A formerly good app in desperate need of an update
When PSECU launched this revised app several, it worked great. In 2020, it is broken and desperately needs to be updated. Since updating my iPhone 11, iPad Mini 5, and iPad Pro 2018 to iOS 14, the app constantly freezes during normal use. The only way to restore functionality is to quit and relaunch the app. If not for the stability issues, the widget would be my primary complaint. White numbers and words on a light gray background is completely unreadable. While this is indeed “secure” in that nobody looking over your should can see your account balances, what good is it if I cannot see my account balances either? Please update for dark mode. Finally, while a minor gripe in the context of the larger issues; the fact that this app still has not been updated for the “notched” screens of Face ID-enabled phones is a good summary of how neglected PSECU’s main portal is...since the “notch” has been around since 2017. I love PSECU, and am approaching the 20 year anniversary of membership...but this app really is terrible in its current state.

PSECU. You all have to do something with this app. Every time that I attempt to use my cellular data to log in and conduct banking I receive a message indicating I have a connection error and don’t have internet connectivity to use the app. I know I don’t have internet connectivity, (WiFi) I understand that but I should still be able to conduct banking though the app. and I can’t. I have contacted you guys via phone and explained the issue and was advised it would be looked into however it still is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no fix to this issue. How about we fix this issue the only time I can use the app is while I’m on wifi. I’ve even logged on with wifi turned off wifi and attempted to use that app and then gotten the error message. I have been next to friends that have been able to log on via cell data but I can’t, what gives.

Formerly a great app, terrible in today’s world.
Since 2006 I have been banking with PSECU with great pleasure… up until about three years ago. As a bank, they’re great! Anytime I’ve ever had to call during business hours and speak to someone they were incredibly helpful. This app, however, is a complete mess and makes banking difficult and frustrating. I frequently have issues logging in, transferring money between accounts and paying my credit card bill. Thankfully the only thing that I have not had issues with lately have been depositing checks. Considering that I exclusively bank from my mobile device, it is becoming increasingly difficult to justify using PSECU as my bank. I read another review from three years ago stating similar issues and the developer responded by saying that a new version would be releasing within weeks. Three years later, these issues have not been addressed, and it is clear that they are not being prioritized. I would proceed with caution if you need access to your account from a mobile device within a timely manner, or if you intend to exclusively bank from your mobile device like I do.

New App doesn’t mean better...
I understand the new app was built to allow more security, and a platform for future advances, but there shouldn’t be a security check with every viewing action. Moving between page panels is painful when all I want to do is view recent transaction and activity. The security should be when getting into an account (which already takes too long), not with every movement within the app. I can get faster response time through a web browser or phone call than this app... sometimes a new app doesn’t mean a better app. The last app was fast, functional, and customer friendly. I would actually use the old app as a talking point of why I liked banking with PSECU. This new app isn’t doing PSECU any favors in customer retention or word of mouth.

SO. SLOW.
I cannot believe this app was actually released with the amount of issues it has. This app is SO SLOW. When logging in, I can actually walk away from my phone to make a pot of coffee before the app actually loads my accounts. Depositing checks is also a pain! Not only is it slow to load the photos I take, it takes FOREVER to accept the deposit. The app also crashes several times before accepting a deposit—so it takes me up to 15 minutes to deposit even one check! I’m glad there’s another credit union down the street from me—at least I can bank through them if this isn’t corrected in the near future. 🤦🏻‍♀️ Now, since I don’t like to be super negative about everything—I will actually commend you on the “Account Insights” feature. For a graduate student with very little cash flow, it’s nice to see how my accounts stack up monthly. I just hope you can get all of these bugs figured out so this app can actually perform the way it needs to. Edit: thanks for the generic reply, I guess? I’m not excited about the new features you plan to release—I just want a functional app.

Arghhh. Just read reviews
I recd notice on old app it was no longer functional after August 8. So downloaded new one. Holy cannoli people. I’ll continue to use old one until you boot me off. This is what happens when the user is 60 plus and the developer isn’t. I don’t use many apps. I used to tell people how great the PSECU app was. It was ahead of its time. Best banking app ever. No more. New one is clunky. Hard to move through. Takes freaking forever to change screens. I’m on an updated 6s. Maybe by August it will improve. Doubt it. Really disappointing. Ok. So I recd a lame, template response. Honestly with an average of 2.2 rating GET A CLUE. This app is so unuser friendly it has me looking for other financial institutions. Seriously. I will move. This app is clunky. Difficult to see. Challenging to navigate. And I get the security thing. I actually TEACH cyber security to small businesses. But there is no excuse for such an inept execution on the front end. You can do better. I’m not happy about moving to a PNC or Citizens mega bank but for me it’s important the app is user friendly. This mess is not.

