The app is honest. It gives you motivation, a clock, an amount of time you’ve saved and money you’ve saved FOR FREE. I’m not a bot or something. The app genuinely has the best interest in its user. Sure there’s micro transactions but they aren’t going to be completely vital. Anyone looking into a recovery must download this app. Unlike the others I tried it doesn’t give me a feel of a grab for money! Thank you so much developers!!
Look. I’m fine with the app. Infact when I first got on it I thought it looked clean worked well and was clever. I was excited to use it! But.. I started my clock at 9pm the night before right? I wake up and it says 12 hours which is right but it says, 1 day 12 hours... so 36 hours even though I had started 12 hours before. This bug has completely ruined it for me and I’ve stopped using it mostly. However I believe the bug happens overnight and happens when the app is closed but it’s simply not worth the effort of trying to keep the bug from happening. Fix this and the app would be 4 maybe 5 stars Edit: The clock but has been fixed and so I decided to give the app a shot for a few new days. At first the app was good, great even! It was easy to use the calander and reset it, and it had a nice easy to use interface. But I find the notifications are a mix between helpful and unhelpful as they sometimes will give an encouraging word to help you but other times it will use the word “porn” which atleast to me is a trigger making me immediately think about porn, this may be just for me but I can’t help but dislike the app just a little more for it. However, the app has interesting ideas for distractions from porn, but there aren’t enough free options to get me interested in paying any money for it. Overall improvement but still needs some tweaks.
I constantly find myself choking the chicken everyday enough is enough self control is key it’s unclean and draining science shows you should release 1-4 x a week to keep your member strong my addiction has in a tough spot but ik I can overcome remember if you don’t use it you’ll lose it moderation is key I won’t completely stop in my time if celibacy but will lower down time lost from doing this dirty deed
I really like this app. Lots of good ideas have been incorporated into it but wish I could link my spouse to it so it was interactive with her progress and her encouragement. Also wish I could chat more for free but I understand the need to pay for the service….
This app is great in many ways, and I really like the new layout. However, I’ve noticed a bug with the new version where around about 16 hours into the day the “day counter” goes up by 1 prematurely. Then a 1 day and 16 hours streak would change immediately to 2 days and 16 hours, and then when the 24 hours pass the day counter doesn’t go up. Doesn’t sound like much of a problem, but I occasionally look at the app 18 hours into the day and get confused as to how many days I’ve gotten through.
This app is helping me out a lot. I just download it and I’m glad that there’s a lot of support and that I’m not the only one and I love that it keeps track of how long I’ve been without. Just knowing that there’s more people they were like me, lightens my burden of solitude. Thanks

I’ve been addicted to porn since freshmen year and this is the first time in my life that I’ve actually decided to fight it and this has been the greatest tool to date.
Someone forgot that probably 90% of the app users are certainly men. The idea is good, but we should be allowed to customize it more after upgrade. Looking at puppy dugs, and reading quotes by the like of George Elliot and Gloria Steinem are not what most guys need when faced by temptation. Also many of your reasons to quit look like they came from some left wing blog. Know your audience!
App has potential. Positives is it creates a motivating environment for self control and improvement. Biggest complaint and it’s a big one is when you mess up it erases all progress made. I feel the progress you make should still be somehow recorded even after a reset
I just find it frustrating that the app limits the resources available to you based on whether or not you’re paying for it. I think it’s odd they would restrict helpful resources just to get money.
What if in order to reset the counter, the app made you write down why. 1. Why did you relapse? What were you doing when you relapsed? In a text box. 2. Set the time you relapsed. I.e. 12-1 AM 1-2 AM... 2-3 PM, 3-4 PM etc. 3. What message would you like to have told yourself then? Text box. This message would appear in the app for a while and will be a notification around the time of relapse for the next few days.
the app has worked for me, but the clock isn’t really working. I started my clock at 9:00 pm yesterday, and when i woke up at 5 am today, it says that a day and five hours went by, even though it was only 10 hours, great app none the less
This app is hear to take your money. The app gives you sounds and pictures which is available anywhere online. It offers you a sticker when you hit a milestone. Definitely, not worth the money. If I could, I would get my money back.
Please please please update this app! Make it fit large screens, make it whatever it needs to be able to run on future iPhones and iOS 13! PLEASE UPDATE THE APP FOR LARGER SCREENS!
It's becomes very clear, very fast, that the developers didn't spend much time on the app. Sure it's free but that is ruined by the annoying ads that pop up every single time you try to use the app. Suggestion: remove the ads and make the extra things like earning medals/achievements paid. Then you'll also have incentive to add more features and maintain the app. Better than creating the app in a few hours, release it and essentially locking it behind ads. Not to mention, you have no more incentive to go back and maintain the app, add new features or make it better.
The ads are awful for this kind of app. The entire point of No Bate is presumably to help the user quit porn. So when a user sees risqué advertisements on said app, that can be...problematic. The fact that there are advertisements on this app is not a problem. This is a free app, so it has to be maintained somehow. But this needs to change, because right now this is seriously hampering the app.
