This app has definitely significantly improved over last few updates. We can see the loan statements, make ACH payments and also save the payment details. This has saved me a lot of time tracking my payments and balances. Low review ratings is from the previous versions. Prodigy supported our education with reasonable interest rates, convenient process and now easier payments too. Thanks prodigy and team!
Not sure if it’s the new update but haven’t been able to login to the app on iOS since 2 days. It gets stuck on processing after clicking on login button. Hope the team is aware of the issue and working on fixing it!
I was thinking about wire transfers or fly wire which would cost me money but the app has an direct deposit ACH option. This has saved me a lot of time, money and stress. The app is excellent, however I would love for an option to save payment info so that I don’t have to type it manually every time (I make multiple payments a month). Also currently if I press the home button to look something up the app logs me out which becomes frustrating however it might be due to security. Overall excellent product
One of the most annoying issues with this app is that it won't stay logged in. It forces me to login every single time. I would like to see more details about my loans to be easily accessible instead having me to go thru the statements. It's gotten better over time but there are still basic features lacking.
The app is terrible and it mirrors Prodigy’s overall quality. From sign in to UX, it is very limited. That aside, Prodigy’s service in general is a joke. They take forever to recognize payments, their customer service is fleeting when you need them the most and fees and interest rates are absurd. I’d advise anyone NOT to sign a loan with Prodigy EVER.
There appears to be a network error everytime I try to login through app. My details are correct because I have checked them while loghing through web browser. Solve all the bugs before releasing an update.
I don’t understand where is the option to track my dues on IOS app ? I want to know how much loan is due , how much paid etc . There is currently no option to understand that and hence very very annoying. I made two installments and there were no changes in overall amount even after a month.
Had an issue with my application as well as charges related to a loan I shouldn’t have had not paid for. Luckily, their complaint division was very good and helpful.
Company’s tutorials tell you how to set up automated recurring payments, but neither the app nor the website has the option enabled. Created a ticket to see if it can be enabled manually and obtained useless information and not enough response.
App is not showing up my loan details, couldn’t pay
App is not showing any correct details regarding my loan, instead it’s showing “you don’t have any loans yet”. Couldn’t pay the monthly due balance, payment option is showing as “All Paid Up!!” Please fix the issue.
Payments have been made but the amount due is not updating to reflect this. Loan status is incorrect. Look at changing the payment due dates to account for the 8day delay in payment receipts - this creates confusion for the payer.
Every time I log in, one more feature disappears. I thought this was a cool app on day one. Day2, repayment calculator disappears, Day 3, setting up récurrent payments disappears. Day 4, error on home page. Smh
This app has been very convenient to track my loan. However, for the last few weeks after the last update I can’t log in at all. I enter my username and password press sign in button, but nothing happens
Installed the app for the first time on an iOS platform and was surprised when I was not able to go through the login page. Some network error kept popping up. And I tried the same creds and app on droid. Works good over there. Please fix it @team.