Get Real Users To Test App
I was able to log into the app. I found out the reason why I could not sign in and it was because my internet security was blocking a request that it through was malware. After allowing the request I was able to login to the app. For me this issue had to do with my iPhone X. However, this does not happen for the iPhone 7 which, is how I found out about my issue. When I added the app on the iPhone 7 to see if it would work it did. I’m giving the app 3 stars for now until I check out the options in the app. ******************** The new addition/fixes still do not work. I still cannot log in however, I have no problems logging in on the previous app. I think based on the ratings for this app that you need to start all over and go through the app step by step because it is not working. I will continue to use the previous app. Good luck with this app. ********************* My issue with the app is does it work? I try a number of times to get into the app but it has not happen. You are supposed to sign in with your User ID and password. It does not work. I know my User ID and I called Customer Service to reset password because the app locked my out. So, with a new password and User ID it still does not work. I will until to use the old app and will not be using this app until it is fix.

Much better than the reviews indicate
I almost didn’t download this app because of all of the negative reviews. But because I was able to keep the old version, I went ahead and downloaded the new app. Maybe all of the kinks have been worked out, but I have had none of the problems described by other reviewers. The app is responsive, intuitive and it has some nice upgrades, like the ability to login with a fingerprint. I have not yet deleted the old app, but I haven’t used it once since downloading the latest version. I think this is a solid app, and I wouldn’t let all of the poor reviews keep you from trying it out. Don’t forget that you can still use the old app - just don’t delete it until you’re sold on the new version.

First rate
In a matter of minutes, I downloaded, installed and navigated the app. Granted, I haven’t actually used it, but it was easy to get around for everything I do. Only downside is print is smaller than I prefer but i will check my phone settings to see if I can bump it up a tad I give it 5 stars because of extreme ease of the process and checking everything out. Maybe I got a newer version than what the naysayers have but I do not recommend waiting to the last minute to get it. Edit: I have now used it extensively and my 5 stars stand. Depositing checks was even easier. Those that give the latest version a low rating cannot possibly be using the same app or maybe they are trolling.

PSECU going downhill fast
The new app layout blows. So much wasted space and can’t see the needed information in the summaries list so you have to click on most everything to see what it says. Then go back to the list and repeat. Absolutely terrible. I’ve recommended PSECU to many people, but obviously they are now growing too big for themselves. 2 years in a row of eliminating the member rewards to “reinvest” in themselves. I’d really like to see where that money goes. As a “member owned” bank, it should be provided upfront if you’re using our reward money for something else. You open the app. Then stare at your screen for 10 seconds waiting for the facial recognition to load. It does and then you wait 10 more seconds for the accounts to load. It does. Then you click on which account you want to view and wait 5 seconds to even know if it registered your click/tap. Worst banking app I’ve ever dealt with, and I have several.

Don’t fix what isn’t broken
Sept 14th. The app was great, perfect in my personal opinion it did everything I needed to do when I wanted to do it. I’ve finally decided to update it and I completely regret it. The widget is bugged. The old app I could choose which account I want to see the new app no. My main problem is trying to access the widget. I’m constantly being told the balances aren’t available when my screen is locked. I have an IPhone X when I look at the phone it unlocks . Not to mention I’ve made sure to unlock the phone. The old app allowed me to view balances when the screen was locked... please fix this. Update. 11/21 the app got worse. I was able to view checking or savings for a while but it automatically defaults back to savings after some time, on the widget . The widget now is never available. It’s constantly telling me my phone had to be unlocked which again iPhone X. It’s unlocked simply by looking at it. Thinking about just deleting the app.

I have been a member of the credit union for many years and over those years have used Checking, Savings, Money Market, Founders Card, Custodial accounts for our kids and multiple car and RV loans over the years and have never had regrets that we left using regular banks. With the app you can pay bills, transfer money, make deposits, open accounts, change limits on both atm and founders card instantly and message the credit union with any questions. Also if you need to call the credit union, as long as you have your account information and can verify they can do almost anything with a single call.

