When the app works it does great. I have an iPhone and noticed that the app gets hung on the opening page often. I have to uninstall and reinstall this app at least 4-5 a week. It is annoying being we need this app at our fingertips but helpful to know you can always login online to the POL and access if really needed to.

Many people write reviews based on what they went through with Primerica. Honestly it’s not Primerica that presenting bad business. It’s the people that comes in and change the company rules to set their own agenda. Primerica is a great business you just have to dissect the recruiters intention for bringing you into the business. Primerica is set up for the recruiter to put you in a better condition in life. Your priorities becomes more valuable than the recruiter. The recruiter is responsible to follow Primerica’s process so that you can accomplish your visions and goals in life. Ask business and personal questions before getting in. Make it personal for yourself or it won’t be for you. Make sure the recruiter is there to serve your needs. I’m on a great team that focus on others. Follow the company’s process and the person you recruit will be fruitful in life. I'm fulfilling my dreams and visions by helping others fulfill theirs. BEWARE!! This is a scam and a pyramid scheme. They will try to get you to spend $130 and lie and say you can’t get a refund. This also adds a monthly $25 fee which CANNOT be canceled so you will have to get an entirely new card. They get money from each person they recruit due to it being a PYRAMID SCHEME. They will ask you to get your friends and family to join too to make THEM money, not you. They will ask for your debit card in order to use YOUR card and type it in. In the end you will just be supporting another pyramid scheme and scam and your family and friends will not like you anymore. All of the positive reviews here are people who have FALLEN into the scam and been told to review it good. They convince you to share this to everyone too to get more victims! Please do not fall for this! If you’ve fallen for this please block them and expose them publicly then dispute the fees with your bank! Please stay safe everyone, do NOT fall for this.

While I love working the business, the app is NOT user friendly at all. More than often, the app crashes a lot. Logging in can be an emotional journey. Especially if you are talking to a prospect and show them a quote. Yes, I can do it on my computer, however, what’s the point of being mobile and on the go. Especially in a day and age where we have advanced so much with phone technology. Two factor authentication does not work with iOS. Yes, I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times. I compare this app to the early two thousands when apps where at their infancy stage. That is the version of this app. For us who are out there making it happen, it doesn’t work as it should. Whether I’m on my phone or tablet device, it is a struggle more than often to get this thing to work. If this can be fixed or improved, it be great. Thank you.

I signed up back in February and ended up deciding the job wasn’t for me so I went on the app to cancel my subscription and was told it was canceled I just found out however that it was not canceled. I have been paying $25/month since February! So total $125! I called and the lady was very helpful and refunded me the last month and canceled it for real this time and gave me an email to ask about the other months I was charged for. I emailed them and they said it was ‘policy’ that it was my fault for not correctly canceling my subscription and they would not do anything about it. Just wanted to warn you if you are trying to cancel your subscription make sure to call!! Otherwise they will keep charging you :(

Can you guys make it more convenient for with the contact adder & instead of downloading Activity maximizer I can just use the Primerica App to set everything , what I would like for you guys to change is the contact added because I have trouble finding my contacts and you guys don’t have an option or search bar when adding contacts unlike Activity maximizer they do making it easy to add contacts please take this into consideration in doing so I would really appreciate it.

I was recruited to this pyramid scheme and be highly cautious they want your friends and family tricked into believing their health insurance or any other offers are reliable when in fact there real goal is to recruit as many people to increase their pay and promise you a “bonus” which adds up with every person you recruit or sell on life insurance but they control the timeline in which you get it and take the personal clients you get, not to mention the refund rate of which you get it can be as long as a couple months, and there are refund fees that they take out of your total amount spent so be cautious when following online marketing schemes.

The app could use some improvement. I’m not sure how long it’s been active, but I’d like to be able to view training videos from the app or at least be able to download them, so that I may view them while I’m not stationary. I’d enjoy being able to download and watch later, like when I’m traveling or working out in the gym. Additionally, nearly every time I log in, it takes me to a different landing page. I don’t like that. Some consistency would be great.

Work with this app is like work on the computer, even when the internet has not the good connection, and when the system detect that the connection in not sure it avoid that we continue working in order to protect the customers data. See you on Top

When the app works it works amazing! I’m running it on an iPhone 13 pro max on softwar 15.3.1 and the app lately has been getting stuck on loading and server crashes to the point where I can’t even run a quick quote. Sometimes it even says there’s no active license. Please fix ASAP. It can be annoying when trying to run a quote on the spot and the app doesn’t work. Makes me look super unprofessional.

When I got recruited to work for Primerica. I had to pay a 50 dollars fee and a 25 dollar “one time” subscription. I decided to quit due to college life being in the way and how much anxiety the training process was for me. The recruiter who recruited me, I’ll give an alias named Sasha for privacy matters. Sasha assured me that it was a one time subscription payment and how to not worry about it. I quit in August and now it’s October and I got charged TWICE! It was a monthly subscription and I was lied to. When telling Sasha about this, she said she’ll call her manager about the situation to get it refunded and fix within a 2 week span which NEVER happened! I was the one who has to cancel all the payments that my recruiter said she’ll do herself. If you decide to work for Primerica, beware of the charges every month on your account as it’s not a one time fee!

I was introduced by a friend to a remote job that deals with insurance. I went through with the “hiring” process, using the Primerica app. I have since found out that the company I was hired through was a pyramid scheme, gratefully I had caught it early. I have since tried to delete my account with Primerica, but cannot find any way to do so. Definitely cancel your subscription/delete forms of payment first if you find yourself in this same position so they can’t continue to buy from you!

Every time I try to open the app. on my iPhone it says user ID/password invalid. I’ve tried a new password with only letters and numbers, I’ve deleted the app. and downloaded again, I’ve turned my phone completely off. I need this app. to function.

