at all. I don’t need to see FAQs (for every single feature) I need to see my account! Can’t do that now, it appears that the update was launched without being tested? Let’s just revert back to the previous quirky version.
What is going on with this app? Every couple of weeks I have problems logging in! 3 days now I can’t get logged in and the last update was like 5 months ago! I sign in and all it does is the is give the spinning circle and then stops and stays on the signin page! Please fix immediately and make it work
I do like that it reminds me what meds are coming up for refill or what ones are overdue for a refill. I love the text messages saying when the medication is ready for pickup. And tells you how much you owe.
I absolutely love it, since my wife and I switched from CVS To PC Pharmacy everything medicine has peen awesome. Also the staff are very professional, we Are never leaving, here to stay. Thank you PC pharmacy. Respectfully and sincerely Mr. & Mrs. Fox
I've just been using this app for a short time, but I love it. It's easy to set up and use. To refill a prescription you just need to tap on a list thePrice Chopper sends a text when it's ready to pick up. Easy peasy!
Have tried several times to get support from the app people. Having them call you back can take in excess of 24 hours. When you do talk to someone, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same guy all the time, he always sounds like he’s not sure where he is. Knock, knock I just want to put my husband’s and my Rxs on one program. Thank goodness there are no additional family members.
Since PC upgraded to iOS 11 it renders all older devices incompatible. I can no longer use the app for refills, status or anything I used to use it for. It WAS convenient but now I will have to inconvenience the pharmacist for my refills or go to another pharmacy. Price Chopper must have stock in Apple, as they expect I'm going to run out and get a new iPhone and iPad that runs on iOS11. Must not need my business.
Zero stars for this app. Since the update one month ago, the interface makes me login every time I launch it (although I have it set to login automatically) and then it hangs for several minutes until I get an error over and over again. If can’t get into the app 9 out of 10 times, it’s too frustrating to use. I deleted it.
Please fix your app! I’m so tired of having to close and reopen 100 times before I can refill meds. This is ridiculous! Love the ease of being able to order from an app - hate how it only works when it wants too!
The app worked fine until one day 2022 I could no longer log in. Called support (Victoria) and she could not figure it out. Days later ,many back and forth calls and emails and still no fix, the support people started to become rude. So… don’t need it, and don’t need you. Bye bye.
Love the app. But the staff in Canton NY are the absolute BEST they treat you like a person not just another customer. Will never go to a different pharmacy again. And the app is easy to use.
I did the update and now I can't open the app. It keeps telling me to update and the update has been done. I even removed it and reinstalled and that didn't help.
I liked the convince of using the app to call in refills and check their status, however since the IOS 11 software when I open the app all I get is a screen that says price chopper that won’t go any where.
While the app seems to work in general one of the main features is to scan a prescription and for some reason I can’t fathom it never works. It doesn’t matter what I try.
I've enjoyed the regular Price Chopper app for coupons and weekly deals. The only thing missing had been something for the pharmacy. This one really his the spot! It's exactly what I wanted for keeping up with all my prescriptions, and those of my wife, too! Great job!
This app cannot be used with the new Market 32 in MA. Users have to select a store and it is not listed despite the app being advertised online in the pharmacy section.