Had no problems til today
I’ve always been pleased with the accessibility and ease of using the PSECU app on my iPhone. Never had problems with accessing my records of transactions, moving money, or depositing checks mobily. Today, however, I kept getting a pop up that stated “for security reasons, this app cannot be used on this device.” 🤷🤷 why? Yesterday, it worked just great! Today, not so much. I wanted to easily transfer money between checking and savings accounts, but now can’t do so, with ease. I was able to access the web version on my phone, but managing my funds is not as easy there.

iPhone 14 Pro UI bugs
It seems like it’s hard for my fingers to tap on some of the menu options at the top of the screen because they are hidden behind the status bar and the dynamic island at the top. I am noticing that the app takes a lot longer than usual, compared to my other banking apps to load up. While everything appears to function as intended, it takes longer than it should to work. But yes, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 promax need to be made compatible because it looks like part of the interface is always hidden behind the status bar and my fingers cannot always touch the buttons in the upper left corner or the upper right corner like for logging out or tapping on the main menu with my iPhone 14 Pro

New update billpayer issues
Trying to use billpayer with the ‘new rebranded’ update...I can go into the billpayer and enter the amount and then it takes me to the next screen to select a date and once I select the date the bottom of the screen is cutoff to where you would hit schedule or whatever it says down there. I cannot scroll up or anything, all I can see is the top sliver of the green box but I can get it to touch register and like I said I cant scroll it up. Im on a iphone 8+. I always loved the psecu app and this is a small issue that can easily be fixed

This app needs to be updated
I love PSECU. Maybe this isn’t the apps fault maybe it’s more the banking part itself, however it’s very frustrating that I’ll have money pending from previous transaction and then in a few days the pending is gone and I have more money in my account than I should. Then in a few days I’ll log back on and the money will be pulled days after I purchased my items. It’s very very frustrating because I never know if what’s in my account is accurate so I have to go back and double check every purchase to ensure they did come out, and if not I have to keep a mental note so I know what will be coming out. I’m annoyed because this wasn’t always like this. I noticed this happening more and more the last few months and I’m sick of it. Honestly thinking of switching banks at this point.

External Accounts
This is the worst banking app I have used. I was able to transfer money from an external account to my car loan the first time with much research and frustration. There is no guided step on how to pay from an external account since there are many steps. The verification process is the only listed guide. I had to call customer service to walk me through the transfer process wasting my time. So I made my second payment and yet again problem arise. I pressed the make a payment button with an external account and screen takes me to a list of my accounts. I just want to make a freaking payment !! You would think everything would go smoothly since I made my first payment . This does not need to be complicated.. !! It is supposed to be user friendly and IT IS NOT. Very disappointed.

Worst version of the app thus far
Every time I log into the app it takes at least 30 seconds to load my accounts or move to different trans actions and to make a transaction! I made a transfer this morning and it actually shut the app down on me. It completed the transaction but I had to log in again and waited longer than 30 seconds for the accounts to load this time. I also get the message that something wrong happened frequently when logged into the app, even switching views. Please work on this. It’s very annoying.

Slow? Delete & Reinstall!
I love the functionality and was getting so frustrated with the slowness. I’d wait to login, for the summary screen to load, to view the account details. While adding this comment I saw a developer response to another comment about slowness where they recommended deleting the app and reinstalling. Thank You for responding! That solved my issue, it isn’t slow and the face login is enabled. Recommendation to add this kind of note to the top of the login page (like when notifying outages) or send email when this kind of issue is known to impact user experience.

Love the app upgrade!
I liked the app before but now it is so much easier to use- especially to switch accounts. Love it!!! Good job! PSECU is very consumer focused- they keep their fees low and very responsive anytime I have had a question. We have been a customer for years and have no regretted them being our main bank. The only issue that could be a problem is we are not close to any branches. However, we can change our daily limit for 24 hours to get cash out when we need it. Plus they reimburse you if you have to use an ATM out of network.!!

Constantly being locked out because of app
This app is terrible and frustrating to say the least. Every time I go to use the new app, the log in screen lags waiting for my thumb print—or if I go to type in the pin it hesitates, then freaks out saying I typed the wrong pin a bunch of times when I only typed it in once—then my account gets locked. If this happened once, that would be understandable glitch, but this happens Constantly. Once this happens in on a dire situation on a Sunday when I desperately needed to enter my account and I couldn’t unlock it until Monday during business hours. Now it’s after hours again, and again I’m locked out. I’ll have to call again tomorrow. As a bank who I use almost solely online with an app that doesn’t want to function, I can’t help but wonder if I should take my business else where. I’m so peeved. The old app was so much more efficient—at least there I could log in without fear of being constantly locked out.