I just looked at the reviews and I saw that I was going to get scammed by them. I am so HAPPY that I checked here before, but the scary part is that I did not download the app and I saw it in my apps library. That is so scary because I know I can't download an app without my face ID. Please be aware of this company because every single bad review they are saying is the truth that happened to me exactly the same, but I am so happy that I read the reviews before I entered my payment. Always check before you do anything.

If I could give zero stars I would but since I can’t let me tell you why. I applied to the job on indeed everything with great, they make it seem like a dream. Like the greatest job opportunity. But since something came up for me and I had to decline them wow were they the rudest people I’ve come in contact. And not very professional might I add. Whatever I hope people know who they’re getting hired by. Not all people are good people no matter how good they make themselves look.

I have had this app now for the past month. It works well some of the time. The most annoying issue that I have been experiencing is when I try to access a link, the dreaded waiting circle starts spinning and never stops. I literally have to close the app, delete the app and then reinstall it in order for it to work again.

People think Primerica is a SCAM because they are Still Confused About Money. Primerica gives everyone an equal opportunity to become someone special in a world where they want you to go to school to get in debt and work for someone else who is an entrepreneur.

I love what I do here because it’s right but sometimes the apps does fail. They are quick to fix it so make sure you update frequently & report any issues. It’s very secured as well. Definitely recommend keeping!!!!

This has been working fine for years but as of the last 30 days I haven’t been able to access the app from my iPhone. I’ve deleted and reinstalled several times to no avail. I can only access the “Primerica App” from the POL desktop webpage. This is an inconvenience to say the least. Please fix this issue.

Primerica application stop to works in my IPhone X; but is working in my IPad, every time that I try to log in says invalid I’d or password; I uninstalled and reloaded and not positive result happen, I reset the I’d and password and nothing

This app continues to be a source of frustration, with numerous glitches, timeouts, and errors almost every time I need to log in. This platform regularly has issues with my credentials, causing me to either 1) change a password AGAIN or 2) call my advisor to give me access. Neither of these are convenient for regular use and make using it a hassle and generally unpleasant.

I honestly love this app so much! The fact that with this app i can make 10k a month from anywhere in the world is honestly so crazy !! Thanks for all that you do to make this possible ! Love every update !

The app works great but sometimes gets hung up on the start up and I have to close and re-open. Whenever I get logged out it would be nice to have instead of the outdated fingerprint login method for iPhones which my phone doesn’t use. It could have the Face ID option.

Do not give them the $130. This is just another pyramid scheme and all their “agents” and “businesses” are in too deep to leave. Don’t be like them. Just run, they don’t care about “selling insurance” only recruiting. My recruiter kept forgetting everything I told him so that was the first red flag. Not to mention all their training and websites specifically keep saying over and over again that “we aren’t a scam” yes you are. Just run dude run

My app has been having problems loading pages, and today it decided to not let me log into my app. I am able to log in to my POL online so it’s not my account. I’ve tried to restart my phone and delete the app and redownload but it’s still having the same issue where I cannot log in.

And simple and easy is the way to go when you are working hard, meeting clients, making connections and organizing your progress.

I love how this app is so simple and convenient. What would be great if there was a feature to sync it with my phone contacts without me having to select every contact.

This app won’t work for me, I tried on both my iphone and my iPad, I tried deleting it and loading again but takes me to a page where I have to click I agree or disagree,, I click agree an it takes me back the download page where I can click to open. I can understand that it might not work with my iPhone 5SE but no with my iPad Pro. Please help me

I will not attempt to use this app in front of anyone I am trying to do business with. Anything you recommend- trust me I’ve tried it. It’s buggy and glitchy and does not function the way it should. This thing needs a ton of work. Download it so you can get your field training bonus and then don’t count on it to function for anything important.

I’ve been unsubscribed for MONTHS and I am still getting charged $50 every month! And I don’t see the app on my subscription or anything like that. I have proof of everything. I want someone to contact me directly and let me know how to stop all of this because I need more than $50 back.

I love the app and everything but this app would be great if we can turn in IBA’s which would be a whole lot easier. Other than that I love this app!

To think that I really wanted a good Job and a better life. Planed everything out and did everything I was told and now I have nothing and Primerica is to blame for being a scam and asking everything that wasn’t to work for money this company should be investigated and they should come out with the fact that it’s a pyramid scheme

It's great to be able to monitor and grow your business from anywhere using your tablet or phone

They make you pay a fee to start which is $130 and it’s NON REFUNDABLE so think about it before you pay I instantly regretted my decision and the next day right after I payed I decided i didint want to proceed and I wanted my refund back and they tell you to email and call requesting your refund and they ignore you. Don’t be gullible and dumb like me DONT DO IT YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I’m a new member and got introduced to the app. I was told to download it and get $50 back. This app is a poor introduction to the Primerica software. I’m a mobile app product owner during the day so it’s sad to see this app crashing at log in. This definitely needs to be prioritized and fixed.

I use this app in my IPhone and IPad and I always have to turn it on and off several times to get it to unfreeze! It’s so inconvenient when I’m in the middle of a quote or policy!

Don’t fall in the trap they try to hook you in saying you got this and make you use your friends and family members to get them in the insurance or recruit your friends to just have higher ups make more money and you making nothing

Once you dont like being in Priamerica they won’t give you you’re money back. They gotten $75 from my card and now they have gotten $25 more. I will file a law suit if I won’t get my money back. The reviews will give me evidence that they scam.

I am limited by the rating, because I would honestly rate it 0 if I could! Ever since the Octa changeover, this app has been junk. Fix it! This app autodownloads onto my IPAD and I delete every chance I get. It’s like playing wack-a-mole with deleting it.
