She was honest

So my BBF said I haft to call and get a reading. So I asked her about my BF and she said she sees us together in the future ☺️I was told that I’m ❤️ with him like I already know that 🤦‍♀️and he loves me too. I asked her if he will ever ask me to be his wife 🙏and she said probably but I need to be patient 😡OMG I know he is the one 😍she said just enjoy each other and let it happen. I’m so mad at BFF 👯‍♀️I wish she never said anything about calling JK ;) So I’m just going to wait until he asks me 😢

Disappointing

I have no problem with the readings or the psychics. I had some great ones and others not impressive. Just about the normal expectations for a site like this, and better than many others. However, their customer service is awful and their policies are rigid and punitive. If you never have a problem with your account it will all go well. If there is any error you will find out they are callus and totally uncaring. Customer satisfaction is irrelevant and they are arrogant about it. I had a customer service rep simply cut me off and end a chat while I was still explaining the problem. I have a large circle of friends I hoped to share my enthusiasm for this service with but can’t do it now. Sure I lost some money ,but more than that I lost faith in any good will coming from The Psychic Source.

Not a skeptic anymore

Wow! I have to admit I was very skeptical at first due to past readings from another app that was not clear at all. I first chose another person for a reading but she wasn’t available came back and Juliette popped up and was available! I’m so glad I got to connect with her. She said things to me that only I would know and also put my mind at ease on my current situation. She was able to tell me about career and love in 13 minutes and in those 13 mins I gained so much. Helpful app for a great psychic service

I’ve been using Psychic Source since 2007 and they are the only psychic service I trust to give me accurate and helpful readings. Since you added an app, it’s made my experience even better because now I get notifications on my phone when it’s my turn for a return call and when my favorite psychics log on. The recent updates mean I barely ever use the website now because I can do it all in the app. I also like that you tell me now when a psychic has sent me a personal message. Thank you Psychic Source for all you do!

It’s legit

I talked to 2 guides on here, one to help me make an important decision through getting psychic insight and another did an energetic healing. They both knew a lot about me and I was able to call them on the phone. I was skeptical of this app but it’s for real. You can also read reviews for the different psychics to get a sense of who would be the best fit for you. Very impressive app. A little glitchy but that can be improved overtime

Take care of your heart

This application is a scam, I consulted with a number of psychics, all of them gave me predictions and nothing happened, also they do not post negative comments, everything they told me was false and I kept waiting for a long time, in the end when I realized the reality I fell into a strong depression, I consulted with people who made a lot of money and believed that they would tell me the truth. I don't like to comment but I hope my comment will be helpful to others who are in a situation like mine and don't be fooled, maybe out of 100 people someone will guess but that, even I could do it, I hope to get out of this depression and begin to heal.

I love your readers and use them often. There is not the same benefits from being a return customers as there is on other sites. And the technology of the site is not easy to get from one page to another.

Review

I have deleted my account due to the fact that I have spoken with several advisors about my situation and got multiple different answers, which is a huge red flag. I do appreciate that they refunded me when asked, however, I believe some of the advisors are not real, they’re just telling people what they want to hear. It’s frustrating because there are genuinely real psychics out there that want to help others but there are scammers that know how to beat the system and scam people. I’m not coming back

Would be great if you could leave negative reviews for top psychics on here. People like Ricky, Therese, and a few others led me on for months with false hope of events that never occurred and of course I couldn’t leave honest feedback for them because they’re considered top psychics so they’re protected. It’s not fair, luckily I found a site called psychic reviews that allows people to post their real thoughts about the readers. Wish I had found it before spending the large amounts of money on people like Ricky.

App Enhancements

The enhancement/upgrade made to the app has made it worse, not better. 1) It signs me out even though I opted to stay signed in, 2) it doesn’t immediately register the Hours of Availability like it used to - I have to refresh it multiple times before I see the accurate hours adjustment, I don’t find it user friendly any more. I will use the website instead which is saying a lot because I used the app all of the time before.

Yes but NO

I like the fact that they screen their psychics to endure they have real abilities. I liked my calls with those I spoke to, I felt like they knew my situation and persons I inquired about. What I don’t like is that they block your cards without explanation. You have to opt out of them listening in on your calls or recording them. You can opt out but you shouldn’t have to. Would I recommend? Yes and no. For the readers and their ability yes. For their business practices no.

Had one reading so far and it was excellent. The app itself is really intuitive and easy to use. There are articles by the readers as well. Will definitely use this app for all of my readings from now on.

Ginger was amazing!

Wonderful Psychics

The psychics I’ve spoken with and messaged are all compassionate visionaries who deserve to be well compensated. The cost of service is much too high in light of the Covid-19 epidemic which has affected the pockets of everyone. I can’t use this service bc of the steep prices

Notification delay and banner

There is about a 3-5 minute notification delay when an advisor logs on. Also, I’m not pleased with the “Psychic Source” words on the banner when the notification pops up on my screen. It is viewable by others who can see my screen. I would like to suggest removing the Psychic Source TM name from the pop up notification for discretion and privacy.

Psychic source hiding low star ratings

Advisors on here are simply guessing and giving advise. That is all that they are doing. After having 10 readings with one several advisors I finally decided that this unacceptable. This is expensive and you are misleading people on a daily basis. You should never hide reviews as that’s how people decide who they might want to speak with. Bad business.

Refund expired messages that were not read or sent

Well I don’t like sending messages and then I get a message saying it expired. I feel like it’s a waste of money that way and when it happens we should be refunded and reimbursed cause they do charge for messages an awful lot

Scam

This app is proof that psychics are a scam. I spoke with a psychic named Vincent twice. His prediction changed just 2 days apart, & he hung up in my face when he realized that I caught onto his lie. I also spoke with other psychics who were also just lying. They tell you what they think you want to hear & prey on vulnerable people.

Slow moving app!!!

The app has some glitches . It takes a long time to load. Why is that ? I have high speed internet as well as WiFi. The app needs to run better and more smoothly. Please fix it.

Worst Readers

I have had several readings from here and I have to say that I am not impressed with the psychics. They seem to have a hard time connecting to me and my situation and are way off on their insight. Don’t waste your money on these high $$ readers that aren’t any good.