What happened? Too long to login
What happened guys? It takes almost a full 2 minutes to login. 2 minutes may not seem like a long time but for a banking app that should be 15-30 seconds it’s painful to have to wait that long. Not sure what changes were made with the last update but I hope you can fix it. Review update: thank you to the developer for the response. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app fixed the slow login issue and logging in is now instantaneous.

2020 Somewhat Dependable Only
May 2020 STILL hapening...months later (August 2019) The amount for a money transfer keeps disappearing when you scroll. Feb 2020 It would be nice that instead of making me crazy thinking my phone got hacked because the APP rejected my password, you warn people to go to a desktop to do your updated "layered security". . I am still waiting for your ATM finder to include Navy Federal Credit Union, years later. *************** This app works well for the most part. The check deposit functions excellently. . UPDATE 8.1 - Thank you for listening and responding! . Can you please tell the geeks in the phone banking design dept. to do the same? Bugs reported to tellers and via Secured Message more than once. 😉 ****** UPDATE 7.24 - The credit card function does not keep track of partial payments and continues to show the full amount due, stacked. Past due amounts would be helpful, then PSECU would not need to spend money on mailing costs. . 8.2 Still happening > get kicked out of the box for entering numerical amounts to transfer frequently. . The ATM finder locks up on me. I am out of state (SC) and know there are at least 2 ATM locations near me.

Functions better than old app.
I don’t know why people are complaining so much, I think this app is way better than the old one. The log in process is easier - now, if Touch ID doesn’t recognize your fingerprint, the keypad is right there to log in and you don’t have to take an extra step to access it. Once you are inside your account, it will show you the last 30 days of transactions. And, you have the ability to search through ALL transactions. Big improvement in my book! Keep up the good work!

Nailed it!
Not enough character count to stats all the reasons the new redesigned and rebranded app hits it out the park. I am in mobile app design and development and the UI/UX is consistent with the market. From relabeling Transfer and Bill functions to creating the Menu w/ submenu items shifted from the former Settings, you guys really nailed it. Well thought out. Super easy to use. You clearly listened to customer feedback and did your research from the last release 2 years ago that was quite the opposite feedback. Great job!

More New Version Issues
This is my second review of their “new” app and I am writing this to warn people. We aren’t all wealthy, some of us have to know exactly to the cent how much money is available in our Checking account. In the previous version any time a charge was Pending, it would then deduct it from the available amount. Now I’m finding it does not always subtract it and so the “available” amount is often wrong! I already had an Overdraft because of this! This is awful for me, how am I supposed to balance it?! Literally nothing bad ever happened with the old version. I can’t have this though, after all these years I will have to open a new account elsewhere and do my day to day banking with someone else.

PSECU has a great banking APP
The PSECU APP works great for all my needs. I’m able to monitor my account, make transfers to my different accounts, and transfers to family and friends. The PSECU APP lets me access my account 24/7 to take care of my banking needs. And, the layers of security give me peace of mind that my funds are secure. The APP may be a bit to convenient…when my wife needs money, she knows that I can access my account on the go and transfer funds directly to her. Check the APP out, you’ll be glad you did.

Frustrated for sure
This iOS version 6.15.3 app takes at least 20 seconds to load my balances/home page even with a WiFi connection. The initial transfer screen takes 30 seconds to load. Please help me troubleshoot - almost to point of abandoning use of app altogether. After the developers contacted me to instruct me to delete and reinstall app, performance issues have been resolved. App is now able to work at peak performance without any latency.

Good app
Love the app and everything about it, my only thing is before, if you made a payment to let’s say a car payment, it use to say how much you still owe. Now since the newer app if you make a payment it doesn’t tell you how much you still owe, so you have to add up all your payments if it’s not the whole payment at once! Witch isn’t that much of a pain but was a lot easier and better when you didn’t have to add you payments up and it just told you how much you still owe for the month!

One of the worst apps ever used
I only downloaded the new PSECU app because I HAD to since they are disabling the old app in a few days. I figured I better start getting used to it as all the previous reviews aren’t great. Where to start? The processing is terrible, it takes forever to load one screen to the next let alone the amount of time it takes to make transactions.... the last app did everything seamlessly and instantly. They claimed they made this update to have more features, but so far I see all the same exact things just with more unnecessary complications to cause slower processing, like “add a note.” It’s a banking app - I want to make sure my money’s where it’s supposed to be and I can transfer from one account to another - IT’S AS SIMPLE AS THAT.

Great app + great bank
I’ve had had this app for years and it’s always been easy to use and done what I needed. Back in 2015 when I signed up, they had mobile deposit which was a new concept to me at the time. It was a game changer. Love the fact that they’re a credit union so no fees of course. They’ve also been kind enough to remove some overcharge fees for me over the years when I was tight on money and got over drafted. Love the app + the bank 👏🏻

Unresponsive app, worst UI/UX design ever
Thank you for making the 2023 app almost unusable. Not only it is not responsive because it loads all the information only when user takes an action but also flat UI design is just bad. No clear indication where to click and what options are available, everything is just black and white. Even when the user clicks on the menu, lets say checking acct, the app waits for 2 sec before it displays a loading circle which runs another 5-10 seconds. There is quick indication clicking on anything does anything. Click and wait for 2 seconds to see if anything is going to happen. Again, app design and architecture is absolute nightmare.

Terrible (Edited - All Good Now)
I do like PSECU and I’ve been a loyal member for quite some time. But I didn’t expect the transition to the new app to be such a huge mistake. While I understand that security is important, the hassle of logging into the app is enough to encourage me to move my direct deposits into another account somewhere else. I’ve given it a significant amount of time for the developers to address the common concerns and I’m afraid I’ve lost hope. There may not be much that this review can do to change the app, but perhaps it can serve as a warning for those who rely on mobile banking as much as I do. ——————————————————————— 5/2/18 — Update: I updated my phone, deleted the app and reinstalled it, and now the fingerprint login (as well as the other features) work now. I swore I tried this at least 3 times before, but to no avail. But I’m glad it works now.

When it works it’s alright
Mobile banking apps don’t have to be pretty or busy or delightful to look at, and this one is none of those things. It’s a very basic app but it gets the job done ... if it works. I spend more time trying to “unlock” my account then I spend doing anything else in my life I swear. Every time I try to check my balance it seems like I have to unlock my account again. I appreciate the security measures, but when i’m in a time crunch the last thing I have time to do is attempt to change my password for the 6th time this month. This app also takes forever to load when it does let me log in. Overall, if it works it gets the job done

No Go iOS 14
UPDATE: PSECU quickly updated the app so that it now works with iOS 14. Bravo to them for the quick turn around. Not sure how the issue happened though, when the developer preview had been out since June. Upgraded to iOS 14 today and now the app won’t open on my iPhone SE. Tried uninstall and reinstall, but same result. I get an error stating “For security reasons the application cannot be run on this device.” This is the newest iPhone available, so I can’t figure why it wouldn’t be secure.

I Wish I Could Keep the Old App
This was made all the more frustrating that I needed to install this app since the last one will no longer be supported . While the visuals are quite nice to look at the transitions are very slow . The last app was much more immediate . The login process takes awhile , and picking different options just to view account information takes long enough to be irritating . The idea behind mobile banking was to be “on the go.” It is easier to just use the computer . I will keep because there is not really a lot of choice . Graphics are great, I enjoy the new color scheme , but the functionality could be improved yet.

Great app. Latest update is messed up.
This app is great and I can use my fingerprint to log in and it’s quick and all that. Probably why it has very few reviews. No one reviews things that work well. Unfortunately that’s why I’m here. The latest update is showing me a white screen with nothing but a back arrow. This is after a successful login. Hope it all goes back to normal soon. It’s been one day since I noticed it. Today.

App was running slow
I have used PSECU’s banking app since it came out. Recently it was running very slow, 60+ seconds from login before account information would load. I thought it was an issue with the app but the only other complaints about slowness were from years ago. In the end all it took was to delete the app and reinstall. Hope this helps anyone having slowdown issues.

Easy and efficient!
Love having the convenience of quickly moving money around and being able to see where I sit financially. I can move money to and from multiple accounts and increase card/atm limits with a couple taps of my fingers. I can even shut my card off the second I lose it. Makes it easier to spot potential fraudulent purchases and to budget better.

What happened since the recent update?
UPDATE: App developer responded very quickly, and with an uninstall and reinstall I’m now back the the PSECU app I know and love! Why is this app running SO SLOW since the most recent update? It took over 30 seconds to log onto the app just now. I have literally never had a problem with the app until the update. Please fix it! I promise to give you more stars when you do.

Good update but missing some features
Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I generally like the updated look and feel of the new app. Though There are a few things I wish would have been incorporated from the old app such as the total balance of my checking and savings. I also miss the little bar graphs that showed total deposits vs total withdrawals. I know this information is often in the new account insights section but I liked the quick reference on the Home page.

Old app worked better
Update: deleted and downloaded again and it works just fine! When I enter my pin nothing happens and I have to chick to log in every time I use the app. I have enabled the quick balance in every login and I still don’t have access. When I do log in sometimes it doesn’t load and I get an error message, Its such a hassle that most of the time I just call in to check my balances and activity.

A lackluster update ...
I was really looking forward to this update. Hoping that navigating around from one section to another would be faster. However, much like your actual website, losing time is still an issue. I also think that the UI has gone backwards. This new version seems like it was designed circa 2015. The design team should introduce more modern UI elements. Lastly, will we ever see the ability to quickly switch between users? It’s a pain to have to log out and type in another set of credentials to get to another account.

Excellent but slow
This app is (almost) everything you want from your banking organization: simple to navigate, pleasant to look at, and easy to get whatever information or do whatever task you need. The only thing keeping it from five stars is that all of those things - starting from login - take for-freaking-ever. I’ve never spent so much time looking at a “loading” circle as I do on this app. Fix that, and you’re flirting with perfection.

Love, but minor glitch
I love this app, especially now that I’ve added a credit loan in addition to just my checking account. However, it seems to freeze if I attempt to switch from one account, go back, and select another. I have to close and reopen the app. It’s happened several times, and my phone is updated to the most recent iOS and app version. Thanks!

Useless
This app is awful. I’m not sure what these responses to others saying they are working to improve it are referring to, but Day by day it just gets more and more awful. When I enter my log in information, it takes no less than 10 minutes to actually have the app log on. Moving from share to share or to complete something also takes forever. Sometimes it just freezes completely. Just a super waste of time. Ugh. I’ve been a member forever, but it might be time to move along to a more modern company. If they can’t make a decent app, I’m not sure I trust them to keep my I formation secure online.

Keeps crashing now with "An error has occurred" message!
URGENT: Love PSECU and before this last month I never had a single issue with the app but NOW I can barely complete a transaction without it crashing. This is my only means of conducting my banking business - moving funds for paying my bills, etc. Already up to date with the latest version and but it's still not working. Please, please, please get this fixed asap - I can't afford to bounce checks or be late with utility payments. Thanks!!!!

No iPad Version - Garbage - Fall from Grace
The app used to be perfectly fine on all devices. Now with the new app it no longer has an iPad/tablet application. You just get the iPhone app with massive black space around it. This is an actual joke. The website is a pain in the rear to use on a desktop let alone on an iPad. Why would you just continually make the user experience worse with every update? Really makes me consider no longer banking with y’all because you just keep going out of your way to ruin our experiences. Maybe higher a company that actually knows how to make a true application next time?

I used to love this app and this feature — after last update, no more!
I used to love this app and this feature. It was incredibly convenient. Snap a picture of the front of the check, snap a picture of the back of the check hit deposit and I had immediate access to my money. Unfortunately, after the last update, the app is virtually unusable. It often doesn’t recognize my pin number which requires that I abandoned further attempts at logging on for fear of being locked out. In these cases, I have to wait until I get to a desktop computer to conduct my business. I am rarely able to make a remote deposit that goes through successfully. I have updated to the latest version, I am on iOS and am using the latest platforms. I have tried deleting and reinstalling. It just simply doesn’t work. This is all a real shame because PSECU is an incredible credit union and has wonderful customer service. I’m hopeful they will be able to fix the problem soon.

Account stuck in cycle of lock/unlock
Very strange loop I’m stuck in. It denies my Face ID, then denies my PIN, so it says I’m locked out. I enter everything needed to unlock my account and it works! But then it asks if I want to change my password. The only option to select is change password, but when I enter my new password and confirm it, the button to accept the new password is grayed out and I can’t press it. So if I press cancel, it takes me to some marketing page like I don’t have an account. If I then go back to the home screen and try to login with Face ID or the pin, I’m stuck in the loop of locking my account.
